  Simona is the best of the best

  Simona at Above and Beyond Tuscan Weddings is simply THE VERY BEST OF THE BEST !!!!!!!!! Literally from our first conversation 18 months ago until the final wedding guest retired on the wedding day Simona was there for absolutely every little thing ( having organised all the major logistics ).
  We arrived a few days before the wedding & Simona saw us every single day. She even alerted us to a closed bridge on our route to the destination, giving us an alternative & saving us hours on the journey. What other wedding planner would check your route like that. How kind it was.
  In addition Simona married my daughter & son in law as she is certified to do. That was a huge saving of €1000 ,as she incorporated it into her very reasonable fee. Simona organised the venue ( CASALI DI BIBBIANO) ,flowers, catering, entertainment ,photography ,hair & make up ,& rehearsal .
  She also suggested some wonderful Italian traditions such as the warming of the rings & blending of two wines together so that Jenna & Johnny could drink from the same challis.
  As well as sorting a coach to ferry guests to and from the venue and the airport, she even took the drivers number & spoke to him that morning to double check the meeting point.
  Most touching of all was when we arrived at the Town Hall to complete paperwork. Simona gave Jenna a beautiful bouquet to hold. This detail hadn’t even occurred to us with everything going on. It was this attention to detail that made EVERYTHING PERFECT.
  If you are thinking of marrying in Tuscany, there is no more beautiful place on earth. If you want to do it with ALL THE FUN AND NONE OF THE GRIEF , then Simona is the woman to make it happen.

  Wedding of my dreams

  I cant recommend the incredible Simona enough!
  When we decided to get married in tuscany we knew we were going to need some help being from the UK ourselves.
  We met Simona in 2021 and from that day she was great, we went out to Italy 3 times before our wedding and Simona would meet us each time, taking us to the florists, caters for food and wine tasting, organised hair and make up trials, to the town hall. She even invited my partner and I to join her family for pizza at a local restaurant, how incredibly kind is that. Simona also drove us to our wedding venue just so we could see it for one last time before our big day in a few months time.
  I really don't know how we would of had the wedding day of our dreams if it wasn't for all the help from simona, she even let me whatsapp her instead of email as that's my preferred way of communicating.
  She helped right up to the last minute and even when I realised we didn't have time to order a seating plan, simona organised this in Italy for me, bringing it to the venue with a aisle stand.
  Her attention to detail was beyond measure.
  
  Simona became more than a wedding planner but mine and Johnnys friend. She even married us! Adding extra special touches such as warming of the wedding bands to all our guests and a wine ritual where you join two wines together, perfect as we got married in a vine yard!

  Aeb Tuscan Weddings (Simona) Wedding review

  Simona was absolutely incredible. She used all her expertise and knowledge of the area and vendors to help us create our dream wedding. She made excellent suggestions of vendors and was happy to work with vendors we suggested too. Our wedding was a fairytale and that was all thanks to Simona. Simona made planning our wedding easy and she removed all the stress from us throughout the planning process and on the day. I couldn’t recommend her and her team more highly.

  Simona was incredibly amazing through the entire process. I loved that I knew that each vendor was already great, and I didn't have to worry. My husband and I had an international wedding which included more legality. There is no way that we would have been able to get married the way we wanted without Simona, her organization and professionalism. Also, she is just so fun, sweet and felt like a fast friend, which added a level of comfort.

  A dream to work with!

  Simona and team were fabulous in every possible way. We traveled to Italy from the United States to get married just him and I, and she took care of every detail and made it a stress free experience (even all the paperwork!) The hair, makeup, photographer, dinner, she handled it all and it was perfect. I cannot recommend her enough!!

  Above & Beyond Tuscan Weddings helped us plan our wedding in Chianti, Tuscany. We stayed in beautiful Villa Vistarenni for our three-day wedding celebration.
  
  Simona Coltellini from Above & Beyond Tuscan Weddings is a miracle maker! She is professional and easy to work with. She put our thoughts and wishes into reality and it was fun planning our wedding with her.
  She kept us on track with quick and transparent communication and made everything so simple and easy from afar.
  
  We went to Tuscany for a few days in February 2016 for the food and wine tasting, to check the venue and talk to the florist. Simona made our stay there so comfortable and easy. She offered herself to be the chauffeur when we went to see the vendors, and of course this was perfect as we really enjoyed the food and wine tasting!
  
  Our wedding day arrived and Simona was there from the morning to late night and made sure everything was perfect the whole way through. We couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked.   Best Wedding Planner!

  Simona was amazing!! She yook care of everything for our destination wedding! My husband and I could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her! She was kind, caring and made sure everything went perfectly! On our day, we did not have a single thing that hindered our day and it is because of her. She truly is a wonderful human and an even better wedding planner!!

  Wedding in Tuscany wouldn't be what is was without Simona's planning.

  Working with Simona was a real pleasure. She made herself available at any moment. I am from Canada, so planning a wedding off sea can be challenging. Simona made every step easy and was always available for any help and help us find solutions. I highly recommand working with Simona. Our wedding day went perfectly, exactly like how we wanted it to be.
