Ann and Sarah were so accommodating and helpful when planning my wedding at the newly renovated Cliffbreakers! They went above and beyond to make my day everything that I hoped it would be and more. When I signed on to Cliffbreakers back in January of 2018, I was a little nervous because it was still a construction zone; however, I fell in love with the passion and care that the staff had for what they do and was put at ease. All of my guests were in awe at what they saw too! Great staff, service, food, and atmosphere!

Highly recommend Midway Village for your wedding and reception. Everything turned out beautifully - loved the flower garden for the ceremony and the barn looked amazing!! Lisa was so easy to work with and quick to respond to all my questions! ☺️ My daughter and her husband loved how everything turned out!

We had our wedding reception at Embassy Suites on 10/8/22 and had a very positive experience! We worked primarily with Kelly, the director of sales who worked and met with us periodically throughout the planning process, and who patiently answered our many questions. Embassy is well prepared and well versed in hosting weddings, as they had any rentable decorations we could think of available to us. We were most impressed with the quality of the food during both our tasting (with 6 people) and our actually wedding dinner (with 190 guests). We received so many compliments from all of our guests on how great the food was which made us so happy. The venue ended up being available the day before our wedding so they were able to let us in early to decorate. We heard from our friends and family who helped fix minor issues throughout the night and helped clean up after the wedding that the catering staff on duty the night of our wedding was spectacular and were so polite and a pleasure to work with. They were there to tend to any need and to fix any last minute detail. They hosted two other weddings the same night as ours and we couldn't even notice a lack in service. They treated us and our guests as if we were their main priority and focus. We had a block of rooms at Embassy for our guests, and we also received feedback on how nice the rooms were and how much they enjoyed the hotel (especially the attached coffee shop). We are very happy with our experience at Embassy Suites and would definitely recommend to future brides and grooms wanting to get married in the Rockford area!

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding day! This beautiful brewery location right on the river provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and their all-inclusive package made planning so much easier. The all-inclusive package was incredible value - venue rental, dinner catering, 10 different beers on tap from their own brewery, day-of wedding coordination, ceremony setup, and table setup were all seamlessly handled. We chose their taco buffet, which was a huge hit with our guests and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. What really impressed us was how gracefully they handled our guests' dietary restrictions. We needed 5 vegetarian plated meals, one vegan meal, and one allergen-free meal, and they executed everything perfectly without any stress on our end. The staff went above and beyond in every way. Their communication was clear and prompt throughout the planning process, and they handled all the venue logistics so we could focus on enjoying our day. We had plenty of time for wedding decor setup, and they even provided professional signage to help direct our guests to the venue. During the ceremony, they helped coordinate the processional, and the bartenders were absolutely wonderful - friendly and attentive all evening long. Having the venue coordinate the majority of our logistics took so much pressure off our shoulders and let us truly be present for our special day. The team did such an exceptional job that we would choose to host our wedding there again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a venue that combines a stunning riverside location, excellent food and drinks, and a team that genuinely cares about making your day perfect, this is the place. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We had the priviledge of having our wedding reception at Rockford Country Club with the option of hosting our guests in their elegant dining room, or on their beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the river and golf course. With the weather being nice on our wedding day the accommodating team at Rockford Country Club set up our reception outside on the deck. From the moment we arrived the Rockford Country Club team was remarkably professional and courteous. Their team was the perfect mix of attentive when we needed them and invisible when we didn't. The food was delicious, prepared exactly as planned, and served efficiently, comfortably, and gracefully. Our top request of the Rockford Country Club management was to have a fun wedding night with a casual and easy going feel in their elegant atmosphere. Their team was able to capture this by allowing the night and schedule to take shape how we wanted it to, but being attentive and responsive. We asked them to prioritize a joyful evening over a perfect evening but Rockford Country Club gave us both! The club manager Chris Magdziarz represented her club and led her team with a calm kindness and grace that made our whole experience simple and fun from the early planning stages through the last dance of our wedding night. I am so grateful for Ms. Magdziarz, her team, and the club for making our wedding day vision a reality. My recommendation of the Rockford Country Club venue, leadership, and team would be the highest I can offer.

This venue was everything we needed for our special day. The standard here is unbeatable — beautiful, affordable, and truly designed to fit your vision and your budget. The staff goes above and beyond for every single person who walks through their doors, and there honestly wasn’t a single problem they couldn’t solve. And the best bonus: they’re pet-friendly! Having our dog be part of our big day meant the world to us. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and truly invested in making the day special. Zoie and the staff were so kind, friendly, and fun to work with! The décor was stunning—tastefully done, elegant, and perfectly maintained. Everywhere we looked, there were thoughtful touches that added to the beauty of the celebration. The ambience was absolutely magical, creating the perfect backdrop for such an important day. It struck the ideal balance between warm, intimate, and wonderfully inviting. We have nothing but fantastic things to say about Hoffman House!! We hired them as our catering vendor for our wedding in August and everything about working with them was a dream. They were very generous at our tasting; only my husband could go and he was able to bring the leftovers home for me to try and let me tell you… they sold me on the leftovers!! Everything tasted phenomenal, even not being fresh from the kitchen! Then as we approached the wedding day, Kayla was incredible to work with. She was very patient and flexible as we made last minute changes to the head count and other details. She also was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. The day-of was completely seamless. The buffet set-up was very professional looking, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was DELICIOUS. The catering was BY FAR the thing that guests complimented the most. Lastly, the value for the money was completely worth it, the prices were very reasonable! Overall, could not recommend Hoffman House more!!

Communication was great. They took the time to meet with my husband and I a few times to go over everything and to make sure all the details were correct. The dinner and dessert were delicious. We got several compliments on both! The dessert table was also set up beautifully. When we had an issue, we were able to get ahold of someone, and they were more than willing to help fix the issue.

My husband and I have been coming to Klehm since we started dating and we knew we had to get married there! It is the perfect space for a garden wedding and a gem most people in the Rockford area don’t know about. Working with Franchescos made wedding planning less stressful and we would highly recommend. It was the most perfect day!
