Wedding Planners in Chicago Suburbs

Working with WedCo817 was probably the best decision we made during our planning process. Jessa and her team executed our vision PERFECTLY, it was somehow even better than everything we envisioned. Jessa truly made our wedding day the best day of our lives!

My husband and I used Marryment for our day of coordinator. It was a little over our original budget, but it was worth every penny. We were lucky enough to have Kasia as our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She was there for me throughout the entire planning process and provided us with the best resources and answered whatever random questions I had. When it came to wedding weekend, she was even more amazing. She guided us through the day and made sure everything was on schedule, allowing me to just embrace the day. She was a constant source of calmness in a crazy day. She also went out of her way to take photos and videos on her phone and shared with us after the wedding. I cannot recommend this company, and especially Kasia, enough. Any bride would be lucky to have Kasia for their day of coordinator.

This was our best wedding decision! Having Malia there on the wedding day made it so we could truly enjoy every second! She really went above and beyond and noticed the little things. I will not lie we had so many questions and she made us feel so relieved every time we spoke to her. We even had a guest bring a friend without telling us and she had a whole place setting and meal for them before we could even let her know. Thank you Malia and Wildflower Weddings for our the best day yet!

Bridget was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was super organized and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Myself, my husband and the rest of our family and bridal party were able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything because we knew it was all being taken care of. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know that is getting married.

Beth G at Everlasting Impressions took over as my day of coordinator at the most perfect time in wedding planning. The last month before the wedding and wedding weekend was a breeze thanks to her expertise and commitment to making sure my wedding day dreams became a reality! From having extremely helpful and organized wedding planning resources to making sure my vendors were working towards the same goal, she is someone you absolutely need on your side for your wedding. Jackie was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She helped us with both pre-planning and day-of coordination, and I honestly cannot imagine our wedding without her. From vendor communication and timeline management to handling last-minute issues with our caterer, she took care of everything seamlessly. On the wedding day, Jackie made me feel so supported and truly special. I was able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing she had everything under control. At the end of the night, she even cleaned everything up and packed it all for us — we didn’t have to lift a finger, which meant so much after such a long and emotional day. Beyond being amazing at her job, Jackie has the best personality. She fit right in with our friends and family and felt like she was meant to be there with us. Everyone loved her. I would recommend Jackie to absolutely anyone looking for a planner who is organized, proactive, kind, and genuinely cares. She is truly one of a kind.

When planning a wedding you don’t realize just how much the small details matter! I booked all my major vendors and thought I was done, but coming from someone who is not organized at all and does not do well with big major crowds, Andrea made sure to not only relieve some of that stress and pressure for me but she also stayed on top of everything and gave me so many ideas and details that one never thinks of! She was so patient with me and my fiance and so supportive and flexible with everything! If you don’t want to stress yourself out in your day of your wedding and want to just relax and enjoy your party, I definitely recommend Andrea! No bride should ever run around the day of their wedding, let Andrea relieve that stress for you! She will definitely not disappoint I promise!

Muskaan put together a wonderful event for me! She’s so organized and creative, and always has a solution for any situation. I truly appreciate the dedication she provides for her clients. Her work allows the event hosts to actually enjoy the event and let go of stress. Highly recommended!

There aren't enough words to express just how thankful we are for Gina. Well beyond managing the details of the day, keeping the timeline, and facilitating vendor communication and organization leading up to our wedding-as a bride, I felt a sense of security knowing that Gina had our backs throughout the day. We planned and payed for our whole wedding ourselves and with Gina's help as our day of coordinator, our day was better than we ever could have imagined. Everything that Gina and her associate did to set up was absolutely stunning and she thought of everything. She was so calm and collected and that was priceless, as it helped keep me grounded. She was detailed oriented and made sure everything was set up to our liking. My husband and I both haven't stopped telling each other that hiring Gina was the best decision we made in planning since the day we first spoke to her. We felt an immense weight lifted off our shoulders since the day we hired her and the impact she had on our big day was massive. Would highly highly recommend!

Victoria went absolutely above and beyond for me and my husbands wedding this fall. I tell everyone I know that I could not have done it without her. She asked questions to vendors I would never have thought of, found us the most perfect vendor team (her recommendation for a florist was fantastic!), and ensured the day went smoothly.
