Kemper lakes golf club, staff and especially Jessica were amazing!! We enjoyed every second of the process with Jessica. She answered all of our questions (I had a lot!) in a professional way but also made us feel good about the questions and there were no stupid questions. She really went above and beyond for us to make sure our day and days before were smooth. Everyone in our wedding party and parents enjoyed working with her and the staff. She managed to get us through our rehearsal, with a veryy large wedding party in a timely manner that we really appreciated. I want to do the day over and over and all because of how stress free kemper made it!

We had our wedding in June of this year and the night was perfect. My husband and I eloped in 2024 but our family wanted us to have a party to celebrate. Despite the reservations my husband and I had about having a big party, we do not regret our reception at Royal Melbourne at all- it was actually the best night of our lives. Megan knew what we wanted. We were fairly hands-off aside from picking the cake, the menu, the flowers, and the band. We gave her a guest list count and she made it happen. Pascal got the food out on time, with every plate beautifully executed. Alex and David were pro's at the bar and received high compliments from all of our guests. With all of this being said, the high point of the night was the potato bar- it included a cheese fountain and every version of potato a midwestern bride could want to soak up the alcohol. You will not regret booking here.

Fully aware this isnt wedding focused, but we recently hosted my niece's Quinceañera at Concorde Banquets, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The entire team was incredible - especially Joanna, who was helpful, attentive, and supportive every step of the way, from day one through the day of the event. The staff was amazing, the food was absolutely delicious (guests are still talking about the pastries!), and the attention to detail was outstanding. And let me just say that the day of the event, Joanna, John and the whole team ensured the event ran smoothly and made us feel so well taken care of. The venue is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of our guests book their own events here in the future. Thank you to everyone at Concorde for making Mya’s day so special. Highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough about this venue. Of course the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff professional. Lisa was amazing in every way. She was responsive to emails, flexible, professional, offered great advice, and was so easy to work with. She worked SO HARD the day off to make every detail we wanted perfect. I had zero stress knowing she was there. The venue was very accommodating to any ideas we had. My husband and I and our guests had the picture perfect wedding, and stress free planning thanks to Hawthorn Woods and their incredible staff.
