We had our wedding at City Winery in October 2023 and it was incredible!! The ceremony and cocktail hour outside was beautiful - we loved that the patio felt private in the middle of the city, but also close to so many restaurants and places we love. The food was excellent and the staff & service were great. The reception in the concert venue was so much fun! It is the perfect balance for dinner and then transitioning into a dance party, which was very important to us. We worked with Bernadette who was wonderful and a big part in making the day run smoothly. She helped us make some last minute changes in appetizers & table arrangements, and made sure there were heaters when we learned the weather was going to be a little chilly. All in all, we were very happy we picked City Winery to celebrate our wedding and made so many memories!

Lisa and the whole team over at Goose Island BH were phenomenal for our wedding this past weekend! When touring venues, my husband and I fell in love with the space right when we walked in. Our guests absolutely loved the space, we got so many compliments on it! They even have the option to do a couple brewery tours during cocktail hour which were such a hit with our guests as well! The whole staff was friendly and smiling the whole time, we didn’t have any complaints! Thank you for making a special day even better!!

We just hosted our wedding at Chicago Winery and couldn't have been happier and over the moon with our wedding day. From the very beginning of looking at the venue and talking with Amy to working with Hulda leading up to the wedding, everything was just so amazing. The food, drinks, service, and whole staff were amazing. They were even gracious to work with my dad, who wanted to add a big surprise to our day. If you're a couple who still wants creative control of their wedding day, but don't want to search/hire 6+ vendors, and want AMAZING food and drinks, honestly, don't look further. They made the lead up and day of our wedding completely stress free, which is hard to say with weddings.

When we set out to plan our 75 person wedding, our priorities were to find a cool small venue with good food and booze. We reached out to Moody Tongue on a whim since we were big fans of their beer and the brewery, and Moody Tongue fit the bill for all three of our criteria. To top it off, they were one of the more reasonable venues we contacted. From our initial contact, the Moody Tongue team was super warm and accommodating. They listened to all of our wants and needs and were incredibly flexible on everything we asked for! MT handled all of the equipment rentals (we needed linens and extra tables and chairs) and day of setup. They executed the vision that I had even better than I could have hoped! We chose the Mexican menu they offered (from Pollo Express in Pilsen, yum!) and their famous chocolate cake and it got rave reviews from our guests. And of course the Perennial beers and City Winery wine options were top notch. They also opened the brewery to us to drop off all the decor a few days in advance, to host a rehearsal in the brewing room the day before, and they repacked all of the decor for pickup the day after. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great day and genuinely seemed to love hosting the wedding! Don't hesitate to contact them, we have zero regrets and lots of happy memories that we can keep celebrating there for years to come!

My husband and I are coming up on one year since we celebrated our wedding anniversary at Eris Brewery and Cider House and looking back, we could not be happier with the celebration that we had. Like many couples, my husband and I had to alter our wedding plans once the pandemic hit. After a small backyard wedding the previous year, we were excited to plan a day when our families could come together to meet one another and celebrate our marriage and baby on the way. Wanting to do something in our neighborhood, we reached out to Eris and were put in contact with Shanna Karamaniolas. She could not have been more helpful and was always available to answer questions and address our every need! Not only did she provide us with a multitude of options regarding ways we could accommodate a large group of family and friends, she helped us narrow in on delicious menu items she knew our guests would enjoy. We were able to rent out the entire space for a celebratory brunch which included a happy hour outside on their beautiful patio. We had early and easy access to the venue in order to decorate as we wished. They set up the physical space in a way that allowed our guests to feel safe in light of COVID-19 and allowed us to play the music we had selected, even going so far as to letting us use their microphone and sound system for toasts and speeches from family members. To this day, our family raves about the architecture of the space, the beautiful weather that day and the delicious food and drinks! If we had to plan our event again, we wouldn’t change a thing and look forward to making memories at Eris in the future!
