Your Destination Wedding in Italy

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our Ilaria and Lucia! Planning a wedding in Italy while living in the US felt like it could have been incredibly overwhelming, but having them by our side for over a year made the entire experience feel manageable, organized, and, most importantly, enjoyable.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. They answered every question we had — and there were many! — and whenever something came up that required additional research, they took the time to look into it and come back to us with thoughtful answers and options. They were also so patient with us when we weren’t quite sure what we wanted, helping us work through decisions without ever making us feel pressured.

Whenever we needed a little extra guidance, they were always willing to hop on a call and talk things through with us. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us so much confidence throughout the entire planning process, especially since we were planning everything from across the ocean.

And then, on our wedding weekend, they were truly incredible. They were present and helpful through every moment, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we could simply enjoy our day. They had thoughtful backup plans in place in case of bad weather and were constantly anticipating things we hadn’t even thought about. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish.

What stood out most was how invested they were in making our wedding feel like our wedding. They listened to us, understood what was important to us, and handled all of the behind-the-scenes details so that we could be fully present and enjoy every moment.

We are so grateful to have had them throughout this entire journey. If you are planning a wedding in Italy — especially from abroad — we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional, responsive, incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful to work with. They made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless, and we will always be grateful for everything they did to make our wedding so special.

Wow! Where to start! Ilaria & Lucia, firstly thank you for being our wedding planners for the last year & a half. It’s going to be so strange not speaking to you guys everyday and planning our wedding. From my very first call with Ilaria, I knew these were the wedding planners for us! Her “yes we can” attitude to all of my ideas and requests made me believe ok these girls can do anything! And that never changed in the year of planning. We got the chance to meet both Ilaria & Lucia in person in March and did our food tasting together & this was just the most fun! The energy and enthusiasm they bring to everything is amazing, and definitely made our experience so lovely. They are super knowledgeable and have so much experience so always had the best recommendations for us and amazing ideas! Our calls were great and we always felt that our concerns & thoughts were being considered and the girls always made us believe that everything will be okay. This helped us so much as we weren’t so stressed after! Did we go a little bit over budget .. yes we did haha! But you only have a wedding once!

We are the luckiest to have had them as our wedding planners and we definitely felt this on the wedding weekend. Everything worked out perfectly and we had the time of our lives. Our wedding was a dream come true because of them and everything they planned for us, we couldn’t have done this without them! From dealing with the vendors to ensuring the timeline ran smoothly and looking after our family and guests, they really did it all! Our pizza party was like something out of a movie, with a cool Italian market set up for our guests. This was one of their ideas and it was amazing! Our wedding was a dream come true too. Everything set up to perfection. There was so much we didn’t see in the set up but once we saw it all we couldn’t believe how perfect everything had been set up. Better than we could have ever imagined. They were both there at the events and it was so nice to be able to go to them with any requests we had or to check in. They always had something lovely to say and made us feel so comfortable. It feels like we’ve known them forever and partying with them for a bit on the wedding night was amazing.

They are the best duo. So much fun, so much love and so much excitement. What they do can be so stressful but they always made it look so easy. You can really tell that they love what they do!

Lucia helped us create the wedding of our dreams: a true Tuscan weekend, dolce vita style, between the hills of Magliano in Toscana and Monte Argentario.

Andrew and I wanted something far from the traditional wedding format — more a celebration among friends — and Lucia understood our vision, helping us find an enchanting venue in the Tuscan hills and organize a 3-day weekend for friends who traveled from all over Europe.

We'll admit we were a bit stressed in the weeks before, and a few things only came together at the last minute — but the weekend itself exceeded every expectation. For three days, Lucia, her daughter, and her colleague worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect, not only at our main venue but at every other location we visited that weekend: impeccable coordination and no vendor issues. We got to enjoy every single moment, completely stress-free. Every single guest told us it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended.

I first reached out to Lucia and Ilaria to help plan our 10th Wedding anniversary. We were hoping to celebrate with a beautiful trip through Tuscany that included wine tastings, an intimate ceremony and a wonderful dinner. I asked for fun, low stress, beautiful. The entire week was planned and coordinated to perfection. We had private transfers, multiple wine tastings, cooking classes, massages and spa experiences and the most amazing vow renewal. The vow ceremony was an absolute dream. They found the most beautiful location, found a perfect celebrant and handled every little detail. This experience could not have been more perfect.

Lucia and Ilaria helped us to organise our wedding in Tuscany and we couldn’t have dreamt about a better outcome. We and our guests had unforgettable time in Tuscany. The civil ceremony was romantic and touching. Location offered spectacular Tuscan views and authentically friendly atmosphere. The food was amazing and we can’t really think of one thing that could have been better.

Working with Ilaria and Lucia was a pleasure. We started with an interview about our expectations, budget etc. and they walked us through the plan of the preparations. Their approach was really end-to-end: research of potential locations and vendors; making sure that everything is arranged in time; taking care of formalities with local council and coordinating the entire wedding day. This made the entire process a lot easier for us and we could really enjoy our day rather than stress about flowers or food.
