Pablo and I met in Italy and decided to go back there to celebrate our wedding. Since we currently live in Barcelona, coordinating everything from another country with very little free time felt like a stressful, impossible mission.

I was on a long journey to find the right international wedding planner, but once I found Isabella, everything changed. She made the process feel thoughtful, personal, and genuinely exciting from the very beginning. She was attentive right away, calling me almost immediately after I reached out, and our first FaceTime conversation instantly made me feel at ease.

Despite the 7-hour time difference between Nashville and Spain, communication was never difficult. She was always attentive whenever I reached out with questions and consistently made herself available, even working late nights to accommodate scheduling calls and make the process seamless. I never felt like just another client, she truly cared.

What stood out most was how naturally she understood my vision, sometimes even more clearly than I could articulate it myself. Every detail was handled beautifully, deadlines were met, and the execution on the wedding day was flawless. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing me to actually be present and enjoy every second instead of worrying about logistics. It truly felt like the fairytale wedding I had always imagined.

Beyond being an incredible planner, she was simply wonderful to be around. By the wedding day, she felt like someone we genuinely loved having beside us through it all. We even had a blast together that night getting to let our hair down, celebrate, and enjoy the evening together made the experience that much more special.

I truly could not recommend Isabella more highly. If you are considering working with her, just know you will be in incredibly capable and caring hands.

Isabella was phenomenal from start to finish. She was artistic, attentive, encouraging, caring, respectful, supportive, flexible and just outright brilliant.
