Where to begin. Ever come across a group of individuals who go from complete strangers to instant friends who feel like family? That’s exactly how the team at Chez Hotel made me feel. If they ever needed me, I’d be there in an instant. Planning a wedding is insanity to say the least. But what makes it easier is having someone who will listen and understand what you’re asking for. Everyone there has a “yes we can make that happen” attitude. They’re genuinely kind people working in a not so kind field because wedding planning is HARD. Without them honestly I don’t think our wedding would’ve been the way it was. Just a truly remarkable experience working with the team here and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go check them out and you’ll see for yourself why we chose them and why I’m writing this review. For the team: Michelle - She’s the best wedding planner/coordinator we could’ve ever asked for. I’m not just saying this. I mean this from the bottom of my heart! The way Michelle handled us with all of our requests is truly remarkable because we were a pain, frankly. She’s incredible at what she does and I hope others get to have someone like her on their side during such a hectic phase! Please go see her and you will not be disappointed! Payton - while not our main coordinator, a truly incredible human being who helped if Michelle wasn’t around! Very helpful and caring. Can’t thank you enough for all your help! Christina - a very genuine person and honest. This helps a lot when working with a team for so many months planning! We are truly grateful to you and your beautiful venue! We worked with Erin for the coordination package, and it was so great to have her expertise to make sure our day ran smoothly with timelines, vendors, and everything in between. Beautiful venue and staff who will make your dream wedding come true. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the food and staff were and how beautiful the venue is. During the search for a venue, the Crawford was the first one of several places we toured and kept coming back to in our minds. The decor and size of the facility is perfect for a personal, but roomy elegant wedding. Cannot say enough compliments to the staff and how helpful and insightful everyone was leading up to and the day of, from Catie the manager to the bartenders. We could not have picked a better venue that fit our budget and made our wedding as perfect as we hoped for when it all came together.

Oh, where to even begin with how amazing Old Towne Hall is for reception events! From the initial meeting for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding reception, Ingo and Sandra were honest and genuine with what they offered and the costs involved. They offered suggestions for local entertainment, alcohol purchasing, desserts, and lodging as well. These leads provide similar quality service which will make your entire event run seamless while not robbing your bank account. By the end of your event, the only regret you will have is that you can’t adopt Ingo and Sandra into your own family so that you can spend more time with them. Ingo loves to cook and he delivers on his promise to serve scrumptious food. Old Towne Hall allows clients to customize their own menu without escalating the pricing for “going rogue”. Our family took them up on that offer to be unique. Ingo picked up at our initial meeting how my husband and the groom love Rueben sandwiches at Christmastime. He created mini-Ruebens as one of the hor d’oeuvres served at the meal tasting and wedding. Being married at the end of December, the bride and groom wanted an “Old Fashioned Christmas Dinner” and Ingo hit the nail on the head! Guests have not stopped raving about the food served at the reception. Sandra makes the organization process so easy! She communicates well throughout the journey and helps ease your mind the weeks leading up to the big day. With allowing the hosts to purchase their own alcohol, the open bar bill for the entire evening was extremely low compared to what it would have been at other venues. Sandra picked up on the groom’s family being Irish and presented us with an Irish Mule at the food tasting that was so refreshing! Sandra was a Godsend at the reception, keeping a watchful eye on all the details so that we could just focus on having an enjoyable evening with our guests. She and the staff also stayed late that evening to box up all our decorations so that all we needed to do was drive up and haul it out the next day. If you are looking for a reasonable venue with phenomenal customer service, Old Towne Hall will not disappoint you or your guests!

Deb (owner and day of coordinator) followed it exactly how I envisioned it! They worked so well with my vendors and made it a night to remember!! The food was amazing and I am still getting compliments about the food. They decorated everything and made it look amazing!!
