We're Prairie Landing Golf Club, a wedding and event venue in West Chicago, Illinois.

Our award-winning banquet facility features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our beautiful, Scottish-links-style golf course. Prairie Landing offers indoor or outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hour space. With our in-house event coordinators, full-service catering, and all-inclusive packages, every detail of planning is covered.

We have several room configurations to choose from, which can accommodate receptions of all sizes in a comfortable setting. The adjoining patio can be used for cocktail hour or after dinner to give your guests a stunning, relaxing, and secluded view of our 9th and 18th holes.

Prairie Landing offers the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony right on the golf course. We offer an elevated space on one of our practice tee boxes with a beautiful view of the course as your backdrop.

Prairie Landing has an exceptional menu with several dining and drink options. Our experienced event coordinators will guide you through the menu selections and can assist you with additional needs, including linens, flowers, photography, music, and entertainment.

Don't forget to think of us for your rehearsal dinner and bridal shower. We have several custom menus we can work with you on to make all your events surrounding the wedding just as special as the day itself.

Could not have been happier with our experience! Our wedding was 11/26/16 so we moved everything to earlier in the day order to have some sunlight left. It was gorgeous. We went with the ceiling lighting and I would highly highly recommend doing that as it warms up the whole room. Food and staff were absolutely amazing. We had about 200 people. It felt cozy and welcoming but not too crowded. Ashley and Erin worked with me over email and in person leading up to the wedding to answer all my questions, offer suggestions, etc. We had a little snafu with the placecards and they were able to adjust and make things go smoothly so people barely noticed. We had an absolute blast and would highly recommend this venue!

We had our dream wedding at Prairie Landing on 9/3/16. Ashley was so on top of EVERYTHING! They took care of all of the set up and take down for our ceremony and reception. The venue was beautiful. Having the patio attached to the ballroom allowed for extra space for our guests to mingle and a place to cool off after busting a move on the dance floor. All of the staff was pleasant and attentive. When we booked Prairie Landing I was a little concerned about the airport being so close. There were multiple airplanes taking off and flying overhead during our ceremony, but it didn't bother me too much. It turned into something silly for our guests to joke about afterwards. We got so many compliments about how beautiful the ceremony space was. I am very happy with our experience at Prairie Landing.

We had our wedding reception at Prairie Landing Golf Club in October 2015. Everything went perfectly due to the great staff at Prairie Landing. Erin and Ashely were fantastic and were always there for questions. They were open to our requests and set up everything as asked. We are still getting compliments on the food from the guests (many said it was the best they have ever had at a wedding!). We thought the price for everything was fair and we got exactly what we paid for and it was great. They did such an amazing job and I would highly recommend this location for wedding receptions. We will have wonderful memories thanks to Prairie Landing!

Between attending Easter and Mother's Day brunches over the years, as well as my mom using the ballroom for work functions, when my now-husband and I decided we wanted to get married close to my hometown, Prairie Landing was pretty much our first choice from the start. Erin, Ashley and the rest of the PL team were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The venue was set up beautifully and exactly as I had described it to be in my notes. The ceremony went off without a hitch, and even though our plan to have s'mores available for our guests to make on the patio wasn't able to happen because of high winds, the chef and staff were able to make the s'mores in the kitchen and serve them to the guests during the reception. The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and everyone had an amazing time--I did not have to worry about a thing, which is every bride's dream, right? I highly recommend Prairie Landing as a wedding venue.

Prairie Landing Golf Club provided the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding and reception. Ashely and Erin were helpful throughout the entire planning process. I enjoyed every minute of the planning and celebrating, because the staff took care of every minor detail and made sure the entire day was exactly what we had planned for.

My wedding turned out PERFECT and a big part of that reason was because of the great staff and coordinators at Prairie Landing. Throughout my engagement and planning for my wedding, I spoke to and communicated with their team - they got back to me within a day or sooner. They were able to offer a WIDE variety of options and packages to fit our personalities and needs. They were flexible up to days before the wedding and communicated any/all changes or questions in a timely manner. They went the extra mile. Everyone LOVED the food, sweets, and appetizers -- the S'mores table was also a favorite! Throughout the night, the wait staff made sure my husband and I and our wedding party were well taken care of. I also received so many compliments on the staff and how the food was hot when needed, cold when needed, and the ratio of guests to staff was perfect. The bar tenders were friendly and knowledgeable and there was never a line at the bar. They kept things moving. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a THING. THANK YOU!!!

Can't say enough good things about Prairie Landing. We loved it, our guests loved it and we did not break the bank. Everything was perfect. We worked with Amy the majority of the time and she was so helpful and responsive. I would recommend this place for any event you would want to have. The room is beautiful and the view is great. I love that you are the only even there and get treated with top priority. Our banquet captain Kerry made a special point of checking in with my husband and me all night to make sure everything was going well. We have no complaints!

My mom did most of the planning for my wedding since I was an "out of town bride", on Aug 28,2010 and she and I loved working with Prairie Landing. It is a unique facility where we had an indoor sunroom, the dining room and the outdoor patio for our use! It has a low minimum and worked to create the best package for our budget. The sunset through the windows was glorious, every detail was perfect and staff is very responsive and are happy to do the personal touch. The cake was delicious that came with the package, but that I got to design. The photos were beautiful out on the bridge and in the prairie grasses! The whole wedding was picture perfect :).

Perfect!!! is the only way to describe our experience with Prairie Landing. From the time you meet with the banquet planner, Cindy Upton, you are part of the PL family. They took care of everything for our wedding and reception, listening to our dumbest questions and answering the smallest concerns. The food was fantastic, my brother in law still brags about being able to cut the steak with a fork, no knife required. The staff is incredibly helpful and well organized so you don't need to worry about anything. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it all with Prairie Landing exactly the same. A great price, a beautiful location, unmatched professionalism, and lots of fun to work with! If you are looking for a stress-free location, this is it.
