We hired TEGI as month-of coordinators, and we are SO glad we did. We went into the wedding planning process thinking we could handle it ourselves...but having Tanya and her team to support us in the final stretch was worth every penny. They dutifully tracked down vendors' paperwork to submit to the venue, coordinated the final timeline, made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right times, and had so many helpful suggestions and feedback on everything from the best placement of the gift table to what kind of escort cards would make the most sense for our outdoor venue throughout that entire final month. We had a Persian/American blended wedding, so they had the extra challenge of having to set up a sofreh which they'd never even heard of! But they nailed it (with a little help) and everything looked great, and they loaded all of our stuff (TWO cars worth) into our cars themselves at the end of the night so we could focus on our guests. They attended our venue walkthrough and any other final meetings as well as our rehearsal the day before, and really just made us feel like we could "let go" and actually enjoy our wedding on the day. The peace of mind was honestly priceless.

Having Julia Davids and Simple Elegance Events as a wedding planner was a wonderful decision. In the months and weeks prior to the wedding, Julia's professionalism and calm, organized manner helped make the tasks associated with planning the wedding very smooth and easy. She was very responsive and available for questions and decisions all along the way. In the days prior to the big event, Julia was invaluable as she communicated with the vendors and coordinated their services. Julia also took the time and effort to make sure the reception venue was staged correctly and helped complete the final preparations the night before the wedding. As it turned out, our daughter's wedding day was perfect and we were able to enjoy our guests without a worry. Julia took care of every detail made the event one that we will remember with joy and pride.

From our first meeting with Barrett we were very impressed with his professionalism. We did his month of services and are so glad we did, he took care of so many of the last minute details, we felt like we were in great hands! Thanks to Barrett and Diane, everything about our wedding day ran on time or ahead of schedule so we were able to just relax and enjoy the day! We also had to rearrange tables the morning due to guests who couldn't make it last minute. Barrett handled it so seamlessly that no one knew we had one less table than planned!
