Services Offered

Fountain Blue Banquets & Conference Center offers a choice of wedding packages. Their classic Gold Package includes five and a half hours of event time, a selection of three hors d'oeuvres, a three-course meal, a four-hour open bar, unlimited wine service, Chiavari chairs, a lighted backdrop for the head table, linens, napkins, optional centerpieces, a DJ table, a dance floor, an entree tasting for two. The unmatched Black Diamond package includes everything in the Gold Package, plus an extra half hour of event time, a fourth hors d'oeuvre, and a fourth course at dinner. 5 Stars in every way possible!

First let me start by saying the Fountain Blue is a five star, fantastic venue with an incredible staff, elegant decor and the most delicious food you could hope for for your special day. We are from the far Southside and when our out of town son decided he and his bride would prefer to have their reception local, we were thrilled. However none of our go to southside locations would work since most of the guest list is from out of town. We went on a rather stressful journey to find the best venue with the most pros on our list. We checked out numerous venues and none of them were anywhere near what we found at the Fountain Blue. That first meeting with Georgia, we knew this was the perfect place. 2 hotels next door, both with free shuttles to o’hare for all our out of town guests, a large free parking lot for local guests, the most beautifully elegant rooms, full length table clothes and upgraded chairs all included. This venue is known for it’s food and we were not disappointed. Actually incredibly thrilled with all the different food options and the vegetarian guests are still raving about their dinners, the bar options are priced fair and offer name brand even at the lower price point . Georgia is amazing and a streesfree joy to work with. She helped with everything. Made suggestions, walked us through all the steps, was always available for questions, and got back to us in a timely and friendly manner. She also always kept our budget in mind. I honestly looked forward to each and every meeting with her. I and my entire family would highly recommend the Fountain Blue to anyone looking for any type of party venue.

Amazing wedding!

The Fountain Blue was very flexible with us through all steps of the process and made wedding planning so much easier! John was amazing and helped me through everything, also the food quality is so good, as good or better than a quality restaurant. At first I was skeptical of a banquet hall but considered it because of the extremely affordable price, bur I honestly think my wedding turned out to be more beautiful and perfect than it could have at any other venue. I'd looked at many expensive venues, from cool new spaces downtown, to high end barnhouses, but ultimately I think the Fountain Blue was better than anything else out there! It sounds dramatic but I am serious. All the guests were highly impressed and some said it was the nicest event they'd ever attended. I 10/10 recommend the Fountain Blue, because of the amazing facilities and food, great genuinely kind and helpful staff, accessible location, and overall experience!

Dream Venue

Everything down to the food, Venue, and staff were amazing!!! Had my 15 Anos here back in 2005 so when looking for a wedding venue we thought we would give it a try and we meet John who was such a pleasure to work with he answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to making sure our day went smoothly. Recommended this venue to all Chicago Brides or for any special event you may have.

You want your reception here, I promise.

f you are reading reviews of wedding venues trying to find something that stands out, you can stop here. I had my 208 person wedding reception Fountain Blue and I can’t imagine having it anywhere else. All of the standard things you look for in a venue are obviously there, but Fountain Blue has it one step plus. They don’t have good food, they have great food. They don’t have nice halls, they have beautiful halls. They don’t have some options, they have many options (as regards menu, table decorations, etc) But the thing that brings it all together is Georgia. Whatever you do, ask for her. I was in one state, my now wife was halfway across the country, and my mother was in the Chicagoland area. The whole wedding up to the week before was planned this way. Georgia made every accommodation, worked with my mother every time she would come in, hand held us through all the preparations, scheduled us for a tasting on short notice before an event just because it was the only day we’d all be together. I can say stuff like how clean the hall is, how nice the food was, how much fun every one had, but that kinda stuff doesn’t do this place justice. My wedding reception was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the memories I’ll have because I chose this place are worth their weight in gold. I’m very grateful to have had the most important party of my life at Fountain Blue.

Wonderful Service!!

We booked Fountain Blue for our March 2020 wedding. It was the first and only venue we looked at. Georgia was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She answered every single question and was so helpful and understanding after 3 date changes due to the pandemic. It was our goal to never cancel our wedding, but find the perfect date with our venue. The quality of service was excellent and everyone was so professional. My husband and I got multiple compliments on the delicious food. Georgia also lead us to our bakery and DJ, both of which did not disappoint either! I would recommend Fountain Blue to anyone looking for a place to have any celebration.

The Most Perfect Wedding

Bill and the entire team at Fountain Blue were amazing and they are the reason our day was so perfect. They are professional, accommodating, friendly, and all around great people. Fountain Blue and Bill were the BEST decision we could have made for our wedding day. Our guests raved about the food, service, and atmosphere and said our wedding was hands down the best yet! Thank you Bill and team for all you did for us our day would not have been perfect without you

Bill was absolutely amazing to me and my husband to say the least! From the moment we walked in to first check out the banquet, he never once tried to push anything extra other then what I originally wanted. The food is great and I am obsessed with the gazebo and scenery in the back. Amazing for pictures! He was so helpful and assisted in making how I had pictured my wedding day turned into a reality. I would highly recommend this banquet to anyone!

If you are looking for a beautiful venue for a reasonable price, this is your venue. The staff is the best I've ever worked with and the service was amazing. Billy and his staff went above and beyond to make our wedding special and run smoothly. I had no complaints whatsoever. They took care of everything for us and made it less stressful for us. The garden and fountain was also perfect to stage our wedding photo's. I would highly recommend them!

This venue helped make our wedding perfect! Bill is amazing in every way, no minor detail was overlooked! He was professional, positive, attentive, and supportive! Throughout our engagement, it was always easy to make appointments around our schedules and we always felt like we could take the time we needed to make everything perfect! His response time was never more than 24-hours! He always made my family feel respected and appreciated.

The space at Fountain Blue was amazingly beautiful as well! It is perfect for any wedding looking for elegance! The room we were in felt royal! They also have a wonderful garden space that is perfect for guests and pictures!

This venue is PERFECT for any bride who is a foodie! Everything is made in-house and is fantastic! Also, we had several dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, kosher) that they were able to accommodate! There were a few items where we needed to use substitutions, but the food was still amazing! We received an unbelievable amount of compliments for the food at the reception! The bakery they work with is also wonderful! The cake tasted great and was included with our package!

The costs for the food and services we received were right within our budget as well! They have many options and packages to fit any kind of wedding. The bar on our package was excellent!

Any bride should do herself a favor and work with Fountain Blue and Bill!
