We had the best experience with Claudia from start to finish, from looking at so many venues in Tuscany to the actual wedding day. We had very specific requests and she not only met but exceeded all of them! Our wedding on June 1st in Chianti was the best day of our lives and Claudia made it all happen so seamlessly. The dinner tables, flowers, linens, gelato cart, Italian folk trio band and ceremony set up exceeded my wildest dreams. I was having a friend do my hair on the wedding day and was worried about my American curling iron working so Claudia went out and bought me a European one - she was beyond helpful, accommodating, professional and kind. When my husband and I decided to get married in one of most romantic cities, Venice, Italy, we were uncertain about how to proceed. We were leaving on a Mediterranean cruise departing from Venice and thought this would be the perfect venue because our closest family and friends would already be in Venice. We were so nervous about the process and planning a wedding from thousands of miles away in the US. We needed a wedding planner and after conducting online searches, we selected Weddings Italy by Regency. Our wedding coordinator, Federica was absolutely amazing and she immediately made us feel comfortable. The first time I spoke to her I knew I that we would be in good hands. I happily relinquished all the planning to her and I was not disappointed. The venue she selected was absolutely amazing. Frederica and her team took care of the photographer, the officiant, the musicians, taxis, restaurants…. All we had to do was get dressed and show up… Her staff did an amazing job, they were prompt and professional! The venue for the ceremony was amazing: one of the best views in the city! Our friends and family still talk about our wedding, not only about the surprise of it all, but the overall experience! Thanks again Frederica and team!!

What an extraordinary experience! From beginning to end, everything was great. The process was smooth and Carla kept a good pace of planning so I wasn't overwhelmed by having to make too many decisions at one time. They were also super accommodating. For example, for some parts of our wedding we had a nice healthy budget and others we weren't willing to spend very much either way the team graciously made it happen just as we asked! We even stayed a full week at the Villa with friends and family and had a ton of special requests and day trips which Carla also helped to plan. I can't say enough about our wedding and time in Positano!! My greatest appreciation goes out to the team at VSG.

Choosing Italy as our wedding location, my husband-to-be and I knew that we would need help planning such a special, once in a lifetime event. With that, we knew the most important choice we were going to make was selecting a wedding planner. Then, we met Mirna…..

Mirna thought of every little detail (many that had never crossed our minds) to make sure that our wedding was perfect. She worked with us on our budget and listened to what was important to us. Most importantly, she made our guests, our families, my husband-to-be and me feel SO special. We (our guests included) quickly figured out that Mirna is more than “just a wedding planner”…she is truly a dream maker!

Our day was perfect in every way…even better than we could have imagined it! She seamlessly organized my pre-ceremony pampering including hair and makeup, the musicians who played at our wedding and reception, every fine detail of our ceremony, a photographer that made sure our romantic, Italian wedding was captured in every photo, a wedding dinner that was both delicious and well timed, and a million other details that were so special and so uniquely us.

Mirna’s great services went far beyond “just planning our wedding.” She helped book our apartment while we were staying in Florence (sending me pictures of different options along the way), booked excursions for us (making sure that every outing was magical), planned a cocktail party for our arriving guests and hired an artist to “paint our wedding.”

To say I wouldn’t change a thing is an understatement. Mirna is brilliant and I look forward to her planning future wedding anniversary celebrations for my husband and me.
