Going through wedding planning during a pandemic and rescheduling your wedding can be very difficult. Having Calix as my go to person for all my updates and questions made me feel so much better. He was always there offering a solution when I had any problem or concern. I would highly reccomend Hyatt Regency Schaumburg soley based off of the employees alone. They were all very polite and professional as well. The rooms were very clean, the lobby is amazing for pictures, and we had so so many compliments on how great the food was and how big the steaks were. Some even said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!

When we first started wedding planning, we knew we had a narrow range of dates, and were hoping to get married on a Saturday in May 2026. Additionally, we wanted to be close to O'Hare since we planned to have family members coming in internationally. Given the unpredictability of Chicagoland spring weather, we kinda figured a completely outdoor wedding would be a gamble. We came across the Garden Marquis Tent and inquired. From our initial inquiry and tour of the space with Michelle D'Andrea, to the tasting and final walkthrough, to the rehearsal and wedding day… we were able to have so much fun and hear from all our family and friends how amazing everything was all because of Michelle and the rest of her team! The bar service and food were incredible, everyone who stayed in the hotel (including us) had a great stay, and honestly I don’t think the logistics of everything would have gone as smoothly without Michelle. We also had a lovely surprise of champagne and strawberries left in our room at the end of the night. After all the months of planning it was over in the blink of an eye, but we made so many amazing memories that day and night. We are so grateful for all the work that made our dream wedding a reality!! Truly, we cannot recommend this venue enough! Changing suite: clean, plently of space to get hair/makeup done in the morning (and barstools in the room to make the process easier), plenty of outlets. We had access to the suite the night before so was able to get my dress hung up. Rehearsal: we had our rehearsal the night before our wedding and were also allowed to bring some decor ahead of time Food: the tasting was incredible and all of the options we had were customizable! We customized the soup, salad, and chicken options. We ended up doing a cream of chicken with wild rice soup; "Cesaer salad" with spinich, cucumbers, and carrot; airline chicken with a lemon caper sauce; and the red wine beef short rib. All our food allergies and Celiac guests were accomodated as well First look: we did a first look out on the gazebo/bridge area and pictures along the sidewalk path from the Garden Marquis Tent along the pond

I had my wedding about a month ago and I still can't stop thinking about it. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful. Our coordinator Migdalia went above and beyond and worked so hard to make our wedding happen. I told her what I wanted and what I wanted everything to look like. She was very observant of the things I wanted. We wanted a rustic/travel themed wedding. On the day of the wedding, I didn't know what to expect. When I looked at what she did, I was in a lost of words. It was absolutely AMAZING. She made sure I was doing okay the whole night and if I had any concerns she really listened to me and corrected anything I needed to be changed. She is so easy going, sweet and hard working. We had a budget for our wedding and she made sure that we weren't going over the budget. I highly recommend Chandler's and working with Migdalia. She will not disappoint!
