Facilities and Capacity

The Journeyman Distillery is a newly-renovated 140,000-square-foot facility for king-size events of up to 1,200 guests. An array of stylish spaces are on offer, too, providing you with endless opportunities as you plan your dream party. The Tower Garden, a gleaming grass lawn that rests under a 130-foot water tower, is ideal for ceremonies beneath the Valparaiso sunshine. Just across the street is a building established in 1862 as Korn and Junker Brewery, the city's only pre-prohibition distillery. Located inside the brewery is the West Room, whose exposed beams and relaxed, warehouse-style brickwork revive the spirit of the industrial times at your reception. For celebratory drinks, look no further than the historic East Room, where guests can sip on custom-crafted cocktails and crisp beers while overlooking panoramic views of the paved courtyard below.
