Ilaria is an angel. Always remember that. She knows exactly how to ensure your vision of the wedding is made real. We came from overseas to have our wedding at the gorgeous castle, which for planning's sake would have been immensely difficult if not for the expertise and organization of Ilaria. She had many options available to us for food, drinks, lights, music, floral arrangements, transportation, etc. all of which she personally coordinate and helped negotiate the contracts to be exactly what we needed them to be to accommodate our needs and the needs of our guests. If you are getting married for the first time, wedding costs may surprise you. The prices that Ilaria worked for us were very competitive even before you consider her experience and crucial help in setting up the wedding. I could never have had the unforgettable wedding without Ilaria and her team. Ilaria was extremely attentive to every detail of our wedding day and if any changes were needed, Ilaria and her team handled them so quickly and seamlessly that they weren't felt or seen.
The venue is spectacular. It could have a library of stories written about its magic. It's stunning.
If you are lucky to have found this venue for your wedding, know this: Ilaria, her team, and the venue placed us in a dream like stage that mirrored the beautiful and intimate feelings my wife and I shared as bride and groom.

From the very first meeting, Ilaria impressed us with her professionalism and creativity. Our wedding was not only beautiful and stress-free, but also managed with a level of thoroughness that gave Dorra and I complete peace of mind.

What stood out most was her transparent budget management. Every expense was clearly explained, she helped us make smart choices, saving without compromising on quality and adding extra features. As we were getting married in October and the weather was uncertain, Ilaria also had contingency plans for indoor / outdoor — so we never worried about potential surprises.

After the event, Ilaria went the extra mile by handling post-wedding logistics of some of our guests who wanted to spend more time in Rome, she sent thank-you notes on our behalf, and sorted small unpaid bills, which truly made our experience feel complete all the way to the end.

Finally, her sensitivity to cultural details was remarkable – I am Irish and my wife Tunisian – she really took time to understand our traditions and incorporated them seamlessly into the celebration and made both our families super happy!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di affidarci a Ilaria per l’organizzazione del nostro matrimonio, celebrato il 13 luglio 2024 presso il meraviglioso Castello Teofilatto di Torre Cajetani, e non avremmo potuto desiderare una guida migliore.

Fin dal primo incontro, Ilaria si è dimostrata una professionista attenta, sensibile e incredibilmente organizzata. Ha seguito ogni fase dei preparativi con cura meticolosa, trasformando ogni nostra idea in realtà, superando di gran lunga le nostre aspettative.

Ho conosciuto Ilaria, tramite la location scelta per l'evento. Ed è stata intesa fin da subito. Lei è una donna veramente speciale: presente, attenta, empatica e dolcissima. Ma soprattutto disponibile, ti sa ascoltare comprendendo al volo, ci si può parlare di tutto che subito hai disponibile un consiglio adeguato, dalle bomboniere ai fiori, dal vestito al tableau e magnifica su tutti i fronti. È l'apoteosi della precisione. Con lei non ho avuto pensieri, tutta la giornata scandita perfettamente. Presenza fissa anche nel giorno dell'evento senza mai disturbare, mai invadente, una delicatezza sublime. Sono felicissima dii averla avuta al mio fianco e posso dire che un solo grazie non è sufficiente per tutto il lavoro che ha fatto. Sarà sempre nel mio cuore

Se state cercando la wedding planner perfetta per il vostro grande giorno, siete nel posto giusto. Sceglieremmo Ilaria altre 100 volte, senza esitazione. Prima di incontrarla abbiamo fatto tantissime videochiamate conoscitive, e ogni volta sentivamo che mancava sempre qualcosa. Poi è arrivata lei,con la sua semplicità, autenticità e professionalità, e già dal primo momento ha dissipato tutti i nostri dubbi.
Sempre presente, sempre attenta, sempre un passo avanti. Sapevamo di poterci fidare completamente, e infatti è stata la nostra certezza dietro le quinte. Con il suo sorriso e la sua pazienza è riuscita a realizzare ogni nostro desiderio. Non c’è mai stato un “no” categórico: ci ha sempre proposto soluzioni e alternative, lasciando a noi la libertà di scegliere, senza mai imporre nulla.
Grazie a lei, abbiamo costruito insieme il nostro giorno speciale, e tutto è stato esattamente come lo avevamo immaginato. Senza Ilaria non sarebbe stato lo stesso, passo dopo passo, giorno dopo giorno. Ancora oggi gli invitati continuano a farci i complimenti.
