I cannot recommend the Westclox Event Center enough!! From beginning to end, working with this venue was incredible. We celebrated our wedding here in October 2025 and hosted approximately 320 guest. The event space did not feel crowded at all with this large of an event. The event Coordinator AVA was seriously INCREDIBLE to work with. Any request, big or small, Ava was on it! From planning to celebrating the night, Ava was so kind, hard-working, efficient, and helpful. The night of the wedding reception went so smooth, and she was a huge contributor to that. The rest of the staff was amazing and so accommodating as well. I would HIGHLY recommend hosting any event at this venue.

We had our wedding last month at Carmon’s. The venue itself is GORGEOUS, the staff was amazing, accommodating, and professional. They have the most beautiful tables, chairs, and floral boxes that come with the venue (and amazing staff that set them up for you) We had such a great experience and we are so lucky we got to have our wedding at Carmon’s. We would recommend them for any event!!

The State House Inn is by far the best quality at such a great price!! We had 150 people at our wedding and the governor's ballroom is beautiful and has a great location!! The hotel rooms and the hotel itself has a retro feel (which I love) which made guests that stayed there as well have a good time. Cynthia is the name of the Wedding Coordinater that is included with your deposit and she is amazing!! She answered my millions of questions and helped to coordinate all of my vendors and worked just as hard as I did leading up to the big day. Kara helped with all of our room block needs and also answered my millions of questions. Now State House Inn is under contract with five flavors, so outside catering is not allowed but it was when I initially signed the contract so I did use an outside caterer so I cannot rate the five flavors catering skills.

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at The Silver Fox and truly couldn't have asked for a better venue! Our guests were blown away by the uniqueness and beauty of the space and couldn't stop talking about it all night. We loved that there was a separate space for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception, with the cocktail lounge providing a quieter space for guests to mingle that didn't want to be on or right next to the dance floor. Bill, the lead of the Silver Fox team, was so fantastic to work with the whole time. He was incredibly accommodating and reassuring, easing any anxieties I had about details since he is so experienced in hosting weddings! The rest of the staff was absolutely fantastic as well, working hard to make sure our whole day was truly flawless, from the ceremony to the last call. They were friendly, kind faces that checked in with us throughout the night to be sure we were happy with everything. If you are looking for a beautiful, one of a kind space with a fantastic staff that knows what they are doing, we could not recommend The Silver Fox more!!

Arlington's was a perfect wedding venue! The food was great, the drinks were good, their sound system was easy to use, the space is already beautifully decorated with a wonderful layout so it's simple to add your own details to make the space your own, and the prices were very reasonable. Ebben (the owner) was a joy to work with and made the entire process incredibly easy; whenever we had questions he was quick to respond with added feedback and tips. By working with Ebben, we figured out the best way to maximize the space without additional setup or changes between ceremony and reception and we still had comfortable room for about 60 guests, all the assorted side tables (gifts, cake, etc.), and an area to be used as the dance floor. The entire staff did an amazing job and was incredibly accommodating to all of our guests. The only negative I can think of is that we should have ordered more food (the guests loved the appetizers far more than what we were expecting, so they ran out quickly)! Throughout the planning process we looked at venues from St. Louis to Chicago, but this gem in our own backyard was definitely the best choice.

Fell in love with this venue as soon as I saw it, the online photos really do not compare to seeing it in person. Amazing venue all round: responsive and courtesy staff, beautiful building inside and out, great location and great prices.

The new managers had just taken over when we held our daughter's wedding at Carmons. Jamie was so helpful and helped make our day amazing. The space for getting ready was even better than expected and the venue had so much space for our 350 guests! We liked that we could book our own vendors. I can't recommend this venue enough. It was, hands down, one of the best days of our lives.

This venue has tons of character with new amenities and very clean! Our baby shower was a success thanks to the owners and their hard work. The patio would be a huge asset with nicer weather and is definitely the perfect venue for any type of party/wedding!
