Working with Ilaria made the wedding planning process so much smoother than it would have been on our own. She worked closely with us to find the perfect vendors who fit not only our style, but also our personalities and priorities. That support made a big difference in keeping everything on track.
Not only did she plan our wedding but also our welcome dinner pizza party at The Citrarium at Villa Le Fontanelle, which was such a special way to kick off the weekendFrom the very start, I knew I wanted to have a “market” set up at my welcome party for guests to build their own welcome bags — and Ilaria helped execute and bring that vision to life so beautifully. Guests were in awe of the stunning views and the incredible food.
As someone who loves to be creative, I was able to design my own wedding stationery, signage, and personalized details — and with Ilaria’s support, I felt free to really run with it while still knowing everything would come together seamlessly.
Like most weddings, there were plenty of decisions and trade-offs along the way, but having Ilaria there to guide us through and manage the details gave us peace of mind. She always answered all of our questions (big or small) quickly, and we never felt like we were waiting on her to move forward with a decision.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly and we were able to actually enjoy ourselves without stressing about logistics — which was priceless. We’re grateful for all the work she put in to help make our celebration so special.Ilaria Manaresi Wedding Planner's reply:

BEST Wedding Planner around!
From the beginning Ilaria made the entire wedding planning process so effortless! She was always on it and knew exactly the vision I was going for. Being from the states having her in Italy taking care of everything was amazing! She really takes her time and makes sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. Our wedding colors were blue and white and day of the wedding Ilaria and her team were all in blue and white to go with the wedding. That attention to detail was so appreciated. I highly recommend Ilaria to plan your wedding she will make sure it is everything you want and more! -

Ilaria was a 100/10 wedding planner! She went above and beyond to make our day magical. She was always available for my random questions and always so supportive of everything. When I didn’t know what to do, I was able to lean on her design expertise and have her guide me as to what would look and feel the best which was such an amazing quality. I truly cannot imagine our wedding without Ilaria at its center - she was pivotal in every single aspect and I am so beyond glad we met her and got the opportunity to work with her. She had the most positive and supportive demeanor throughout the whole process and was a calming presence throughout the chaos of planning a wedding abroad. From our very first video meeting with Ilaria, my daughter and I could tell she was the right wedding planner for us. Her warmth, expertise and organization made planning a destination wedding feel completely stress-free. She managed every detail with such care—coordinating vendors, and making everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Her choices in vendors were all fantastic, from the catering, venue, photographer to the music, they were all amazing.
Our daughter's welcome party dinner and wedding celebration in Tuscany was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The setting, the flow, the atmosphere, even the last minute weather changes were flawless, and it truly felt like a dream come true. Ilaria not only made our daughter's vision a reality, but exceeded our expectations, our family and friends in attendance had such a wonderful time!
