Planning a destination wedding from abroad felt scary, but from day one, Simona made the entire process easier. She was much more than a wedding planner, she was a trusted advisor, guide, and partner throughout the journey. She was incredibly kind and felt like part of the family making the planning so much easier.

What truly set Simona apart was how invested she was in creating the perfect experience for us. She spent days with us in Italy touring venues, attending food tastings, and helping us evaluate every detail so we could make the best decisions. Her recommendations for vendors were exceptional, and every vendor she introduced us to exceeded our expectations.

Over the course of our entire wedding weekend—from our welcome pizza party, to our wedding day, to our pool party celebration—every detail was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. The events flowed seamlessly, the logistics were handled perfectly, and our guests felt taken care of every step of the way.

Simona has an incredible eye for detail and a remarkable ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Because of her hard work behind the scenes, we were able to relax, be present, and fully enjoy every moment with our family and friends.
Our guests continue to tell us how amazing the entire weekend was, and we know that would not have been possible without Simona. She helped turn what started as a dream into one of the most memorable experiences of our lives.

We’re based in the UK and planned our wedding in Tuscany from London, so having someone on the ground who we could completely trust was incredibly important to us.
We hired the team primarily for wedding coordination rather than full planning, but Mati, who was our main point of contact throughout, ended up helping us with so much more than just coordination. She was incredibly responsive, flexible and helpful throughout the process and was always happy to advise or help with the planning whenever we needed it.
We had worked with other planners before finding Mati and Simona, and the difference was honestly night and day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for Mati. She went above and beyond what we had hired her to do, helping with things that weren’t even part of her responsibilities — from printing our wedding stationery and driving it to the venue, to lending us baskets, parasols and other little things we needed for the weekend. She was always looking for ways to help rather than simply sticking to what was technically included.
Most importantly, our wedding day went so incredibly smoothly because of her. We were able to completely switch off, enjoy the day and trust that everything behind the scenes was being taken care of. We never felt like we needed to check on anything or solve problems ourselves, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day.
Even weeks later, our guests are still telling us how impressed they were by how seamless and well organised everything felt. From a guest’s perspective, everything just flowed effortlessly, and so much of that was thanks to Mati and the team working behind the scenes.
Mati genuinely cared about making the weekend everything we wanted it to be, and we’re so grateful we found her. Simona was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely calm and reassuring throughout the year we planned our wedding with her. She was very practical while also helping us to do everything we felt was important for our wedding day.

If you’re planning a wedding in Tuscany, or any geography that she covers, especially if it’s a destination wedding, then I HIGHLY recommend hiring her. Simona started this journey as our wedding planner, but ended it as our friend. We will be forever grateful for her dedication and work ethic.

Simona was probably the best thing about my wedding. Not only was she so responsive leading up to the wedding, and helped plan every detail, she also was a superhero on the day of. There was some heavy rain the day of the wedding and she managed to defy mother nature and make our dream outdoor dinner after the wedding come true. She was so comforting the whole day when the rain began and she put all of my nerves at ease. She quite literally was the best part of having a destination international wedding. I cannot recommend her enough. She took care of everything and me! We love Simona!!
