Cindy and her team helped to make our daughter and son-in-law's wedding the event that our daughter had always dreamed of. We hired Effortless Events to insure that we could actually enjoy the wedding and not be burdened by managing a complex event. No large event ever goes off without a hiccup; Effortless Events handled every twist or unexpected bump in the road with calm and unruffled competence. Beyond the "day of" management, however, Cindy and her team offered suggestions and strategies to help make the wedding reception an evening to remember. That our children look back on their wedding day only with happiness and not with regret speaks volumes.

My sister used Veronica for her September 2023 wedding, and after meeting her I knew I wanted to use her for my October 2025 wedding. For starters, at my sister’s wedding, we noticed the table cloths being set up were a pastel yellow and not quite the color my sister wanted. Veronica had new table cloths brought in immediately and took care of it. Rain for the outdoor ceremony? No problem. Veronica was out there with a leaf blower drying off the ceremony chairs right before we started. My wedding was much smaller and I only needed Veronica as a day-of coordinator. She was so wonderful and flexible when coming up with a custom package for me. On the day of, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Veronica took care of everything and made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be. She set up our decorations for our backyard wedding while I was getting ready, gave me updates along the way, and I never had to worry about how great of a job she was doing. She was truly phenomenal to have, and made the day go so much smoother. Absolutely can’t recommend her enough!
