Ilaria is an angel. Always remember that. She knows exactly how to ensure your vision of the wedding is made real. We came from overseas to have our wedding at the gorgeous castle, which for planning's sake would have been immensely difficult if not for the expertise and organization of Ilaria. She had many options available to us for food, drinks, lights, music, floral arrangements, transportation, etc. all of which she personally coordinate and helped negotiate the contracts to be exactly what we needed them to be to accommodate our needs and the needs of our guests. If you are getting married for the first time, wedding costs may surprise you. The prices that Ilaria worked for us were very competitive even before you consider her experience and crucial help in setting up the wedding. I could never have had the unforgettable wedding without Ilaria and her team. Ilaria was extremely attentive to every detail of our wedding day and if any changes were needed, Ilaria and her team handled them so quickly and seamlessly that they weren't felt or seen.
The venue is spectacular. It could have a library of stories written about its magic. It's stunning.

From the very first meeting, Ilaria impressed us with her professionalism and creativity. Our wedding was not only beautiful and stress-free, but also managed with a level of thoroughness that gave Dorra and I complete peace of mind.

What stood out most was her transparent budget management. Every expense was clearly explained, she helped us make smart choices, saving without compromising on quality and adding extra features. As we were getting married in October and the weather was uncertain, Ilaria also had contingency plans for indoor / outdoor — so we never worried about potential surprises.

After the event, Ilaria went the extra mile by handling post-wedding logistics of some of our guests who wanted to spend more time in Rome, she sent thank-you notes on our behalf, and sorted small unpaid bills, which truly made our experience feel complete all the way to the end.

Finally, her sensitivity to cultural details was remarkable – I am Irish and my wife Tunisian – she really took time to understand our traditions and incorporated them seamlessly into the celebration and made both our families super happy!

Prima di incontrarla abbiamo fatto tantissime videochiamate conoscitive, e ogni volta sentivamo che mancava sempre qualcosa.
