Incredible, thoughtful, unique experience- HIGHLY recommend!
We cannot thank Simona and Distinctive Italy Weddings enough for creating the most incredible wedding weekend we could have ever dreamed of in Tuscany. From the very first conversation, she listened to our vision and not only brought it to life but elevated it in every possible way.

Couldn’t have gone any smoother with Elizabeth!
We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner! From the very beginning, the communication was absolutely flawless. Planning a wedding while coordinating between different countries can be stressful, but she made the process feel seamless and effortless. She was available 24/7, always quick to respond, and made us feel supported every step of the way.
On our wedding day, unexpected rain came through, but she handled it with such grace and speed that it never felt like a setback. Within minutes, she had a backup plan in place, keeping everything flowing perfectly and ensuring our guests barely noticed the change. Dream wedding in Tuscany!
We truly can't thank Stefania and the DIW team enough.
Initially, it was difficult for us to hand over the wedding planning to someone else, especially being so far away from our destination. But as soon as we met Stefania and got to see how comfortable she was with the process, we knew we had made the right choice.
When we first started planning our wedding last summer with Stefania, I don't think we could have ever expected just how magical and unforgettable they could make our wedding day. She was always the calm and assuring voice on our zoom calls, making sure we felt at ease with the planning process throughout, while putting together our vision perfectly.
When we got the chance to finally meet Stefania in person during our visit to Italy, it really put any last minute worries we had at ease. She was so warm and welcoming, and seeing the relationships she had with all the villa staff and vendors, we knew we were in good hands.
The 3 days at our villa in Tuscany went absolutely perfect. Stefania and her team worked tirelessly in the background to make sure everything ran smoothly. We got to enjoy the day without any worries and truly soak in all the memories we could. The florals, table setup & lighting were so beautiful and were exactly what we had dreamt of.
We would highly recommend Stefania and the DIW team to anyone thinking of having their wedding in the beautiful country of Italy :)

DIW made our dreams come true!
There are no number of stars or words that can describe how incredible Mariana and the DIW team are. We will be eternally grateful.
Perhaps most would say the responsible thing to do for your wedding is to interview multiple planners -- DIW were the first we spoke with and were sold right away (and never looked back). Rosanna's professionalism and deep understanding of the (many) requirements that come with a traditional indian wedding knocked us off our feet. We felt the love and attention to detail right off the bat.
And then came Mariana.... where do I begin? For an entire year, she held our hands through ups and downs. From dealing with our absurd number of questions and requests, mini-freak outs about costs, taking care us when we visited Tuscany for our planning trip, to making our dream 3-day wedding become reality. Although planning a wedding is a job -- for us and also for DIW, those dozens of calls and exchanges with Mari never felt like that. It truly felt like working on a huge project with a good friend, which is a testament to the love and authenticity Mariana pours into her work. Thank you so much, Mari.
None of it would be possible without Simona and Jacopo, who were there all along and joined Mari and us on the wedding days to make sure that everything we planned was executed to perfection.
I am sure there were bumps and fires that the team was putting out in the background during the wedding days, but they did not once make us feel like it. They just took care of it.

Dream wedding in Sorrento!
We are incredibly grateful to Jacopo, Rosanna, and the entire DIW team for transforming a simple dream of “getting married in Italy” into an experience that far exceeded our wildest imagination. Jacopo didn’t just help us create an unforgettable day, he helped us create lasting memories with our friends and family that we will cherish forever.
Where do we begin? Jacopo is an absolute joy to work with, and after this experience, we are grateful to call him a friend. Planning a wedding from the US, sight unseen, felt overwhelming (to say the least), but Jacopo's patience, thoughtful guidance, and expert venue recommendations made all the difference. They found us a location so stunning that I literally cried tears of joy when I first saw it in person. Jacopo, along with the outstanding DIW vendor team, took our vision and elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. The wedding day was seamless, even when rain decided to crash our mostly outdoor venue, (Jacopo had a plan A,B,C & D) and we trusted we didn't need to worry as Jacopo and his team had it covered.
What truly set Jacopo apart was his meticulous attention to detail and his passion for making every element perfect (i.e. he suggested to have boats take us to our welcome dinner rather than arriving by car, a "wow" element that stunned our guests). He even arranged a private boat for us to do a photoshoot on the way to the welcome dinner! We relied heavily on Jacopo's recommendations throughout the process, and we're so glad we did.
DIW's vendor recommendations were nothing short of amazing. We are so grateful to Gianni (Gianni di Natale photography) for being with us every moment of our special day, capturing stunning photos that we are in awe of (and they were also the life of the party). Our hair and make up team (Alessandro Mancini) and flowers (Alessandro) were beyond our expectations, and helped to create a magical day.
This team is nothing short of miracle workers, and we are so thankful to have found them. Our wedding was a dream come true!

The perfect start to the rest of our lives
Jacopo and his team helped make our dreams come true. A simple 'thank you' could never be enough to express the gratitude we feel for the memories made over our wedding week.
Our friends and family felt comfortable and cared for-- our hearts and stomachs, full. It was the time of our lives!
We're still looking through photos and zooming in to appreciate every single detail that was thought through and executed exactly as we envisioned together. Our only wish is that we could go back and experience it all over again.
DIW helped us source vendors who understood our vision and were willing to collaborate. They treated us like friends rather than another customer in the sometimes oversaturated wedding industry. It was also ideal to work with them on our welcome dinner in addition to our wedding day.
We are especially thankful to Isabella from Villa di Maiano who helped to keep us calm when we thought it would rain on our wedding day, and to her Beatrice who snapped a photo while we toured Maiano the first time (when it did rain) and saved it for our wedding day!
Gloria's work at TuscanLab is just unmatched. We will be using the crest she helped to design for us forever.
Mario Albanese Pereira Films and Nakutis Photography made us feel like part of their families, and we are so excited to relive our day through their talented lenses. The preview photos have been remarkable and capture the day authentically.
