Gorgeous Flowers!

I would highly recommend going with Every Flower Has A Story! They did an amazing job with the florals at my wedding! I talked to Holly and described the vision I wanted and the vibes I wanted to capture and she did that and so much more! My flowers are a part of my wedding that people are still continuing to talk about!

The BEST florist

Holly is one of the nicest humans I've ever worked with. Do you want to know why I hired her to be my florist? Because she calls you and writes down EVERY. DETAIL. of your love story! My event coordinator was the one who found Holly. We scheduled a Zoom call and we were on the phone for at least 2 hours. Holly is so thorough and so creative! You can tell she has been doing this for years the way she talks about the flowers and the placement of things. I mean WOOOW!!! I honestly wanted her to have fun with it and I am so glad that I did. She made my vision come true and then some! I couldn't believe how beautiful and elegant everything turned out! The flowers reminded me of a scene from Emma (the Gwyneth Paltrow version) when she was sitting in the garden. She even took my place cards, decorations, favors, everything and set it up along with her team. She set up and took down everything and I didn't have to lift a finger. When I tell you Holly is thorough, she is THOROUGH until everything is put back in its place. She is seriously the best!! It was an absolutely magical day and I couldn't have asked for a better florist.

The Most Awesome Florist Ever

I hired Holly Stechly who owns Every Flower Has A Story for my wedding on October 1, 2022. Holly is so easy to work with. She totally understood the bird theme I wanted. She went above and beyond! I could not have even dreamed anything better. She had a tree set up with bird nest with bird eggs in them, and birds sitting on branches and bird chirping sounds, I don't even know how she did that. The center pieces would unbelievably beautiful, she carried the bird theme through out the venue. My bouquet was the most beautiful thing I ever saw! I told her I wanted a huge bouquet and boy did she deliver! I think it weight 10 pounds, 10 pounds of total beauty! I love it so much, it made me cry. I have already recommended Holly for two couples getting married next year. She is truly amazing and a wonderful person. She loves what she does and it totally shows. Holly, Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Growing up, I would play "Here Comes The Bride" with my friends. I would drape our living room white curtain on my head to act as a veil, I would handpick a beautiful bouquet of flowers from our garden to hold & then walk down the faux aisle with my dog, while my friends hummed "Here Comes The Bride."

I always loved weddings. My favorite part of a wedding has always been the flowers! I couldn't wait to see what kind of bouquet the bride carried & what the décor looked like for the ceremony & reception spaces. To me, it was a real life fairytale experience and I was so excited I had a chance to be a part of it!

Once I grew up, my love for weddings, flowers and fairytales never went away, so I decided to take a chance and open up my own wedding and event floral shop and that is how Every Flower Has A Story came to be.

Fun Facts:

I am ordained and can marry you!

In 2019, I became an Official Floral Designer to the Sierra Madre Rose Parade Association in California. The Pasadena Tournament Of Roses Parade airs live on New Year's Day every year.

I found my prince charming at a Pirate Festival in Port Washington, WI. For someone who believes in fairytales...what are the odds???!!!
