Lauren was wonderful at providing this to be our venue in August 2016. She went over every detail and going over our drink and food menus to helping with our budget too. we get golf carts to use for photos that day!!

Lauren, the wedding coordinator is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is always there to answer questions, whether at the venue, via email, or over the phone. She is flexible to the point of moving the entire wedding inside within less than an hour of ceremony start time. Lauren is very professional, she wants your day to be the best day ever and she will work with you through the entire planning process, and check in with you on the day of to make sure everything is going as planned. The day of your wedding is stress free as Lauren and other workers at the Club will set up everything for you from ceremony to reception! As for the service of McHenry Country Club, everyone is a joy to work with. According to our guests, the appetizers kept coming and coming during cocktail hour, the servers were always there with another round. Also, according to our guests, the meals were phenomenal! I heard, 'The food was to die for!' 'Those chicken quesadillas were incredible!'

I am sorry that I have not responded sooner. I had my daughter's baby shower at the country club and could not have been more pleased. Lauren was marvelous! Everything went very smoothly without a hitch. The food was excellent, as well as the service. I would certainly come back to the McHenry Country Club for my next event. Thank you once again.

Could not have asked for more! Lauren and her staff were amazing! From our first meeting to the end of the reception, they catered to our every needs. The food and service were first class! Our guests are still calling us and talking about what an amazing event it was. I don't know what else to say, but if I did it would be nothing but good!
