From our first meeting with Barrett we were very impressed with his professionalism. We did his month of services and are so glad we did, he took care of so many of the last minute details, we felt like we were in great hands! Thanks to Barrett and Diane, everything about our wedding day ran on time or ahead of schedule so we were able to just relax and enjoy the day! We also had to rearrange tables the morning due to guests who couldn't make it last minute. Barrett handled it so seamlessly that no one knew we had one less table than planned!

We hired Barrett as the "Day-Of" coordinator for our wedding, at the recommendation of our venue. We enjoyed working with him in the weeks leading up to the event. Barrett was very knowledgeable about the venue and was helpful and responsive throughout the process. He offered some thoughtful insights and advice about organization and decor that were very effective, and helped us to feel prepared and confident going into the event itself.

Barrett was an amazing day of coordinator for our wedding! We had a half Indian wedding with a lot going on, and I truly cannot imagine the day having gone as smoothly as it did without Barrett there to coordinate it all. In the couple months leading up to the wedding he was incredibly helpful in putting together our our final timeline, coordinating across our vendors, meeting with us multiple times and providing his expertise and recommendations on various decisions, and making sure every last detail was covered. Thanks to him our wedding day was everything we wanted and a day we'll treasure for years to come!

We hired Bow tie Gourmet to be our day of (or month of) coordinator for our wedding. Barrett did an excellent job meeting with us multiple times before our wedding to get all the details and schedule down. He had a close relationship with our venue and their staff, so he was very knowledgeable about it and gave us great suggestions to elevate our event. He remembered all of our details perfectly and ran our wedding smoothly the whole time! We had a tight schedule and he kept us on schedule to a T! We were so happy with how everything turned out. Our wedding was relatively large too— 150, and everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend Barrett!

We can't say enough good things about working with Bowtie Gourmet Events. Barrett always guided us in the right direction, and saved us when we went rogue. He ensured that we were within our budget, every vendor recommendation was top-notch, and we left every meeting feeling refreshed and like we had accomplished a lot. It's very easy to let the stress of wedding planning consume your life, but Barrett kept us on track, took care of tons of things for us behind the scenes, and generally just kept us sane throughout the planning process. Not to mention the fact that he went to bat for us on multiple occasions with some vendors, including a couple of necessary audibles DURING the wedding to make sure that nothing would detract from our day. We absolutely love Barrett! It was a pleasure having him as our wedding planner. Our wedding was a large 220+ size wedding, and Barrett and his assistant Diane made it stress free, easy, zero worries!

Barrett at Bowtie Gourmet impressed us from our first conversation with him. Before we hired him, he prepared for our introductory call by looking up our wedding website, which we had not given to him beforehand. It was such a simple way to prepare, but he took the time to do it and was far more prepared than anyone else we talked to. He was super responsive and provided everything we asked for, including jumping in on a wedding-day hiccup with transportation. Not to mention, he's super friendly and knowledgeable, and he clearly has a passion and a knack for this job!

I think the best part of a coordinator is that you do not have to deal with the stress or the uncomfortable conversations with all the vendors. Bowtie and Barrett MADE it happen. They got my vision, made it easy to work with, always available (even during my crazy work schedule), and solved problems I didn't even know existed. I've had a ton of friends get married recently and they seemed completely stressed the day of the wedding, and I did not have any of that. I learned later there were problems with vendors and construction, but I had NO IDEA because Bowtie took care of it all without interrupting me, or any of my guests. No one noticed at all which is the mark of a great coordinator. Barrett kept everything running smoothly, and I truly got to simply enjoy my day. I had no stress and nothing to keep track of, and even after the wedding everything was marked, returned, and coordinated wonderfully. I would not hesitate to hire for any event, large or small as I truly believe they look for what you envision and how to make your day special.
