Long overdue review! My husband and I got married here in August and it was everything we dreamed of and more. Kendall K. was our assigned manager and holy moley she is the best! She truly helped us create the wedding of our dreams. Together we curated an amazing unique dinner, dessert, and drink menu for our guests which they LOVED. Throughout 2 years of planning, Kendall was there to answer any question we had and was always offering suggestions to enhance our wedding day! She was there on the day of and helped make sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without her. It was seamless and perfect. She went above and beyond for us. I can’t say enough good things about Kendall! The food was seriously amazing. The best food we’ve ever had at a wedding. We got tons of compliments on the iconic locations, the food, and the drinks! Seriously all top notch. We couldn’t be happier and loved our wedding day at River Roast. HIGHLY recommend!

We had our wedding ceremony on the Green, cocktail hour at AfterBar, and our reception at the Eatery and the transition between the 3 spaces was seamless. All the food and drinks were fabulous, and the modern but elegant vibe of the spaces really set the tone for everyone to have a wonderful time. The location is also unbeatable, easy to get to via public transportation with an affordable garage parking option on-site. The Eatery/AfterBar's event team (Elise and Thaina) were also so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, were thoughtful and accommodating regarding guests' dietary restrictions, and they worked well with our other vendors (Rob Karlic Photography, Naturally Yours Events, Flowers for Dreams, Defloured Bakery, Umaga Bakehouse, and BreezyBooth). I cannot recommend this venue and their team highly enough, and we look forward to coming back often!

From the moment we stepped into Pazzos, we were truly wowed. We didn’t feel the need to tour any other venues—this was a one-and-done decision for us. Not only is the space absolutely stunning, but its location in the heart of downtown, right next to the Sears Tower, made it even more special. Rali, the coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. She listened to every request and ensured the entire day flowed seamlessly. The owner, Jaxer, was also incredible—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have chosen a venue with better food, a better atmosphere, or better people. The entire staff was fantastic, and we loved every single minute of our celebration at Pazzos. Highly recommend.

Choosing Park and Field for our wedding ceremony and reception was the absolute best decision. When we first reached out to owners Dave and Dan, they hadn't really hosted many weddings, yet you would have never realized that by the time our wedding day came around—their professionalism was flawless. Both brothers were an absolute joy to work with, willing to hear out all our random requests to truly make the wedding feel like us. They went above and beyond, from agreeing to serve crab rangoon for a late-night snack to sourcing Old Style so we could feature Chicago Handshakes as a specialty drink. Logistically, I was beyond impressed. When we had a bit of drizzle on the day of our wedding, they made sure that the space kept the same feel while keeping our guests dry. When the weather improved, they immediately transitioned the space back, taking tents down seamlessly. The service was exceptional: servers took drink orders so the bar never had a line, and we had the best buffet experience imaginable. Our guests could not stop commenting on how phenomenal the food and service was and how it was one of the coolest wedding venues they had ever seen. Park and Field has the perfect mix of an easy, nonfussy vibe with the ideal level of elegance and magic that allowed us to truly settle in and mingle with friends and family. We had around 200 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves--whether on the dance floor, by the fire pits, or lounging on one of the couches. We cannot thank the Chicago Firehouse Restaurant for making our wedding dreams come true. We worked with Carolyn for over 2 years and we could not be more impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and communication. She was patient to answer the most detailed to the simplest of questions. We used the entire restaurant for our wedding-and every detail for every space was exactly what we envisioned. Actually-it was even more beautiful than we could’ve possibly imagined. Carolyn is a true professional, knows the space inside and out, and is wonderful to work with. On the day of our wedding, Carolyn and Josh made sure every detail (big and small) were taken care of. Josh went out of his way on the day of to make sure my husband and I were doing ok throughout the whole night—he helped coordinate the vendors and the events throughout the night-he even went so far as to invite my husband and I to take a moment and view our reception space privately before all guests did. Carolyn and Josh are truly a dream team in wedding planning and execution. CFH has exceptional food. As one of our favorite restaurants pre-wedding, we knew the quality of the food was amazing. For the actual wedding, the food was just as amazing, the service was incredible, and all of our guests felt that they were being personally catered to. No drinks were ever left empty and any every ask or need of our guests were answered. Dietary restrictions were adhered to diligently and guests were constantly amazed at the high level of service provided. The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. The best day of our lives was made even better by the outstanding services provided. I cannot say enough about our beautiful reception at Maggiano's. We had a very clear vision and a lot of moving parts, and their sales managers were absolutely amazing about helping us achieve that vision and making sure everything ran smoothly on our day so we didn't have to worry about anything. The food was delicious and plentiful, as were the leftovers we took home, and they bent over backwards to make us and our guests happy. I am looking forward to coming back for every anniversary!

We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding venue than RPM Events. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night (and even after) to tell us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The terrace with sweeping city views made for an unforgettable backdrop, and the space itself is already so elegant on its own—between the gorgeous chandeliers, draping, and timeless design, it felt like a dream even before we added our own décor. The staff went above and beyond, not only ensuring every detail was seamless but also taking incredible care of our guests, including those with specific needs and allergies. Everyone felt cared for, and it truly showed. We also have to give a special shoutout to Andy and Dagne from the planning team. They were a joy to work with—fun, easy, responsive, and always on top of everything. They made the process enjoyable and stress-free, and it was clear how much they cared about making our day perfect. By the end of the night, nobody wanted it to end. That’s how magical the evening was. We would recommend RPM Events to absolutely anyone looking for a stunning venue, phenomenal food, and an incredible team to bring it all together.

Everyone says their caterer was the best but they are all wrong. Parsons is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Crystal was extremely attentive and professional throughout the entire process, the team was flexible and creative with offering different solutions for vegetarians and came up with an amazing signature cocktail for us. Their staff was literally the friendliest, most attentive wedding staff I’ve ever worked with, and I am a wedding planner! And seriously, the food was unbelievable. So many compliments from guests who appreciated having delicious food rather than your standard wedding food. I cannot rave about parsons enough! I will be using them for future events, no questions asked.

From start to finish everything about our wedding day was perfect- thanks to Courtney and her team! She flawlessly walked us through the process, helping us to customize a menu and event that was perfectly us. Courtney took the time to answer all of our questions and helped accommodate all of our crazy requests throughout the planning process. The actual day of the wedding was such a breeze with Courtney attending to all of the details and her rockstar staff taking such great care of our guests. Our guests are STILL raving about how amazing the food was. The location is one of a kind and really makes your event stand apart from a cookie cutter wedding. 10000000/10 would recommend you host your wedding with Courtney and the amazing Sox team! They hit it out of the ballpark :)

The venue is simply beautiful! The staff were very professional and helpful. The location is away from the busy Chicago streets and the parking lot just behind the building was very convenient. The guests loved the colorful, fun environment! Let’s not forget the food is delicious!
