A Wonderful Experience
We had a flawless wedding experience at the Meyer Ballroom at the Paramount Theater in Aurora, IL. I grew up driving past the area with my family and never realized it was a wedding venue—neither did many of our guests! It truly felt like a hidden gem.
The Paramount team was amazing from start to finish. Special shoutout to Morgan, who gave us our first tour and made us feel confident and excited. She helped us envision how the space could transform into the perfect setting for our celebration, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the early planning stages. On the big day, our coordinators Molly and Jess were incredible—organized, calm, and on top of every detail. Their presence allowed us to fully enjoy the day without stress, knowing that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. They kept us on schedule and even helped my maids of honor surprise me with a life-size cutout of Jacob Black from Twilight (a hilarious inside joke!).
The ballroom was elegant, spacious, and beautifully lit. Our guests loved the ambiance, and we loved how smoothly everything ran. If you’re considering the Paramount Theater for your wedding, especially the Meyer Ballroom, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The team is exceptional, the space is gorgeous, and they truly care about making your day unforgettable. They were very flexible with our budget and any changes we needed to do. Definitely a great venue.

We love performing at the Paramount! We've been performing in their Ballroom since 2010 and have never had a bad experience. Their staff is professional, organize and amazing - especially Jennifer Hahn. It's always a delight when one of our client's is using their space for an event.
It is great working with the staff at Meyer Ball room.. We call for info on setups... always have info immediately!! When our staff arrives the tables are always ready!!!! A GREAT place to make your memories happen... Lyn... Wild Rose Florist ..... for the love of flowers.
