Hiring Simona to be our wedding planned was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. As soon as we had Simona on board, everything felt a lot simpler. She gave us fantastic guidance recommending vendors, with a variety of options and price points so we could meet our needs. Simona was very quick responding to any questions we had and was brilliant on the day making sure everything went very smoothly. From helping us with the legal side of getting married abroad, to organising transportation for my family, Simona was there every step of the way. Planning a wedding from Arizona to Tuscany felt overwhelming at first, but working with Simona made it effortless. She connected us with a curated group of vendors she personally trusts who were also familiar with the venue. Every single one of them was phenomenal. She even helped us add live ceremony music at the last minute, which became one of our favorite details.
On the wedding day, Simona was truly invaluable. She kept everything organized, on time, and running smoothly while quietly solving problems before we even knew they existed. Anytime something needed to be adjusted, she handled it quickly and calmly and always kept our happiness the priority.
Beyond her professionalism, she is incredibly kind and reassuring. At our intimate wedding it honestly felt less like hiring a planner and more like having a trusted family member there making sure everything was perfect.
We could not imagine our Tuscany wedding without her and would recommend her without hesitation.

Simona was the coordinator for our wedding at Villa di Ulignano in October. On our rehearsal and wedding day she ensured everything ran smooth and worked with all of our vendors.
We truly have the best of praises for Simona and would highly highly recommend working with her as your coordinator. She has been working in the industry for years and knew most of the vendors we were working with. She was incredibly kind but ensured that all the vendors ran smoothly. She also helped answer guests questions and generally helped with anything as needed.
Most importantly she was great to be around. Coordinating can be stressful but she ensured that me and my husband were laughing and stress free throughout the day. I cannot imagine a better person to work with and am glad she was there for our wedding day.
She took care of things I was stressing about without me even asking for her help! All the little details, from the set up the morning of, or the extension of the open bar she handled so easily and seamlessly. She is an incredibly calming presence and I cannot emphasize enough how much better we felt having her by our side during our wedding weekend. You will not find anyone better-hire Simona!!!

Wedding of my dreams
I cant recommend the incredible Simona enough!
When we decided to get married in tuscany we knew we were going to need some help being from the UK ourselves.
We met Simona in 2021 and from that day she was great, we went out to Italy 3 times before our wedding and Simona would meet us each time, taking us to the florists, caters for food and wine tasting, organised hair and make up trials, to the town hall. She even invited my partner and I to join her family for pizza at a local restaurant, how incredibly kind is that. Simona also drove us to our wedding venue just so we could see it for one last time before our big day in a few months time.
I really don't know how we would of had the wedding day of our dreams if it wasn't for all the help from simona, she even let me whatsapp her instead of email as that's my preferred way of communicating.
She helped right up to the last minute and even when I realised we didn't have time to order a seating plan, simona organised this in Italy for me, bringing it to the venue with a aisle stand.
Her attention to detail was beyond measure.
Simona became more than a wedding planner but mine and Johnnys friend. She even married us! Adding extra special touches such as warming of the wedding bands to all our guests and a wine ritual where you join two wines together, perfect as we got married in a vine yard!

Aeb Tuscan Weddings (Simona) Wedding review
Simona was absolutely incredible. She used all her expertise and knowledge of the area and vendors to help us create our dream wedding. She made excellent suggestions of vendors and was happy to work with vendors we suggested too. Our wedding was a fairytale and that was all thanks to Simona. Simona made planning our wedding easy and she removed all the stress from us throughout the planning process and on the day. Simona was incredibly amazing through the entire process. I loved that I knew that each vendor was already great, and I didn't have to worry. My husband and I had an international wedding which included more legality. There is no way that we would have been able to get married the way we wanted without Simona, her organization and professionalism. A dream to work with!
Simona and team were fabulous in every possible way. We traveled to Italy from the United States to get married just him and I, and she took care of every detail and made it a stress free experience (even all the paperwork!) The hair, makeup, photographer, dinner, she handled it all and it was perfect. I cannot recommend her enough!! -

There is no way I could have planned an overseas wedding without Simona's help. From recommending suppliers to liaising with the venue, she was indispensable in bringing every last detail together. She was always available to talk and travelled to and from the venue and to meet me whenever I needed her help, including with suppliers in various cities many times in the year before the wedding. She's really easy to talk to, and always stays extremely calm, even in the face of a crisis! She took care of my mother's needs and was fantastic with my kids, bringing together everything behind the scenes with subtlety and grace. We would recommend Simona to anyone!

Working with Simona was a real pleasure. She made herself available at any moment. I am from Canada, so planning a wedding off sea can be challenging. Lauren Sent on 01/11/2018My husband and I got married at Castello di Gargonza in July 2016 with the help of Simona Coltellini as our planner. Organising a wedding from London meant that we needed to find someone that we could put our trust in to help us make our vision of our wedding day a reality. We met with Simona in Florence before deciding on our venue and date to talk through the services she could provide and what our expectations were. Soon after, we booked the date and signed Simona up as our planner.
We decided to visit Tuscany a couple of times before the wedding so Simona organised for us to meet/speak with all of the various suppliers including florist, photographer, DJ and hair/makeup artist which was great and made us feel much more comfortable planning from a distance. She also put us in touch with a colleague who helped us to complete all of the religious and civil paperwork we needed in order to marry in Italy. Simona had planned a wedding at our venue previously so was able to offer advice specific to the location and it meant we could also look at pictures to help us decide what we wanted.
It was invaluable having Simona there on the wedding day and the evening before. She ensured everything ran seamlessly and this meant we could really relax and enjoy the day with our nearest and dearest without worrying about a thing. We had a fabulous time and everything was just as we hoped it would be.
