Before writing this review and looking back on my yearlong experience with Natalia, I have to say... it was absolutly AMAZING! Initially I contacted Natalia after falling in love with her work on Instagram to know about her price and availability. She explained her services, got an understanding of the look we wanted, and contacted our venue before sending us the contract. My fiance, now my husband, and I thought from the start that she was absolutely worth it. As Americans, we wanted to have every detail covered by an exert, from the area, since there is so much that goes in to getting married overseas.
Natalia was transparent and paid attention to every detail we wanted. I shared with her the dress type and the theme for our dream wedding, and she went to work... Fast foward as the months counted down to our wedding, Natalia recommended vendors, giving us options to fit our budget. We trusted her throughout the entire planning process, even though we hadn't met, since she obviously knew how to put together the wedding of our dreams. As a bride marrying in another country, I didn't have to worry about anything. I was connected to every detail, as all brides want, and Natalia made it happen. She was not only my wedding planner, she was also an on-site coordinator, florist and wonderful translator!
I appreciate all the work she did, I totally recommend her 100%. She made the wedding of our dreams come true! Please see the pictures below; that's only a portion!

Beautiful Tuscan wedding organised in 2 months from the UK and using Natalias expert knowledge and recommendations. Everything was so much better than anything I could have imagined..wish I could do it all over again!

I truly believe everything Natalia touches turns to gold! She could take any idea and make it beautiful and perfect for any wedding. Natalia made the wedding planning process so easy as well. She has great options you can choose from (vendors, venues, etc.), and I appreciated the choices and recommendations she gave! I also loved how flexible she was - she always had time to meet with me or answer questions I had, plus on the wedding day we had to make some choices on the fly. Her presence is very relaxing, and I truly can’t recommend her enough!!

We could not have planned our wedding in the same way without Natalia. Especially for a destination wedding. She recommended vendors, did our site visit for us, and provided creative suggestions when I was feeling overwhelmed and indecisive. On the day-of she really took charge to ensure that everything was as perfect as it could be. There of course was an unexpected weather element (wind) and immediately sprung to action. 10/10 would recommend Natalia to help plan your special day.

So happy I found Natalia on Wedding Wire! After interviewing several other wedding planners she was the only one who had a fun personality, didn't tell me my budget was too low/unrealistic, and didn't try to push me to an all inclusive villa rental after I explicitly shared I wasn't interested in that kind of rental.

My now husband and I live in Jersey City and I work as corporate event planner so I knew immediately how crucial it would be to have dedicated onsite help. Natalia scheduled and attended all our venue visits, helped me create a color palette for my wedding and clear vision as I was having trouble coming up with one on my own, and provided vendor options for pretty much everything. I mainly went with her suggestions since I found them all to be reasonably priced.

Natalia always listened to me, promptly responded to my emails/messages, reminded me of things I completely I forgot I needed, all while keeping my expectations realistic.

My wedding day was extremely stressful for several reasons that had nothing to do with her or her planning and to this day I'm feel so lucky and grateful to have had her by my side. She dealt with all the vendors day of and was also extremely gracious when handling family who were trying to "help."

I loved working with Natalia and wish I had another destination event just so I could work with her again. I can't recommend her enough!

We absolutely loved working with Natalia. She made our elopement in Tuscany so special. Everything from the photos to the venue to the food were absolutely perfect. I’m so grateful to her for making our wedding day a day that we will cherish forever!

We totally recommend Natalia as a wedding planner. She was very helpful, available, and went the extra mile for us to have our special wedding in Florence. There were times when the wedding almost didn't happen but she helped us and not problem was an issue. She is positive and helpful, and funny too!

Natalia, has really made our wedding day into a fairytale. We planned our wedding in San gimignano last September. She is very easy to work with and always there for a chat or a meeting. She knows great vendors in the region and is very creative herself. She also has great taste and will tackle any issues you have. Loved working with her.
