Lucia and Ilaria helped us to organise our wedding in Tuscany and we couldn’t have dreamt about a better outcome. We and our guests had unforgettable time in Tuscany. The civil ceremony was romantic and touching. Location offered spectacular Tuscan views and authentically friendly atmosphere. The food was amazing and we can’t really think of one thing that could have been better.
Working with Ilaria and Lucia was a pleasure. We started with an interview about our expectations, budget etc. and they walked us through the plan of the preparations. Their approach was really end-to-end: research of potential locations and vendors; making sure that everything is arranged in time; taking care of formalities with local council and coordinating the entire wedding day. This made the entire process a lot easier for us and we could really enjoy our day rather than stress about flowers or food.
Last (but not least) Lucia and Ilaria are really amazing, passionate and friendly people who really care about their work. Thank you! -

To sum up in one word- Lucia was simply “superb”. From our very first engagement, she was very responsive & extremely enthusiastic about making my vision come to life. She listened & understood exactly what I wanted to achieve with my theme. Which was unusual in itself -“diamonds & sparkles”! Lucia handled all the details for me (& there were a lot!). And it was all in the detail…. Every single detail meticulously thought of by Lucia & executed with slick procession. On the day- I just got to enjoy my party & see my guests truly “wowed”. An incredible event & the best party I’ve ever been to-guest’s all agreed! Words can’t thank Lucia & her team enough for making my milestone birthday so special & memorable. Thank you!

I first reached out to Lucia and Ilaria to help plan our 10th Wedding anniversary. We were hoping to celebrate with a beautiful trip through Tuscany that included wine tastings, an intimate ceremony and a wonderful dinner. I asked for fun, low stress, beautiful. The entire week was planned and coordinated to perfection. We had private transfers, multiple wine tastings, cooking classes, massages and spa experiences and the most amazing vow renewal. The vow ceremony was an absolute dream. They found the most beautiful location, found a perfect celebrant and handled every little detail. This experience could not have been more perfect.
If you are looking for someone to listen to you and handle every small detail, these are the women for you!

True wedding angels!
Ilaria and Lucia are truly amazing at what they do. We mostly dealt directly with Ilaria and she is truly wonderful. They answer in a timely manner and are so patient. Ilaria always answered the questions I had and reassured me. Our wedding exceeded our expectations. Even with all of the updates they sent us, it was still even more beautiful than I imagined. Ilaria checked on us after the wedding to make sure our travels were going well. They made this process as easy and seamless as possible. When we had a last minute idea or two they made it happen without any issues. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone without a doubt. -

Abbiamo contattato Lucia quasi un anno fa, e da subito si è rivelata una guida preziosa nell’organizzazione del nostro matrimonio da sogno, che in soli 9 mesi ha preso vita tra Milano e la Maremma.
Non è sempre stato semplice: abbiamo trovato Lucia quando avevamo già selezionato alcuni fornitori con cui lei nonostante non fossero i suoi è riuscita a collaborare, abbiamo scelto di celebrare le nozze in una casa privata , e non in una location già attrezzata per eventi. Questo ha comportato qualche sfida in più, ma Lucia ha saputo affrontare ogni ostacolo con grande competenza, calma e determinazione.
È estremamente preparata dal punto di vista tecnico, e i fornitori che ci ha consigliato sono stati impeccabili sotto ogni aspetto.
Siamo certi che affidandosi a lei in una delle location che conosce bene – e che sono già predisposte per accogliere matrimoni – e affidandosi ai suoi consigli per i fornitori il risultato non possa che essere eccezionale.
Nel nostro caso, nonostante le complessità di una casa privata, Lucia ha saputo ascoltarci ed è riuscita a realizzare esattamente il matrimonio che desideravamo, regalando a noi e ai nostri ospiti un giorno indimenticabile.

My husband and I are American but we live and work in Zambia. Organizing a wedding from far away is scary, but it helps to have a good team on your side! Lucia is very patient and has many great ideas. She is passionate about her work. She helps us with both the wedding and the welcome dinner for our guests. She took extra steps to make certain parts of our dream wedding come true. She has a calm energy which is really helpful when wedding planning starts to feel stressful. Planning a wedding from 6,000 miles away can be daunting, but Lucia Saltalamacchia. made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary by convalidating our marriage in the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere, and Lucia went above and beyond to help us achieve that dream within our small budget.
From the moment we contacted her, Lucia provided us with several options for dinner, hair and makeup, and photographers, making sure every detail was covered. We had a thousand questions, and communicated constantly with Lucia. She was always patient, professional, reassuring, and always made time to answer our questions.
When we arrived in Rome, she met with us, walked us through the entire process, and reassured us that everything was under control. On the day of the wedding, Lucia, her assistant Ilaria, and the photographer Marco were all on hand, ensuring that everything went smoothly.
The ceremony was beautiful, and it turned out even better than we imagined. Lucia’s patience, professionalism, and calm demeanor made what could have been a stressful experience an absolute joy. We are so grateful for her and her team, and we highly recommend Lucia to anyone looking to get married in Italy. -

Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Ilaria was easy to contact even if I had a small question to ask and she was very helpful to walk me through everything we needed to do before the wedding day. On the wedding day I don't know what we would have done without Ilaria and her colleague Lucia to decorate the venue as we couldn't set up the day before and there was a lot to do. They creatively dressed our venue and used their own initiative to rearrange decorations throughout the day and keep things on track. We were particularly happy with the way they set up our cake cutting area, creating a fantastic area as a backdrop for our photos that we wouldn't have thought to do. -

Lucia (and her team) helped me plan the wedding of my dreams this past June in Capalbio!! Lucia was incredible, the ultimate partner in crime, helping me execute perfectly on my vision. She is extremely organized, proactive, attentive and detail oriented, which helped me stay calm throughout the whole process. My wedding also required making the impossible happen and Lucia got it done. I had a very specific place where I wanted to get married, a square where I grew up playing, which doesn’t typically accommodate weddings. In fact, before I found Lucia, my request was denied a few times. Lucia is very well connected (and liked) in the area and did everything in her power to make it happen - she succeeded beyond my wildest dreams. Also absolutely key is that she is extremely empathetic and nailed who I am as a person as well as the vibe, aesthetic and feel that I was aiming for. Being a destination wedding I obviously couldn’t see things in person so it was so important to have a person like Lucia who was so in tune with my style and preferences. Lastly, Lucia is very easy to talk to - it was so fun to brainstorm and plan together and I really looked forward to all my interactions with her. I couldn’t recommend her more!! -

I would recommend Ilaria as a wedding planner and coordinator to anyone who will get married at a destination in Italy. While our venue Baglio Oneto in Sicily was totally new to her she was amazing finding contacts and managing everything with the local suppliers. She arranged florist, saxophonist, sound equipment and many more while she always made sure to follow our brief and negotiate the best prices. She has an amazing 'can do' attitude and finds solutions for anything during the event itself. Some examples include her finding a videographer last minute due to cancellation only 2 weeks before the wedding, she literally went to the shop to buy us some last minute items when an order didn't arrive, she was the point of contact for all of our suppliers and guests and made sure we did not have to worry about a thing ourselves during the weekend. On top of that she is a wonderful human being that you would want to invite as a guest to your wedding. She is so professional and always in the background when you need her and she still finds ways to build amazing relationships with her clients through her warm nature. I could not recommend Ilaria enough and would be happy to chat further about my recommendation. Thanks for making our wedding so seamless and amazing, we will be forever grateful! -

Amazing experience with Lucia and her team. We came with our set of ideas and Lucia listened, executed and discreetly offered her professional advice. We ended up with a dream of a wedding in Tuscany! She was perfectly up to the challenge also of helping organize and plan not one but three days of experiences for over 70 guests who specifically came from abroad. Lucia seamlessly orchestrated every detail, leaving us stress-free and focused on the joy of our special weekend. She went above and beyond, sourcing niche vendors and handling last-minute logistics. Plus she is a joy to work with.
