Hidden Gem
I needed an event space for 150 people. The Bolingbrook Golf Club was perfect. The office staff was incredibly attentive and I could feel the desire to make my event perfect. I felt heard. The servers were extremely pro and the food presentation was nice and tasted wonderful. Many of our guests were able to enjoy the Nest downstairs. How fun to continue our experience in a new atmosphere where great service continued. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Bolingbrook!

Bolingbrook Golf Club Delivers Wedding Perfection
Great venue for a wedding. Jill helped us from start to finish and made our wedding perfect. She was extremely accommodating and made sure the wedding went smoothly. The golf course itself is gorgeous. The interior of the building has a white house feel—very clean and polished. You feel like you're walking through history. Overall, I would recommend not only the venue but also Jill and all the staff that helped make our wedding personal and unforgettable.

We could not have been happier!
From the moment we walked into Bolingbrook Golf Culb to view the available spaces, Jill and her staff made us feel comfortable.
Every person that we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was upfront and competitive with every other venue that we looked at, even though Bolingbrook Golf Club was far and away much classier, cleaner and had superior parking options than any other local venue.
The food and beverage choices were almost limitless it seemed. It was hard to choose which delicious menu option to serve our guests. DO NOT pass on the tasting dinner that they offer. It is a fun experience that will allow you to try many different options. Go to that hungry, as their are a lot of options and servings are large enough to really fill you up.
The chef made several different dietary arrangements for food allergies and personal preferences as well, and the servers made sure that everyone was served what they requested.
If I ever host an event or reunion, I won't even shop around. To us, it would be a waste of time. I'll just go Bolingbrook Golf Club and reserve a space

We recently celebrated our only son's wedding reception at the Bolingbrook Golf Club, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, the experience was flawless—truly one of the finest events we've ever attended.
A special thank you goes to Jill Maldonado, whose dedication and attention to detail were extraordinary. She ensured every element—from the smallest touches to the major moments—was executed to perfection. Jill seamlessly coordinated with all our vendors, including the photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, and even the fireworks team. Everything flowed effortlessly, thanks to her expert planning.
The Club staff were equally impressive—attentive, professional, and gracious, all while remaining unobtrusive. Their service elevated the entire evening and made our guests feel genuinely cared for.
The compliments we received from friends and family were overwhelming and a true testament to the exceptional work of Jill and her team. This was, without a doubt, a five-star experience in every way.

We had our wedding in July ! Please book with Jill, Javi and the team you wont regret it! Our experience here was amazing from food tasting to planing out seating and set up was effortless! The food was GREAT, the drinks were AMAZING ! Bartenders definitely know what they are doing! The staff were very friendly and professional. You wont regret having your wedding here. Our Wedding at BBGC!
Bolingbrook Golf Club was amazing in helping all of our dreams come true for our wedding reception! They were so wonderful and easy to work with, and always so accommodating. They did everything we wanted and needed to help make our day as special as it was! Nikilett was so wonderful to work with, and made the process so easy and fun! Our guests loved our venue, and the outdoor space for cocktail hour. We still get compliments on the space 3 months later! The food was outstanding, and the service was amazing! They were so nice and accommodating the night of the wedding, and made sure my husband and I ate. The serving staff even kept our food warm while we went and socialized with our guests! We were so pleased with Bolingbrook Golf Club for our wedding day. Nikilett was incredible to work with. She was very attentive to emails, very helpful, and extremely easy to work with. She even helped us with the decor setup. She also was very flexible in her schedule if we needed to meet with her. The servers did an outstanding job and our banquet captain was friendly and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. The bartenders were amazing too. We heard from our guests the bartenders knew their drinks and had them prepared ahead of time! The food was delicious too! The serving sizes are large! We have no complaints about Bolingbrook Golf Club. We are so happy we had our special day there. I highly recommend getting married on their patio- our photos are beautiful.

Bolingbrook Golf Club is an establishment that does an incredible job with weddings and events. The coordinators are amazing. They are flexible and always willing to help with your vision for the day. When you choose Bolingbrook Golf Club, it is a flawless experience from beginning to end. They make you feel special and valued. After our wedding at Bolingbrook, friends and family are still talking about the food and how incredible it was. They keep talking about the serving size and how it was perfect and how the day went so smoothly. The best part was at the end of the night I asked what we had to clean up and they told us “nothing”. We just came back the next day to pick up all of our stuff and it was already packaged and boxed for us. We could not have asked for a better venue for our day!

The BEST Venue Out There- Go With Bolingbrook Golf Club!
My husband and I looked at several venues in the area before deciding on Bolingbrook Golf Club. Bolingbrook is without a doubt the BEST wedding venue around. We had a lot more flexibility with food options and making our day what we wanted it to be by choosing this venue. They are very responsive and helpful with questions (Jill and Nikilett). Bolingbrook allows more customization to your day than the other venues that we had looked at and also are more reasonably priced. One unique thing about Bolingbrook is that you can have fireworks at your wedding (for a price of course!) if you choose. Not a lot of venues have that capability and that was one of the major unique highlights of our wedding (our guests were surprised!). Bolingbrook made our day special and we are so grateful for that! We both have nothing negative to say about our experience/wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club.

My Daughter's Bridal Shower
We had my daughter's bridal shower here and it was amazing!!! The decor, the staff, the food was PERFECT. My daughter will never forget this epic event! Jill was the most professional staff I have ever met. We knew up front that there could not be over 25 due to COV19. My son and his fiance had been planning their wedding for almost a year when covid hit. Their original venue announced their doors would close for the next 15 months canceling all weddings! However, BCC came to the rescue! They figured out how to accommodate our wedding within state guidelines. Amazing to work with!
Unfortunately we ended up being one of the "Corona Couples" who ended up having to change all of our plans due to COVID-19 restrictions. Bolingbrook Golf Club was SO amazing and accommodating and made our day feel so special despite it being different than we originally planned. We had to push back our "big party" date until next year, but this year we had a small intimate wedding with just our immediate families. Jill and Nikilett were SO helpful in planning both parties and helped to make the day incredibly special and safe. All of our guests felt safe and comfortable throughout the night. We were able to put our own touches into each celebration. The food and service was fantastic, the venue is beautiful, and the staff could not be more pleasant. Nikilett and the Bolingbrook team went above and beyond to make our mini ceremony so special and perfect. About 2 months before, we decided to postpone our 250 person wedding and go with a small, intimate ceremony and party to follow on the patio outdoors. Bolingbrook could not have been more accommodating in the change of plans and in helping us plan this in such a short amount of time. I told Nikilett my vision and she executed it absolutely perfectly, down to my crazy last minute requests. She always got back to us so quickly and was so organized with every detail. We could not have been happier with every single detail of the day. It looked beautiful, the food was amazing and the entire staff was so nice and helpful the entire night.

Prime COVID time Wedding
My husband and I booked our wedding with BGC in November 2018 for our June 2020 wedding. When we walked into the venue, we knew it would be the perfect place to hold our wedding.
When the COVID pandemic affected our original plan of having a 200 person wedding, they were beyond accommodating to reschedule our day. When we realized that our postponement date was not going to work, Jill, Nikilett, and the rest of the BGC team quickly put together a plan for us to have a social distancing wedding that followed state guidelines.
Our outside ceremony was perfect on the patio. We followed our ceremony with dinner outside on the veranda, overlooking the beautiful golf course. We ordered appetizers from the Nest restaurant downstairs to serve before dinner.
Marko was our server for dinner and he couldn't have been more wonderful. He interacted with our families and made an effort to go above and beyond. Chef Darren cooked us a wonderful Filet and Lobster dinner and helped serve our guests.
We had the whole veranda to ourselves and had an amazing time. Jill, Nikilett, Marko, Chef Darren, and the rest of the BGC team went above our expectations to make sure that our day was perfect - especially given the circumstances thrown at us.
We are beyond thankful for their service to make sure that we could still have the wedding of our dreams. We will definitely be back to see the staff at the Nest Bar & Grill.

Picture Perfect Venue
After an exhaustive, 50+ venue search, my wife and I settled on Bolingbrook Golf Club for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier that we did. It's simultaneously rustic and elegant and has beautiful backdrops for pictures, and the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous. They're super flexible on pricing and package structure, and have a range of ballroom options for however large your wedding is. They even recommended a specific split tab-bar and open-bar beverage package for us that was cheaper than the full open-bar for the night to save us money, even though they could easily demand one or the other. They truly care about making your event a success, and will cater to whatever you ask for to make it so.

Wonderful Wedding Venue!
We recently had our wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club and it was amazing! Everyone we worked with was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. We felt so comfortable on the big day, and everything went smooth and was wonderful! We ended up having one glitch after the wedding the night of, but they did their best to resolve it. We could not recommend this venue enough to anyone looking to host an event or wedding!

Great experience!
So happy that we chose Bolingbrook Golf Club for my daughter's wedding reception! Jill and Nikilette were very easy to work with and responded immediately to our questions. The food was great and we had so many compliments from our guests on their meals. The staff was amazing and we feel that our guests were well served. You can't go wrong with this venue. The value is tremendous and the setting was beautiful!

We had the opportunity to work with BGC for about a year and half and it was a blast! They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we dreamt of and more! They were always professional and made sure I was comfortable with everything! They were accommodating in every way possible, even when we had our sassy toddler with us during our planning meetings!!! They are open minded when it comes to your crazy ideas, like a 36 person head table!!! :)
Jill, Katie, & the rest of the BGC team we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us. You guys are the definition of a first class organization. We will be back to visit!
P.S. We had 250 people at our wedding and everyone of our guest complimented BGC & staff, saying they have never been to a nicer wedding!!!

The service, food and venue wete exceptional! Just perfect!
The staff and servers were very professional and the food was all wonderful! Quality of food was outstanding! We were very satisfied!
The only issue we had was with the overhead speakers. Where they were placed in the room blasted the music at two tables. This made it hard for those two tables to hear each other converse.

Amazing venue & staff
We just had our wedding reception at Bolingbrook Golf Club this past weekend and there are no words to describe how absolutely amazing everyone on staff there was. From the beginning when we booked our reception with BGC to the day of they made the whole process effortless. We worked with Jill & Katie as our coordinators and they were outstanding. We had a pretty large wedding and everything went smooth and they took care of us the whole time. Not to mention how many people came up to us to let us know how amazing the food was! I am going to miss working with everyone there! I recommend this venue to everyone from the physical beauty of this venue to the professionalism, kindness, and most of all how much FUN their staff is.

Fantastic Wedding/Reception Venue
I would absolutely recommended Bolingbrook Golf Club to anyone looking to have their wedding in the Chicagoland area. The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS and the staff went above and beyond to make our day incredible. We had a Halloween wedding and during the champagne parade, the staff came out wearing our mask party favors! It was such a fun touch that my husband and I weren't expecting at all! Taryn is a wonderful event planner and truly brought our wedding vision to life. The day of our wedding, she seemed as excited to be celebrating the day as my husband and I were! The food was amazing and there are plenty of options. The s'more desert is a must for anyone who is considering it. People always say that there are going to be issues the day of your wedding, but I can honestly say that if there were any that day, Bolingbrook kept them all hidden from us because our day was absolutely perfect. It would not be possible for our experience to be better than it was. After visiting at least a dozen venues, we settled on BBGC due to the beautiful building, terrace, and grounds (even the restrooms are exceptional). While all of these things were terrific, it was Taryn who tipped the scales for us. She made us feel extremely comfortable and confident from the start.
Taryn far exceeded our early expectations. She went well beyond what any one could possibly expect. She was always available for any questions or concerns and was extremely responsive. She also made many suggestions that we likely would not have even considered. The entire event went off like clockwork, due to her very tight planning of every single detail.
We have received non-stop compliments from all of our guests, from the hors d'oeuvres, 4 course dinner and exceptional service. Taryn was there the entire time overseeing every little detail and made every guest feel special. I had at least half of our 200 guests tell me that it was the best wedding they have ever attended!!!
If anyone hires a wedding planner to assist with their wedding at your venue…..they are wasting their money. No wedding planner could possibly do a better job. We trusted every single suggestion she made and it paid off handsomely!!!!

Every guest attending our wedding said that this was by far the best wedding they had ever attended! From start to finish the staff at Bolingbrook made our wedding extra special! Taylor & Taryn both worked with us to plan a truly magical experience! From the wedding ceremony, to the food, the champagne parade, and to top the night off, our first dance on the putting green under the fireworks made it the most magical day! We received compliments on everything, the food and cocktail hour were amazing and the entire staff couldn't have been more accommodating!! Amazing! If you are looking for a classy and beautiful venue with a professional and accommodating staff look no further than Bolingbrook Golf Club! We were married on New Year’s Eve. With more than half the list from out of town, BGC was very accommodating with the possible change in numbers. Taryn, our event planner at BGC, is the best!! Taryn and the entire team made our day so amazing!! The food, the space, and the service were all top-notch! All of the servicemen and women from the bartenders, to the waiters, to the valet men were so welcoming and happy to be there even though it was a holiday! Our guests continue to tell us how wonderful of wedding it was. While we were married in the winter and were not able to utilize the beautiful grounds of the Golf Club, the fireplace and decorations of the clubhouse were perfect! If you are looking for a venue winter, spring, summer, or fall check out the Bolingbrook Golf Club! You will not be let down!

We recently had our wedding at Bolingbrook Country Club and we could not have asked for a better venue! We looked at numerous places to have our wedding and, not only is it beautiful at Bolingbrook, but what really sold us was Taryn and Jill. Just in our first meeting with them, you can tell that Taryn and Jill actually cared about our wedding just as much as we did. We did NOT find that anywhere else. We felt comfortable with them. Once we booked with them, they gave us a list of vendors that they have worked with before so that we can research. We also did our own research of vendors that were not on that list. During our search for other vendors to have at our wedding, I reached out to Taryn and Jill and asked for their opinions, just in case. No sooner than 5 minutes after I emailed them, Taryn called and said "It's your choice, but I recommend not booking that vendor because something always goes wrong with them. I just wanted to let you know". I totally appreciated her advice! Also, we had our final meeting with Jill and Taryn a week before our wedding and as they were confirming our vendors (photographers, dj, videographer) and I had mentioned that we were having a slight communication issue with our dj and we were a little concerned. She told me to set up our final meeting with him at Bolingbrook so she would be there too. The meeting was set up the day before our wedding (because it was the only day that worked for all of us) and low and behold the dj STOOD ME UP! We were all pissed and upset! Jill and Taryn then got involved and after a long conversation with them, some tears, and a cocktail too (because I needed it), they helped me in firing my current dj AND they found me another dj for my wedding! They literally saved the day! Taryn and Jill are amazing and so is their banquet team. Marco was a FANTASTIC Captain, and they let us ride in on a golf cart (which made my husband SUPER HAPPY)! I could not have asked for better people to work with!!!

Bolingbrook Golf Club was the first venue we looked at in January and fell in love with the venue and Taryn immediately. We continued looking, however we kept comparing every venue we saw to BGC.
We are so happy we went with BGC for our ceremony and reception! Taryn and Jill were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Our other vendors also mentioned how much they enjoy working with BGC. They were both very professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and trust me-we had tons of them. The venue looked absolutely stunning the day of the wedding, everything we created and discussed came out even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We were blown away! Our guest complimented the food, service, and the beautiful venue. Both set of parents had tons of compliments for Jill because she went above and beyond the day of the of wedding. Bolingbrook Golf Club was an excellent venue for our large wedding party! Although they can accommodate smaller parties , they were just what we were looking for with our 325 person wedding. Jill and Taryn were great to work with and Joaquin was the best Captain we could have asked for! The hall was beautiful, the balcony was a wonderful addition and they worked very hard to make sure every last thing was taken care of! The staff was more than helpful and so courteous. My entire bridal party ended up in the bridal suite when we first arrived and we were met with a champagne toast and sweets! I do not even know where to start off complimenting the amazing service at the Bolingbrook Golf Club. Taryn was so incredibly to work with. Our wedding was on New Years Eve and it was about 142 people. There was another wedding going on that was much bigger than our but somehow Taryn always managed to make us feel like we were the only focal point of that evening. All through the planning she was very attentive, quick to answer our emails and so awesome at suggesting the best way to plan our day. We LOVED the way our wedding turned out and I wouldn't have changed a single thing. All of my vendors said they worked with this place before and commented on how easy they are to work with and as i found out on my wedding day, everything went so smoothly with all of the vendors. In addition to the great service from Taryn, our coordinator, the servers and bar tenders were excellent!! We had our tasting a few months prior to our big day and the servers were so accommodating and on top of our guests. The day of the wedding they treated our guests so well and we got many compliments on the bar tenders as well. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the Golf club and there service was excellent. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and all of the people who work here and who made us feel like every penny we spent was well worth it. The atmosphere and decor is great. My wedding was beautiful!! Wonderful place for a romantic winter wedding. Thank you all at the BBGC!

This place is ONE OF A KIND..you cant pick a better venue. The ceremony was perfect and the reception was a classy affair! All of our guests loved cocktail hour and the champagne parade. They went above and beyond in every way possible. I have been to many events here and they always do a great job- but for my wedding day I felt like that exceeded my expectations and made the room more beautiful than I have ever seen!! Thank you thank you thank you!

We absolutely loved Bolingbrook Golf Club for our wedding!!! We had both our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception at Bolingbrook Golf Club. It is a beautiful venue. We got married the weekend after Thanksgiving and they had all of their Christmas decorations which were beautiful and added such a cool theme to my wedding pictures. Taryn was amazing to work with. Very prompt and easy to get along with. She was also very organized and answered every question I had and I had a lot!! The venue in general is just also very flexible and met all of my requests. I had such a wonderful evening and Taryn made planning a wedding very stress free for me!!!! I would recommend this venue to anyone!!!!

They are helpful down to every detail. They go over all the information with you well in advance and will provide you with recommendations for setup. In additon, they will set-up all centerpieces that you bring in and will have them all packed up for you to pick up the next day.

We held our reception at BGC in the grand ballroom on 10-10-15, and it was a dream come true. My mom and I randomly decided to drop in without an appointment while venue shopping and see if we could take a look at the space / speak with someone who was there. We walked in and ....wow. Ladies, this place is spectacular. The rooms are large enough to fit a few hundred people yet still manage to make it feel intimate and romantic. The veranda looks out over the golf course (and the sunset, which was incredible on our wedding day!). The staff is wonderfully attentive and accommodating; the bartenders pour very strong drinks (nobody likes a watered down cocktail amirite?); and the food - oh my gosh the food. It is AMAZING , and it tastes exactly like it does at your tasting, which is uncommon from what I hear from other brides. Let's get serious - guests care about how pretty the room is but they REALLY care about the food, booze, and music. BGC absolutely delivered flawlessly on the food and music (and so did my DJ, but that's a different review :) ) Extra bonus - they let you include linen upgrades, lighting, etc. in your minimum. and free valet for guests. Score!
And then there's Taryn, the wedding planner. Honestly, she sealed the deal for my mom and I. She is an absolute DOLL, and we fell in love with her the second we met her that random Saturday. She was always available for whatever million questions we had, offered her honest suggestions on the food / decor etc (and it was FLAWLESS - magical, really), and worked so well with all of our vendors. We also opted to do our first dance on the putting green with fireworks, and she execute those logistics flawlessly!! There isn't enough space to describe just how much she went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect - and it was! She was invaluable! Cannot recommend BGC (&Taryn) enough! She made it a dream come true!

Where to begin with Bolingbrook Golf Club? I held my wedding reception at BGC and would highly recommend working with this country club or at the very least, going on a tour to see what they are all about.
I specifically worked with Taryn Wade, who highly exceeded my expectations. Taryn, from the very first day I met her on my tour, was always there and willing to anwser all my questions and do whatever it was she could to help me. I corresponded with Taryn quite often through out the planning process, and although I felt like a burden or annoying, Taryn never made me feel that way and was more than accommodating when it came to my hundreds of questions.
Not only did Taryn help me coordinate and execute what I wanted in terms of the reception, but she helped me when it came to the other vendors as well. She helped me coordinate with the backdrop vendor, florist, DJ, photographer and cake artist.
As a perfectionist, one of the things that worried me about my wedding day was that I would not be able to see or help set up the reception room, but I had nothing to worry about with Taryn's help. As we were introduced and walked into the reception room for the very first time, the room took my breath away. Everything was perfect and it was all thanks to Taryn and her wonderful team. The room looked beautiful, the service was outstanding and the dinner served was wonderful!
Future brides, I highly recommend working with BGC and Taryn Wade if possible.

I don't even know where to begin with how fantastic it was having our wedding reception at Bolingbrook Golf Club. The venue itself is beautiful, from the gorgeous reception rooms to the outdoor verandas for cocktail hour to an amazing staff that made sure every guest was satisfied at the reception. Taryn, their wedding coordinator, was an absolute godsend. I was a very meticulous bride, but when it came to anything with Bolingbrook, I was never worried because I knew the reception was in the best hands possible. She was straightforward with us the whole time, so I never felt like she was just trying to make a sale like some other reception venues we looked at. She helped make my fairy tale dreams into a reality!

Fantastic venue with great food and service! We had a casual party in the outdoor tent for about 200 people and everyone loved it! The private brunch the next day on the terrace was perfect for a relaxed family gathering of 30. Every time we attend any event at BCC, public or private, we are never disappointed. And listen to Tarah. She has the expertise to guide you in making smart decisions!

If your heart is telling you to have your wedding at the Bolingbrook Golf Club, listen to it now! We were so lucky to work with the incredibly talented, professional, sweet, and wonderful Taryn Wade for our wedding planning process and needs and could not have dreamed of anyone better. In case this hasn't been clearly communicated enough, Taryn Wade is FANTASTIC! She loves her work and is very good at what she does. From start to finish, Taryn was there to walk us through the planning process by coordinating all of the event details, menu selections, schedule of the day, etc. On the day of our wedding, we were floored by how beautiful everything was, the kind and warm staff, delicious food... everything! Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful our ceremony and reception was, and how the food was surprisingly "really good." Our vegetarian guests, in particular, were impressed that the vegetarian entree was a true entree instead of bunch of vegetable sides put together! We loved working with Taryn and wish we could afford to get married all over again to be able to keep working with her!

BGC was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding reception. We had about 120 guests and the Taylor Ballroom was the perfect amount of space. Our room turned out beautiful and I was really happy that Taryn let my husband and I see the room after it was all setup before any of the guests came in... it was breathtaking and so special for us to have that private moment and just soak it all in! Taryn was our wedding coordinator and from the first time we met Taryn we knew we had to book the BGC. She was very professional and had a very fun, friendly personality which I really liked :) Along the way, she responded to my calls and emails very quickly and she always made sure to keep in touch with us. On a side note- the tasting was amazing and my parents could not stop raving about the food, the beef tenderloin was our favorite :) Also the bacon wrapped dates were a huge hit! Taryn made sure the entire night was kept on schedule and that everything went smoothly! She also made a point to check on my husband and I to see if we needed anything :) She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Taryn and the BGC!

Bolingbrook Golf Club made for the most beautiful venue for our wedding. When I walked into the room for the first time, I was blown away. Taryn was a dream to work with and made planning the wedding stress free. She truly made my vision come alive and was able to answer my endless questions so quickly. All of the staff was so polite and professional, and Jill and Taryn made you feel like your wedding truly mattered to them. The reception ran seamless, and we still have guests raving about how amazing the food was. My fiancé loved that the pro shop let us borrow a golf cart to take pictures on the course, and I loved how unique and fun the champagne parade was! Bolingbrook was worth every penny and made our wedding day truly unforgettable!

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience at Bolingbrook Golf Club. We initially met with Amanda as we were browsing different venues. She was very easy to talk with and really sold us on the venue! From the day we signed until the night of our wedding, we worked with Taryn. Trayn LOVES what she does and is fantastic at it! She was always quick at responding to any questions we had and made herself available as often as we needed for either a phone call or an in-person meeting. We were in the Washington Ballroom with 145 guests, which provided us with more than enough room. Amanda and Jill worked with us on the day and night of our wedding and did a fabulous job preparing our room for the evening! The food and service throughout the evening was fantastic! We highly recommend that you use Bolingbrook Golf Club as the venue for your wedding!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and experience by having our wedding at the Bolingbrook Golf Club. It was amazing and my husband and I still can't stop talking about it, and neither can our guests. With an event so big, it is amazing how Taryn and her staff at Bolingbrook focus on the little things.
We have heard rave reviews about the food from our guests. From the appetizers to the main dishes and the desserts. Everyone loved it! At our final meeting, I had mentioned to Taryn (our coordinator) that all I really wanted was a grilled cheese because I was sick of the wedding diet I was on. And it was amazing because they brought me out a grilled cheese in addition to the main course. It was a small detail, but I was so touched – and it was delicious!
We also have many compliments regarding the wait staff & the valet. I am not sure who the valet attendant was, but he extremely helpful in helping my cousin out when his car wouldn't start. I believe he is / used to be a mechanic and he helped my cousin get the car started - I don't know any other valet service that would do that. The wait staff, every time they saw my husband and I, would say "Congratulations! Can I do anything for you?" They were so very attentive. I also know one of our guests was rather rude/ difficult in that he ordered chicken and then switched his mind by requesting something that was not even offered as part of our menu. The server took care of this without even a second thought by asking the chef to prepare something off menu. We didn’t hear about this until afterwards but were amazed by the professionalism and flexibility by the chef and wait staff.
Taryn was absolutely amazing as well. She was attentive, responsive, and always professional. It was an absolute joy to work with Taryn, and she made the whole wedding planning that much easier. We could not have asked for a better coordinator and venue.

We fell in love with Bolingbrook Golf Club right away! Not only is the venue beautiful but the staff was amazing too. We worked with Taryn for our big day and she was more than helpful. She answered all of our questions and even helped us make some of our vendor choices. She really went above and beyond to make us feel special and made the setup for the day of our wedding absolutely gorgeous. Taryn did a great job in keeping everyone calm (especially me :)) and on schedule. She really made the whole experience that much more enjoyable! All of our guests also raved about the food we had at our reception. The seared chicken with garlic parmesan sauce was to die for! Our guests couldn't get enough! I highly recommend Bolingbrook Golf Club for a wedding .. I wouldn't change a thing!

The staff at this venue are so accommodating to our requests, and the venue itself is gorgeous! Our pictures turned out amazing, and all of our guests had a wonderful time. Taryn and her staff are easy to get a hold of, responded quickly to my many questions, and customized a lot of the ceremony and reception based on our vision. It is pricey, but it was worth it - the atmosphere, the delicious food, and the views of the golf course were phenomenal!!

Having my wedding at the Bolingbrook Golf Club was one of the best decisions I made. They took care of everything and I had so many complements by my guest that the service, food, and venue itself was top notch.
Working with Taryn and Amanda could not have gone better. They were immediately responsive with emails and phone calls. Their experience and organization skills made the entire process headache free and the whole event came together flawlessly!
I have to admit that I was slightly worried about the quality of the food when I went to the tasting. I found that the steak was overdone, some of the side dishes were overly salty, and the sea bass was a breaded square that looked like it came out of a frozen food dish. I communicated my concerns with Taryn and when the big day came, the food was perfect. People raved that the steak was cooked perfectly. The sea bass, to my pleseant surprise was this beautiful non-breaded and perfectly cooked fish. I received so many complements on the food by my guests.
The venue was absolutely beautiful. I was fortunate to have my wedding ceremony in the rose garden. Although the day was greatly enhanced by perfect sunny 73 degree weather, the venue made for beautiful pictures. It was simple, modern yet classic, and really complemented by wedding flowers and decorations.
I can't say enough how pleased I was with the entire experience. I had a beautiful and stress free wedding.

We could not have been more pleased! Everyone loved the venue, the food. We loved the West Wing, the staff, Taryn was most helpful and John for sound as well. The captain was very accommodating as well. We were thrilled and would highly recommend for any event.
Suggestions:
Perhaps have someone at the front door to let people know where to go. The map was not adequate.
What was done with the left-over food...I hate to see food go to waste and it was not offered to us.
We had our ceremony outside, which I was happy to have, however the fountain was too loud for the video. Perhaps turn and have the ceremony facing away from the fountain or turn the fountain down or off during the ceremony because of the noise factor.
On the whole, it was excellent! Couldn't have been happier! Taryn - good luck with the baby!!!

We're so glad we had our wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club! Everything was completely organized and beautiful. When looking for a wedding venue, my biggest fear was that after booking there would suddenly be hidden fees I didn't account for. Chair covers, linens, appetizers, something. That's not the case here. The package starts a bit higher than some of the other golf clubs in the area, but it comes with EVERYTHING. The entire staff was so easy to work without throughout the entire process, always straightforward with when things were due, scheduling tastings, how much items were to add on, etc.
But in the end, it was the little things that made our wedding so much better. The bridal show the venue provides got us our florist and our dj, which gave me the confidence they've worked there before and nothing will go wrong. The staff members made special effort to always check that everything was perfect, not only with us, but with our parents, which they really appreciated. Having the bridal suite gave us a chance to hang out inside for a little while on a hot day. The back balcony was a great place for people to sit outside and get away from the party for a bit.
I honestly cannot speak highly enough how impressed we were throughout the entire process, and would heartily recommend anyone to plan their wedding or any event here.

Everyone at Bolingbrook Golf Club was terrific both leading up to the wedding and during the reception. I never had to worry about a thing because Taryn was always on top of it. My guests raved about the beautiful venue and fantastic service! I would highly recommend this venue to any of my family or friends.

We could not have been happier with our wedding at BGC!! Everything was perfect and the room was absolutely beautiful. Taryn was so helpful and accommodating, we couldn't have asked for more.
