Working with Ilaria made the wedding planning process so much smoother than it would have been on our own. Not only did she plan our wedding but also our welcome dinner pizza party at The Citrarium at Villa Le Fontanelle, which was such a special way to kick off the weekendFrom the very start, I knew I wanted to have a “market” set up at my welcome party for guests to build their own welcome bags — and Ilaria helped execute and bring that vision to life so beautifully. Guests were in awe of the stunning views and the incredible food.

As someone who loves to be creative, I was able to design my own wedding stationery, signage, and personalized details — and with Ilaria’s support, I felt free to really run with it while still knowing everything would come together seamlessly.

Like most weddings, there were plenty of decisions and trade-offs along the way, but having Ilaria there to guide us through and manage the details gave us peace of mind. She always answered all of our questions (big or small) quickly, and we never felt like we were waiting on her to move forward with a decision.

On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly and we were able to actually enjoy ourselves without stressing about logistics — which was priceless. We’re grateful for all the work she put in to help make our celebration so special.
