There truly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Isabella was as our Wedding Coordinator & Planner for our May 2026 wedding in Puglia. We hired her a little later in the planning process than we probably should have, but from the very first day, she made us feel like we were in the best possible hands.

Isabella was so kind, patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the entire process. With our busy schedules, I’m sure there were moments when she was wondering if we would ever answer an email (sometimes it took us weeks!), but she never made us feel anything other than supported. She completely understood that life was busy and somehow managed to keep everything moving forward without ever adding stress to our lives.

She took the lead throughout the planning process, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure nothing was forgotten. This wedding truly would not have happened without her. When our wedding day finally arrived, we were able to let go, be present, and soak in every single moment with the people we love most. We never had to wonder what was happening behind the scenes because Isabella had it all under control.

I was on a long journey to find the right international wedding planner, but once I found Isabella, everything changed. She made the process feel thoughtful, personal, and genuinely exciting from the very beginning. She was attentive right away, calling me almost immediately after I reached out, and our first FaceTime conversation instantly made me feel at ease.

Despite the 7-hour time difference between Nashville and Spain, communication was never difficult. She was always attentive whenever I reached out with questions and consistently made herself available, even working late nights to accommodate scheduling calls and make the process seamless. Every detail was handled beautifully, deadlines were met, and the execution on the wedding day was flawless. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing me to actually be present and enjoy every second instead of worrying about logistics. It truly felt like the fairytale wedding I had always imagined.

Beyond being an incredible planner, she was simply wonderful to be around. By the wedding day, she felt like someone we genuinely loved having beside us through it all. We even had a blast together that night getting to let our hair down, celebrate, and enjoy the evening together made the experience that much more special.

I truly could not recommend Isabella more highly. If you are considering working with her, just know you will be in incredibly capable and caring hands.
