Sara is truly the best! I’m from the United States, and when I decided to have a destination wedding in Italy, I knew I needed to find a planner who could help with every little detail. I trusted Sara so much. In fact, I never ended up flying to the venue to check it out in person before 130 people flew to Italy. Sara FaceTimed me several times from the venue. She is so hands on! Sara helped me plan the wine tasting event, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. She sent me several options for every vendor I was looking for, whether it was the DJ, caterer, or photagrapher. I was more than thrilled with everyone I picked out with her direction! Sara really made my wedding a dream. Is it weird to say I miss my wedding planner? Because I do. Sara devoted so much of her time to us over the two year engagement. I can’t recommend her enough.

My daughter’s wedding just took place on June 14th in Florence, Italy, and it truly was a magical event. Planning an event in a foreign country is difficult, and we could not have made our dream a reality without the assistance of our wedding planner, Sara Azzi. Sara came recommended by a friend who also used her to plan their daughter‘s wedding, but until you have first-hand experience working with this amazing woman, you can’t begin to appreciate her expertise. From the initial stages of our planning, she consistently demonstrated kindness, patience, organization, and attention to every detail. She made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. She always listened to our our ideas and consistently offered thoughtful guidance and creative solutions. On the day of our Welcome Party as well as the day of the wedding, she coordinated every aspect of the event(s) flawlessly. She went above and beyond to make sure every moment was perfect, allowing our family the ability to relax and enjoy the celebration. I think every event has its “oops”moments. On the wedding day, my daughter forgot her second dress and didn’t remember until we arrived at the reception venue. Sara didn’t hesitate to send someone back to the city to retrieve the dress. She resolved this, and many other issues throughout the planning and event phase. I

Sara and her team made my fairytale wedding come to life! Sara was responsive, personnel, professional, and caring. Unlike many other planners I met with she never pushed our budget. She was always understanding and flexible with rates.

Sara helped me plan a 90 person destination wedding. We had 30 guests traveling from Calabria Italy and the rest coming from the states. We did a 3 day event at a Tuscan Villa, big enough to sleep all guests. She helped me plan a Welcome Party, the wedding day, and a day full of events/ activities and a goodbye dinner.

A year before our wedding, she met with us in Florence and toured 5 venues of our interest. She was so welcoming and even drove us to each visit.

During the wedding planning process she met with vendors on my behalf, arranged with the church, and joined me for Zoom meeting. She acted as my voice, my mentor, and my friend.
