  Lake Como Elopement

  We hired Sara as our wedding coordinator and partial planner as we had already decided on our venue and reception dinner. She was very helpful in hiring our remaining vendors including flowers, music, celebrant and transportation. The day of coordination was flawless, we didn’t have do worry about a thing which allowed us to relax and be present.

  Dream Elopement!

  Sara was absolutely amazing in helping me and my husband plan our perfect elopement in Lake Como Italy. She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions!   Sara was a Straightforward, Practical and Helpful

  Sara Azzi with Romance in Italy was always very responsive to our texts even 6+ months out from our wedding. She was respectful towards the budget we laid out for her at the start of our planning process, gave us great venue/ vendor options and helped us to negotiate with the local businesses.

They were highly professional planners and had the perfect balance of offering expertise and advice while also allowing us to make our wedding unique and special to us.   Best Wedding Planner, Perfect Dream Wedding

  I say this with the utmost understanding of the stressors surrounding the idea of planning a wedding, Sara of Romance in Italy is the solution to all of your problems, concerns, fears, and hesitations.
  
  My husband and I started the wedding process about 2 years out and had decided to have a destination wedding in Italy (coming from the New Jersey, USA). We were totally unsure of where in Italy we wanted to be, but we had an idea of the style of wedding we wanted. We selected and interacted with over a dozen wedding planners throughout Italy, both through email and video chats. Sara was our first interview and we loved her immediately. Out of a minimum 3 quote system, we decided to interview a few more planners but none of them compared to Sara. She is incredibly down to earth, kind, thoughtful, and truly understood our vision -- that was SO important to us. We had a conservative budget, and Sara reassured us that our vision was attainable (compared to other planners who wanted to immediately bump our budget up by at least $20-40k).
  
  The entire process was incredibly smooth. Sara set up a WhatsApp chat for the 3 of us where we were able to send notes, photo inspo, links, and any general questions or concerns we may have had. She was SO responsive and patient, even when we were 18-20 months out. Being a professional, we trusted Sara's experience to guide us through times of confusion and picking between options. As we were virtual and planning digitally, we were unable to do the traditional wedding planning events such as food tasting and touring the venue. Sara spent a day traveling to our top 3 venue choices, video chatting us along the way. She also was thoughtful and sweet enough to order things locally on our behalf (e.g., paper fans for guests during the ceremony), or have us use her address to ship items to Italy directly.
  
  Sara also went out of her way to find and network with new vendors based on our unique wants, as well as reach out to vendors we had found ourselves. She knew exactly when to leverage her existing connections and when to make new ones. She is incredibly adaptable, and NEVER did we feel she was pressuring us to work with someone just because she had a prior relationship with them.
  
  Day of coordination was also fantastic. Sara arrived the day before to greet us and set up the Welcome Dinner. On the day of our wedding, she coordinated the guests, wedding party, and vendors into creating a beautiful, loving, and special environment for us to enjoy our day. She and Chiara, her business partner, were super attentive to our needs throughout the evening and made she we were fed, relaxed, and kept comfortable.
  
  I cannot recommend Sara and Romance in Italy enough. Without them, our wedding could not have happened. We are so grateful for everything Sara did for us, and we already miss our video chat meetings now that its all over!!

  Many thanks to Sara and her team for helping coordinate a perfect wedding day in Florence! The entire day was a dream come true for John and I. Every vendor she recommended, from the acoustic duo to the photographer, videographer, hair and makeup team were top notch. She took great care of every detail, like the delicious cake, the ceremony decorations, the transportation, and the flowers. Sara made eight months of planning the most enjoyable and stress-free process ever!

  Incredible experience with Sara from Romance in Italy

  Sara was unbelievably friendly, organized, and creative in helping us plan a very complex, multicultural dream wedding. We heartbreakingly had to cancel due to Covid, but she helped us arrange so many interesting events within our budget. We highly recommend Sara for her professionalism, patience, and great communication.

  The venue, catering, flower designer, makeup and hair artists, photographer and videographer they recommended were very professional, and we are very happy with all the results.
  On the wedding day, the team took great care of all the details, and managed everything carefully, allowing us to enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything.

  Cerimonia e festa perfette

  Mio marito ed io , già sposati civilmente in Germania dove abitiamo , abbiamo deciso di sposarci in chiesa a casa , in Italia. Organizzare una cerimonia perfetta dall’estero é un’ impresa quasi impossibile ma grazie a Sara siamo riusciti a realizzare il nostro sogno. Ci ha dedicato molto tempo e moltissime attenzioni (e molta pazienza) accompagnandoci dalla ricerca della location fino alla fine della festa. Non essendo noi in loco, ha gestito tutto nei minimi dettagli e ha saputo interpretare perfettamente quello che di volta in volta le spiegavo per telefono o per email. É stata sempre Una presenza rassicurante e ha risolto tutti gli intoppi, non permettendo che qualche contrattempo rovinasse la festa. Abbiamo avuto una cerimonia e una festa meravigliose che hanno soddisfatto sia noi che gli ospiti. Grazie!
