We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding at the Metropolis Ballroom!! We booked this venue very early in the wedding planning process because we absolutely fell in love with the space, and how it's multi-functional which was a huge selling point for us. We loved the layout of the venue from the wood beams, the string lights, floor to ceiling windows, and having a patio overlooking downtown Arlington Heights was such a plus. Rachel was so helpful from the beginning. She really made us feel like we were a part of the planning process and went above and beyong to answer all of our questions, even making changes the week of the wedding. She truly is amazing at what she does and if you have a chance to work with her she will go the extra mile for you! She was so kind, professional, efficient and communicated very well with us and our family. The food was excellent!! We had many guests say how great the food was! It was so nice to have many options and the tasting was such a good experience. Their customer service is top notch!! Their staff really did an amazing job throughout the day and making us feel our best on our wedding day. The bridal suite was so beautiful, I'm grateful that we had that space during the day/night. We are so glad that we chose Metropolis Ballroom as our wedding venue as it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much to all the staff and Rachel for being the best coordinator!!!

We had our daughter's wedding reception at Makray Golf Club in Barrington. Laurie was amazing to work with and they really have everything down to a science in terms of set up, the delicious meals prepared by their in house chef and guiding all the details so the evening flowed perfectly. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to check them out. We had an excellent experience.

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we booked our November wedding, we were blown away by the beauty of the space! The window views were great and created the most romantic atmosphere. The venue provided stunning backdrops in every direction, making our day feel truly special and unforgettable. The wedding packages offered incredible value and Evan and the team made the entire planning process so much easier. Everything was well-organized, transparent, and worth every penny, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our celebration knowing we were in great hands.

The team at the Bolingbrook Golf Club are so professional and welcoming. The staff took care of all the details and made it stress free on us!

Working with Itasca Country Club was overall a wonderful experience! The food was the biggest selling point and it was incredible. There were. Few wonky moments in that during our 1.5 years of planning the wedding, our point of contact changed 3 times without notice and we had to go over everything again. This was especially stressful at the 3 month mark when we learned our point of contact and day of person changed again. With that being said, each point of contact was fabulous and helpful and Jamie, who we worked with the last 2-3 months, was so sweet and helpful while trying to catch up on everything. The venue staff on the day of were so wonderful and helpful so I would absolutely recommend Itasca Country Club to others!

The Fountain Blue was very flexible with us through all steps of the process and made wedding planning so much easier! John was amazing and helped me through everything, also the food quality is so good, as good or better than a quality restaurant. At first I was skeptical of a banquet hall but considered it because of the extremely affordable price, bur I honestly think my wedding turned out to be more beautiful and perfect than it could have at any other venue. I'd looked at many expensive venues, from cool new spaces downtown, to high end barnhouses, but ultimately I think the Fountain Blue was better than anything else out there! It sounds dramatic but I am serious. All the guests were highly impressed and some said it was the nicest event they'd ever attended. I 10/10 recommend the Fountain Blue, because of the amazing facilities and food, great genuinely kind and helpful staff, accessible location, and overall experience!

We had our wedding reception at Manzo’s Banquets this past weekend. The room was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff was great! We would definitely recommend this venue.

Jerry and his crew made our wedding day incredible! We did their Ultimate Fantasy Wedding Package, so we only had to pay one bill and that covered the venue, all food, DJ, Photographer, decorations, photo booth, open bar, and everything else! The whole thing came out to roughly 11k. They also helped run the whole day! They got the guests seated, kept everything on schedule, and ensured that my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything. When our flowergirl got stage-fright right before walking down the aisle, Jerry swooped in to save the day and helped her find her mom. We initially didn't plan to do a grand entrance into the reception, but Jerry and the DJ (Megan from Music that Moves) made one happen last-minute so our flower girl could have a second shot at throwing her petals. You're not just getting a venue at Parkway, you're getting a whole team who will make your event run smoothly. If we ever do a vow renewal or anniversary party, we will be back!

I cannot even thank Jennifer enough. She has been INCREDIBLE and extremely accommodating. She’s also very easy to talk to and promptly responded to every single one of my emails. By choice I postponed my wedding twice and Jennifer made the changes very smooth. She remembered many little details that I mentioned about my wedding even though she’s currently working with so many other brides. I’ve absolutely loved working with Jennifer and HIGHLY recommend booking Bridges of Poplar Creek.
