Everyone says their caterer was the best but they are all wrong. Parsons is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Crystal was extremely attentive and professional throughout the entire process, the team was flexible and creative with offering different solutions for vegetarians and came up with an amazing signature cocktail for us. Their staff was literally the friendliest, most attentive wedding staff I’ve ever worked with, and I am a wedding planner! And seriously, the food was unbelievable. So many compliments from guests who appreciated having delicious food rather than your standard wedding food.

I cannot rave about parsons enough! I will be using them for future events, no questions asked.

Parsons was the best venue we could possibly ask for to celebrate our wedding. In addition to having some of the best food and drinks Chicago has to offer, the communication and coordination between us, our family, and the venue staff was fully on point, which considering this was a large (190 person) wedding, was quite a task to pull off. Having worked over a decade in the hospitality industry myself, I tend to be aware of the finer details that can make or break an event such as this, and I can say with confidence the staff at Parson's pulled everything off flawlessly, making the best night of our lives something extra special. Crystal Wells was our main point of contact in navigating the logistics at the venue. She offered us two separate walkthroughs of the space, and handled communication and logistics leading up to the wedding with urgency, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure all the finer details of the evening were taken care of. At the wedding, she even kindly reminded us newlyweds to take a break from making our rounds at dinner to eat some food (it can easy to forget when all your friends and loved ones are all gathered together in one place). For those of you in the process of planning a wedding, you've probably heard how stressful it can be. While our planning was stressful, I can't imagine what it would have been like without the support of Crystal in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She took every opportunity to take work off our hands address minor details on her end. She even worked with the building managers to help us install a temporary disco ball for the dance floor. I could go on and on, but I'll just leave you with the assurance that if you choose Parson's as your wedding/event venue, you will have the freedom to really enjoy yourself while you're at your own party! Hosting my event with Parson's was excellent from start to finish! Crystal was easy to communicate with and on the night of the party, Gabby and the team were so flexible and answered every question. The food, to no surprise, was excellent. I also feel like Parson's does an amazing job giving you a lot of chances to personalize the menu, the signage, etc. So glad I booked with Parson's, a Chicago must-venue!

My husband and I had our reception at Parson's in Andersonville following our ceremony in August 2023 and I'm surprised more people don't do the same. The evening was absolutely perfect and blew our (and our guests') expectations out of the water. The restaurant is beautiful, which allowed us to keep our decor simple. We did the first/father-daughter/mother-son dances and speeches on the patio and the Parson's sign and bistro lights in the background made for gorgeous photos. The food and drinks were incredible. Many guests shared that it was the best food/had the best drink selection (how can you beat alcoholic slushies in August???) of any wedding they'd ever been to. Finally, our reception would not have been what it was without the amazing staff. Crystal, the events coordinator, did not miss a single detail. She helped us create a personalized image for the photo booth pictures and with the menu, layout, and timeline. Crystal and her team assisted the florist and DJ/MC in setting up as well as set up our card box, photo booth album/sign/holder/pen/tape/etc, and our table numbers/table number stands/place cards according to the seating chart I provided. They made food and drink menus and dessert signs to match the restaurant signage. Crystal even stored my second outfit I until I was ready to change! The servers/bartenders were also so kind and fun and genuinely seemed happy to be there/help. I really can't say enough good things so if you're looking for a venue that has incredible food/drinks/decor, Parson's is the place for you. Don't sleep on it!

A day at Parsons is always a great day; this is why we chose to have our wedding at Parsons, and they did not disappoint. Coordination leading up to the day of was easy, accommodating and responsive, Crystal was the best to work with! Service the day of went off without a hitch, staff was amazing and the space looked STUNNING! Guests remarked that the food was the best they have had at a wedding. We had so much fun and the day was smooth and worry free- couldn't have asked for anything more! And we even got to pick retired slushies to serve to our guests!

We loved having our wedding celebration at Parsons. Crystal and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with. The event went off without issues and it was just the coolest, most laid back but fun atmosphere. Not to mention, the amazing food and slushies. Everyone had a great time! I would highly recommend Parsons for any type of private event.

I organized my husband's surprise birthday party at Parsons in Logan Square. From day zero, the staff was nothing but helpful, friendly, and accommodating. On the day of the party, the food and drinks were extraordinaire, and the in site personnel was extremely nice and helpful. I will highly recommend organizing a party at Parsons!!!

Crystal helped us so much on our wedding day, I cannot recommend her more! She gave us every detail in writing, we never needed to worry if we forgot something. She even was hands-on at our wedding, helping with flowers, and taking care of things so we could just enjoy. Amazing, amazing work!

The team was flexible and willing to accommodate our special requests including a champagne tower and family style dinner at the tables, which we felt made our day a little more unique. Everyone at our wedding mentioned how friendly the servers and bartenders were and the food was INCREDIBLE - our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was! As a bride who had to move her wedding twice due to COVID, I had become a little disheartened by the wedding industry and discouraged, but the team at Parson's really lifted us up and gave us the best party we could ask for.
