We had our May 2024 wedding at Starved Rock Lodge and it exceeded my expectations! The grounds and reception spaces are just beautiful! Working with Jenny up until our wedding was a very positive experience and the communication was great. All our guests had a great time and many made a weekend of it and came down early to enjoy the hiking and amenities of the hotel. Would highly recommend as a micro destination wedding!

We had our wedding last month at Carmon’s. The venue itself is GORGEOUS, the staff was amazing, accommodating, and professional. They have the most beautiful tables, chairs, and floral boxes that come with the venue (and amazing staff that set them up for you) We had such a great experience and we are so lucky we got to have our wedding at Carmon’s. We would recommend them for any event!!

We used the Pere Marquette Cotillion Ballroom for our reception. The room was absolutely gorgeous and fit our wedding theme perfectly. The staff there was very accommodating to our requests. The banquet manager, Stephen, worked with us to provide the alcohol of our choice. Kelly was responsive to our requests and went out of her way to answer our many questions. The food was absolutely amazing. Our guests continue to talk about the food, venue, and services provided. We highly recommend the Pere Marquette!

I have photographed dozens of weddings in Bloomington IL (Ernst Jacobsen Photography) and the DoubleTree is one of the best options for hosting a gorgeous wedding reception. Staying at the hotel and having your reception there is super convenient PLUS there's the option to have your ceremony there either by design or if there's an issue with the weather = peace of mind! The ballroom is beautiful plus there's a lovely large hall just outside the ballroom which is perfect for the cocktail hour. Top it off with an amazing wedding coordinator and catering service! Highly recommend.

We were completely blessed when we picked Stoney Creek as our venue. Everyone we had come into contact with was super friendly and helped us every step of the way without making it complicated. Our wedding day ended up being more than what we envisioned, and will continue to hold a special place in our hearts. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had our wedding reception on the rooftop which turned out perfectly. Loren was great to work with throughout all the planning process - even on a quicker time schedule (5 months!). He helped us coordinate with the chef for a custom menu which was delish. We DIYed our decor, and Loren and the team went above and beyond decorating the tables and surrounding areas. They also broke down everything at the end of the night which meant we were able to celebrate with our guests and head on to the after party without any extra logistics. We were initially concerned about bugs, wind, and lighting. Bugs and wind weren’t an issue at all, and we ended up finding someone to install strings of lights across the rooftop. I would suggest Crowne Plaza look into adding these by default as I think they really transformed the space. Thanks to Loren & the team for helping us pull off our big day!

It was well staff and they were all able to help. Keep my candy bar stock and took care of each table. They were amazing and Heidi was always available to answer question before, after and during the event.

Deb, the wedding coordinator, and her whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They offered 3 different packages to choose from to cater to your financial needs. The location itself is beautiful for pictures. They offer an indoor or outdoor ceremony option on-site. There are plenty of hotels 5 mins away, and Jennifers Garden offers a shuttle service that ran all night. The food was delicious. And overall you get a lot of bang for your buck!

Janet and Allen were wonderful to work with! No matter how many times our plans changed, they made us feel like it was no problem at all and fixed things. Price was GREAT and tons of space. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with I Hotel! The sales, events, and catering staff were all phenomenal to work with, and went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect. They were very responsive to all of our questions and made sure to have every detail before the big day so there were no surprises. Our overnight accommodations in the hotel were top notch, and the staff helped us load out all of our decorations the next morning!
