Wild Onion Brewery and Banquets was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. Adrianna, Christian, and the entire staff at Wild Onion were so helpful, professional, and extremely accommodating of every we needed for our wedding. Working with them made planning our wedding so smooth. They went above and beyond to make sure that our special day was magical. The space is gorgeous, and we were so happy that we were able to do both our ceremony and reception in the same place. They were amazing partners throughout this whole experience and they truly made our wedding wonderful.

We just hosted our wedding at Chicago Winery and couldn't have been happier and over the moon with our wedding day. From the very beginning of looking at the venue and talking with Amy to working with Hulda leading up to the wedding, everything was just so amazing. The food, drinks, service, and whole staff were amazing. They were even gracious to work with my dad, who wanted to add a big surprise to our day. If you're a couple who still wants creative control of their wedding day, but don't want to search/hire 6+ vendors, and want AMAZING food and drinks, honestly, don't look further. They made the lead up and day of our wedding completely stress free, which is hard to say with weddings.

Lisa and the whole team over at Goose Island BH were phenomenal for our wedding this past weekend! When touring venues, my husband and I fell in love with the space right when we walked in. Our guests absolutely loved the space, we got so many compliments on it! They even have the option to do a couple brewery tours during cocktail hour which were such a hit with our guests as well! The whole staff was friendly and smiling the whole time, we didn’t have any complaints! Thank you for making a special day even better!!

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding day! This beautiful brewery location right on the river provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and their all-inclusive package made planning so much easier. The all-inclusive package was incredible value - venue rental, dinner catering, 10 different beers on tap from their own brewery, day-of wedding coordination, ceremony setup, and table setup were all seamlessly handled. We chose their taco buffet, which was a huge hit with our guests and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. What really impressed us was how gracefully they handled our guests' dietary restrictions. We needed 5 vegetarian plated meals, one vegan meal, and one allergen-free meal, and they executed everything perfectly without any stress on our end. The staff went above and beyond in every way. Their communication was clear and prompt throughout the planning process, and they handled all the venue logistics so we could focus on enjoying our day. We had plenty of time for wedding decor setup, and they even provided professional signage to help direct our guests to the venue. During the ceremony, they helped coordinate the processional, and the bartenders were absolutely wonderful - friendly and attentive all evening long. Having the venue coordinate the majority of our logistics took so much pressure off our shoulders and let us truly be present for our special day. The team did such an exceptional job that we would choose to host our wedding there again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a venue that combines a stunning riverside location, excellent food and drinks, and a team that genuinely cares about making your day perfect, this is the place. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We hosted our wedding at DESTIHL — the ceremony in the courtyard and the reception in the Barrel Room. Everything was phenomenal! Our event coordinator, Ally, was so great — easy to work with, communicated well, and helped to bring our vision to life! Everyone raved about the food and drinks. We’ve had friends get engaged since we booked DESTIHL and I always tell them how much I’ve loved working with the team & recommend them to everyone!

We had our wedding at City Winery in October 2023 and it was incredible!! The ceremony and cocktail hour outside was beautiful - we loved that the patio felt private in the middle of the city, but also close to so many restaurants and places we love. The food was excellent and the staff & service were great. The reception in the concert venue was so much fun! It is the perfect balance for dinner and then transitioning into a dance party, which was very important to us. We worked with Bernadette who was wonderful and a big part in making the day run smoothly. She helped us make some last minute changes in appetizers & table arrangements, and made sure there were heaters when we learned the weather was going to be a little chilly. All in all, we were very happy we picked City Winery to celebrate our wedding and made so many memories!

I stumbled upon Thornton on google back in August of 2023 while looking for a venue for our wedding on 11/9/24. Immediately we fell in love with the rich history that the distillery had to offer! We ended up going to dinner the same evening and when we walked in we knew this was the place we wanted to host our wedding celebration. Luckily the next day Kim the event manager was available to discuss the various options the distillery had to offer. Kim was truly one of the most informative, timely, and friendly event planners I had the pleasure with working with. She will work with you to stay within budget and isn’t pushy by any means. Everything they offer from buffet, family style, and plated meals are straightforward. With that said, We ended up opting for the full buyout to have the private and intimate wedding of our dreams. Thornton Distilling Company delivered that with flying colors! From the initial meeting with Kim, sitting down with her and the Chef to get feedback regarding our tasting, to day of. In fact all the staff I’ve come in contact with at the distillery are wonderful, accommodating, and top tier customer service. Special shout out to Trevor the restaurant manager and his exceptional fashion choices! The food/drinks in both the restaurant and the catering division are what you’d expect in a high end gastropub in the city, the attention to detail and the outstanding combination of flavors will leave you and your guests stunned! I can confidently say I’ve never had better food/experience at a wedding and I’ve been to a lot of them. Overall, the founders Andrew and Jake have saved this beautiful building from disrepair along with their wonderful staff to create an unforgettable event space. If you’re looking to have a wedding that’s more of an experience for everyone in attendance then look no further. My husband and I can look back on our wedding day and sincerely say it was perfect and Thornton played a huge role in that!

We truly had the best day celebrating at Big Horse Vineyards! The day turned out to be perfect and getting married under the new pavilion with the beautiful fountain in the pond made it so special. The new updates being done at the Vineyard made our pictures that much more beautiful. We could not have asked for a better day!

Acquaviva was quite literally the most magical place to have our wedding. They were the first venue we saw and from the moment we walked in we knew that nothing would top it. The staff were all extremely kind and welcoming to us throughout our planning process and truly helped our dreams become reality. The day of our wedding was everything we could’ve asked for and more, from the food to the wine and to the impeccable service at the bridal house and bartenders, we were extremely well taken care of. All of our guests raved about what a beautiful wedding it was and we agree- couldn’t highly recommend Acquaviva more to any couple wishing for a piece of Italy on the wedding day!

The venue is stunning! They are so professional and easy to work with. This beautiful gem is tucked away in a small town giving it that cozy feeling, but doesn’t lack in any area. Just amazing!
