Our Wedding was held on Sunday August 25th, 2024 at the Cotillion. It was the happiest and most incredible day of our lives! George and Tom executed every single thing they promised us for months. At first I was a very worried bride and in the months leading up to the wedding I didn’t know what to expect. But they were AMAZING! They set up the room in a very elegant and detail oriented manner, they also set up the cocktail hour and it looked even better than I could ever imagine. Everyone was raving about how good the food was and the service was fast and efficient. George is super detail oriented which I loved! George set up all the cocktail hour props from the audio phone book to the mirrors, 360 photobooth, seating chart and then he helped us choose the most elegant charger plates and even helped me design the menu and thank you cards! Every time I texted him to ask him a question he would call me back immediately! And Tom was kind enough to meet my Mom and give her a tour on his day off because she flew from overseas to help me plan 6 months in advance. We had an open bar wedding until 1:30am and George and Tom stayed till then making sure everything was under control. I wish I can relive this day over and over again. Thank you Cotillion, you exceeded all my expectations and made our wedding a very memorable one.

From our first meeting with George, he made us feel confident that he would fulfill our every wish on our wedding day, and he absolutely came through! He listened attentively to our preferences and offered valuable professional suggestions, drawing on his extensive experience in the industry.
The room décor was stunning, and the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious! George coordinated seamlessly with our Reverend to ensure a smooth ceremony transition. The flip between ceremony and reception spaces was flawless, thanks to his meticulous planning.
Throughout the night, George checked in with us to ensure everything was running smoothly. He is truly a man of his word, and our ceremony and reception were truly AWESOME!!!

Our wedding was held on 4-7-2024. George did exactly what he said he would do for the ceremony and reception. The ceremony and reception turned out to be absolutely beautiful. George made the process seamless. He handled all the details which made us not even need a wedding coordinator. The guests raved about how amazing the food was!!! Everything George said he would do, he did. I am so happy we went with the Cotillion Banquets. I highly recommend this venue for your CEREMONY and RECEPTION or reception only. I was very nervous about how everything would turn out but in the end it was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. George even let us use the bridal suite to do our hair and makeup hours before the event! What a blessing it was to have someone care as much as he does. He made our big perfect and without any issues. Thank you!

George and team were absolutely amazing with helping us plan our wedding. The venue is stunning, food is delicious, and all of the staff members are attentive and knowledgeable. George answered all of our questions whenever they came up, had the best suggestions, and made sure our room was set up to look beautiful. He also walked us through the entire process from start to finish. The staff the day of the wedding was amazing, always making sure everything was brought out on time, cleaned up quickly, and were very friendly with the guests. When cleaning up after the event, everyone helped where they could and was very helpful with making sure all belongings were returned and packed. Thank you all for an amazing evening! We are so happy we picked this venue and would absolutely go back!

I think I can speak for all wedding vendors when I say the Cotillion is unmatched with their hospitality and service. I am a wedding planner/decorator and upon first entering the venue, I was greeted with so much respect and kindness from the manager, George. I usually like to keep things short and brief with venue staff because I never want to come off as a bother, but George was simply amazing. Usually if you’re not a client / someone who is interested in holding an event, employees at venues will brush you off & treat you like a nuisance. Definitely not my experience here!

I can honestly say that the Cotillion is by far one of my favorite venues. It’s gorgeous, well kept, and boasts elegance from the moment you walk in. I can only imagine how amazing they treat their clients. I will be referring all of my Assyrian clientele to this wonderful venue. Expect a lot more middle eastern weddings coming your way! 🤍

From the very beginning, George was very clear on the process and assured us he would take care of us.
And he absolutely did!!!
George was very precise and detailed. I was having anxiety and stressing because I thought I didn’t have everything I needed yet he reassured me and went down the list of EVERYTHING that I needed.
There were a few changes the day before and day of our wedding and made all the accommodations. When it came down to the ceremony he made sure EVERYONE was on time and ready to go.
The set up was beautiful! Everything went according to plan and to schedule. Especially with the many events and surprises we had during our wedding such as surprise dances, tango performance, band set-up etc.
We received so many compliments from our guests. The color was perfect and everything that we envisioned and more!
Such a beautiful place and staff was great!

Where do I even begin. I had been so overwhelmed and stressed about my wedding ideas coming to life especially because I had gone through bad experiences in the past with other halls delivering what they had promised. However George at Cotillion had exceeded all of my expectations. He told me over and over again not to worry and he eased my stresses leading up to the wedding. Then when it came to showtime on July 7, 2023 I can’t even express enough in words how amazingly George had handled everything. He made sure even the most minor details were were perfected, he kept our event following the itinerary at the correct times (which can get difficult with Desi weddings), he was so present and approachable to my family and I. Honestly the list goes on, I was just beyond impressed and so grateful that we had pursued cotillion through George specifically for one of the greatest events in our lives, and I will most definitely be bringing future parties to him! We love you George!!!!

I had my wedding reception done here on April 30th, and I wanted to say that George and his crew were amazing and outstanding! I absolutely loved having my wedding reception here. The time and effort and dedication that George has put in and making sure all your needs are met did not disappoint. I have two other brothers whose wedding reception was also held here so I know what to expect and I was sure I had nothing to stress about because George was there to meet all my needs.

George - if you are reading this, I want to personally thank you for making everything be a dream come true! You are truly like family and want to personally thank you. If I could, I would give you more than a 5 star rating. You surely went above and beyond to make sure everything was done according to the contract and went above of what I asked. You always took care of everything I had asked and made my wedding reception really memorable.

One of the easiest decisions for us to make in our wedding reception planning process. If you decide to work with Tom and George you will not be disappointed and your event will be a great success. They even gave us tips in coordinating other aspects of the reception planning (decor, DJ, wedding planner tasks etc.) to ensure that everything ran smoothly. 9/10/22 George and Tom helped make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. George was so helpful throughout the whole process from the day of our first showing to the days after the wedding. He always found time to answer any of our questions or concerns. They continuously demonstrated that they cared and worked with us to make sure we got the best value from what we contracted them for not to mention they were extremely generous in their offerings. The main reason why we went with the cotillion was the following: big dance floor, great food, visually elegant by itself, and the people. We booked the front two rooms with 245 guests and there was plenty of room to spare on the dance floor despite us all on it which most venues cannot keep up with. Every guest I talked to at the wedding were raving about the food. Of all the weddings 30+ I've been to over the years, I've never been to one where people went out of their way to reiterate how good the food was throughout the night and reminisce afterwards. The lemon greek soup is a must. The front room includes a sizeable bridal suite with bathroom. The suite connects to the room by a visually appealing staircase as a nice entrance option. Our reception photos were stunning thanks to the interior elegance of the cotillion. We got to enjoy every second of our reception because George and Tom managed everything flawlessly. They are great people to work with, genuine people. We were happy giving them our business and helping support them. Basically there is no competition, the cotillion has excelled in all areas when it comes to a wedding venue.
