My husband and I had our wedding reception here on 4/18/26 and we are still getting compliments on how amazing the wedding day was! This would not have been possible without the wonderful team at Makray. Laurie, Leeza and Stacie were great to work with from the first tour of the facility, to organizing the food tasting, answering all of my questions, and all the work that went into the wedding day itself. They made every step of the way very easy. I would definitely recommend them. Makray is the perfect location and really offers so much!

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we booked our November wedding, we were blown away by the beauty of the space! The window views were great and created the most romantic atmosphere. The venue provided stunning backdrops in every direction, making our day feel truly special and unforgettable. The wedding packages offered incredible value and Evan and the team made the entire planning process so much easier. Everything was well-organized, transparent, and worth every penny, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our celebration knowing we were in great hands.

We got married August 2026 and Bolingbrook Golf Club and Katherine and Jill thei whoel team were fantastic from start to finish. They took care of every single detail and the service was fantastic. The food was fantastic. The ground. We felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. I would recommend anyone who wants to feel like someone is advocating for them to have their best day without stressing with the little details.

The odyssey was just an amazing opportunity and experience to have a wedding at. Everyone was very attentive and good at what they do. 10 out of 10, would do again. Just loved every minute of that day and night. They all did a wonderful job at making our wedding a dream come true.

Working with Itasca Country Club was overall a wonderful experience! The food was the biggest selling point and it was incredible. There were. Few wonky moments in that during our 1.5 years of planning the wedding, our point of contact changed 3 times without notice and we had to go over everything again. This was especially stressful at the 3 month mark when we learned our point of contact and day of person changed again. With that being said, each point of contact was fabulous and helpful and Jamie, who we worked with the last 2-3 months, was so sweet and helpful while trying to catch up on everything. The venue staff on the day of were so wonderful and helpful so I would absolutely recommend Itasca Country Club to others!

I can’t say enough about St. Andrew’s!! Everything was beyond exceptional! We chose St. A’s for its outdoor ceremony location and beautiful ballroom but another big sell was all the reviews I read about their coordinator, Kim Bruscato. There are a ton of reviews raving about how amazing she is and she did not disappoint. Not only did she meet our every need, she went above and beyond to make our planning as smooth as possible. Kim is THE person you want to have on your team, especially for wedding day!! I could go on but she’s simply the best. Throughout wedding planning, my husband and I continuously said how thankful we were that we found St. Andrew’s and Kim. Best decision we made and we’ll forever be thankful!!!

Hello, Just wanted to compliment and thank you for an amazing wedding ceremony and reception. Bernadette, you were very helpful before the day, as you answered questions, guided and made sure everything was in place. You did a great job during the rehearsal dinner, providing assistance, guidance and instructions as to how we process down to the ceremony. To the Chefs, Wait Staff and Bartenders. First the food was AMAZING, the steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. The Salmon and Chicken also were delicious. Everyone commented, how great the food was and that is was hot and delivered in a timely manner. The staff was very accommodating and worked really hard to make this a celebration to remember. I will highly recommend, to anyone I speak to, White Pines Golf Club is a great venue to celebrate any occasion. Thank you again for all your work. Mary Elena's mom :)

From the moment we arrived for our first meeting with Sara this past Thursday, we knew Boulder Ridge was special. Waiting for us at the entrance was a beautiful welcome sign congratulating us on our engagement. This was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch that immediately set the tone for our visit. We were completely taken by the stunning outdoor spaces. The grounds are picture-perfect and had us sold before we ever saw the banquet space. Sara was everything you could hope for in a Private Event Director -- warm, welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in our vision. She answered every question with care, offered creative ideas, and explained all the options available. We never felt rushed despite her other appointments. She made us feel like our wedding was her top priority. After viewing the banquet rooms, we were captivated by the endless possibilities. We’re praying for beautiful weather so we can hold our ceremony outdoors, but it is such a comfort knowing there’s an equally gorgeous indoor option ready if needed. We loved our experience so much that we returned two days later and said "Yes" to Boulder Ridge. Sara's attention to many details and genuine excitement for our wedding made our decision an easy one. If you’re looking for a venue that combines breathtaking scenery, true flexibility, and a Director who truly cares, Boulder Ridge is your place for your special day.

I would like to thank Pam S/Kiley F and the entire staff at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club for making my Niece’s wedding rehearsal dinner amazing. Every detail that was planned was done perfectly. Very courteous and hospitable from the moment we arrived. Views from the banquet room overlooking the golf course were stunning. The tables in the room had beautiful centerpieces and candles. Chivalry chairs added to elegant setup. Dinner was 5 star elegance, delicious perfectly grilled Filet mignon very tender excellent quality. Chefs kiss! We were able to get beautiful pictures through out the event. Thank you Jim you are the sweetest in bringing the golf cart around to take the entire bridal party to get photos. Everyone at Ruffled Feathers Golf went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend anyone to host any special event big or small. Thank you to the entire staff at Ruffled Feathers golf club. You all did a wonderful job and we appreciated your hospitality and kindness throughout the event.

Prairie Landing gave me the wedding of my dreams. I toured other venues in the area, but Prairie Landing's views, ballroom, pricing and the staff was what ultimately made us choose them. We got married here 10/11/2025. The guests at our wedding were RAVING about the venue and the FOOD!!! I cannot tell you how many people told me it was the best food at a wedding they had ever had. They were incredibly accommodating to my guests with allergies which was a huge bonus. Michelle and her team made the day run smoothly. The women's locker room was the perfect bridal suite for getting ready. So much space for me and 8 others (plus the makeup and hair stylists) to get ready and have a fun morning. The location for the ceremony gave us the perfect pictures and the occasional (it was only two) airplane flying overhead actually gave it an extra fun free add on lol. The drinks and appetizers at cocktail hour were amazing. Also, a huge plus was my husband, and his groomsmen went out golfing on the course the day before and then we had our rehearsal dinner here right after they golfed. I feel like typically the guys don't really care about the details of the wedding venue but going out to golf at our venue the day before made it extra special for him. Prairie Landing also worked with us to come up with the perfect night before our wedding. We had a smaller intimate rehearsal dinner and then held a welcome party where our other guests came for welcome drinks and snacks. It was the PERFECT night before the wedding, which led into an even more PERFECT wedding day. I could go on & on about how amazing it was. Thank you to Prairie Landing and the staff who made it all possible!!!! 1000000/10 recommend!
