Facilities and Capacity
Bolingbrook Golf Club’s tri-level clubhouse features handsome brickwork and a 15-foot-tall grand fountain at its main entrance. The building boasts 76,000 square feet of available event space, allowing couples flexible options for creating their unforgettable celebration. Inside, guests can lounge by the cozy stone fireplace in the entrance foyer before continuing on into the Raegan Grand Ballroom for reception festivities. This tastefully furnished hall can comfortably host up to 800 distinguished guests.
Just beyond the ballroom lies the Rose Garden, a beautiful outdoor terrace where up to 300 guests can mingle and take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This garden is also ideal for romantic ceremonies where couples can exchange vows with fountains and the nearby lake as their backdrop. For events smaller in scale, the East Room provides an effortlessly exquisite place for wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, or other special gatherings. Highly recommend! I was planning an out-of-state wedding, and the entire team at the BBGC made everything so much easier! They were super flexible in helping us bring our vision to life, the pricing was very reasonable, and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. Jill is an absolute pro—she allowed multiple tastings, helped us create our signature drinks, answered what felt like endless emails, and handled our vision with so much care. She truly made us feel taken care of every step of the way. There are plenty of hotels nearby, a wonderful cocktail area, and the space itself is huge. This is your sign to book this venue!
