DESTIHL Brewery is an industrial wedding venue located in Normal, Illinois, where you can get married surrounded by handcrafted, full-bodied, aging beers. This unique venue space opened to the public in 2017 and is ideal for those who want a one stop shop for their specail day. The 47,000-square-foot brewery complex is located on six acres of scenic land.
Facilities and Capacity
The indoor Barrel Room was initially reserved for the practical application of aging beers. But starting in 2017, this room has been hosting weddings and other gatherings where you can pair delicious food with the award-winning beers. The modern-industrial Barrel Room is located in DESTIHL Brewery and accommodates 175 guests for a seated dinner or 250 for a cocktail reception. The space is filled with custom antique barn wood and steel tables. You and your guests will be surrounded by more than 150 oak barrels that are aging beers while you are celebrating. This room also provides a scenic view of the adjacent lake, and is flexible enough to be arranged based on the type of wedding you are hosting. There is also an outdoor Courtyard available for up to 175 guests for your ceremony & a fun outdoor space during the reception.
Services Offered
The Barrel Room offers a wide variety of catering and beverage services. The talented culinary team will work with you to customize and hand-select the menu for your wedding, including the perfect brews to pair with the food. They offer plated dinners and buffets. You can choose to serve a number of the beers during your reception but they also offer wine & spirit selections.
