The team at Paramount’s Meyer Ballroom wants to help turn your wedding into their next big production. Our staff cares about your special day and is so excited to help make this the place you say "I Do"!

Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Aurora, the striking space includes floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views overlooking the picturesque Fox River and historic Paramount Theatre. With a modern, neutral palette, the Meyer Ballroom’s possibilities are endless for your dream wedding.
Our award-winning staff is there to guide you every step of the way with our comprehensive wedding packages. Our packages include a 6-hour wedding reception, 5 hours of open bar, a champagne toast for the head table, a choice of black or white linens, centerpiece options, 2 wedding party suites, unlimited personal consultations, a day of coordinator, security, seasonal coat check, access to the ballroom prior to reception for decorations, set up and take down of all tables and chairs, Chiavari hybrid chairs, and an outdoor patio with riverfront views. Our staff helps with required caterer selections and recommendations for all your wedding planning needs.
SPECIAL FEATURES – Multiple ceremony locations to choose from including an outdoor option, 5-hour open top shelf bar complimentary upgrade if the venue is booked within 30 days of the tour, complimentary valet parking, and complimentary ticket vouchers for each wedding guest to a Paramount Theatre Broadway Series show.

Fabulous venue in every way!
Also, because there is a smoking patio outside the ballroom, we were able to offer our guests a Cigar Bar, which was a unique touch.
We chose a round head table for a smaller wedding party because we wanted to be able to talk to everyone, and it worked great!
5 stars for sure, we hope everyone considers this venue!!

Howl2GO dueling pianos performed at a wedding here on New Year's Eve 2017 and the venue is truly stunning.
We love performing at the Paramount! We've been performing in their Ballroom since 2010 and have never had a bad experience. Their staff is professional, organize and amazing - especially Jennifer Hahn. It's always a delight when one of our client's is using their space for an event.
It is great working with the staff at Meyer Ball room.. We call for info on setups... always have info immediately!! When our staff arrives the tables are always ready!!!! A GREAT place to make your memories happen... Lyn... Wild Rose Florist ..... for the love of flowers.
