We are SO happy that we decided to work with Marryment for planning our wedding. We worked with Denise and there are not enough words to express how incredible she was!! She was on top of everything throughout the entire planning process as well as during the actual wedding day. I'm typically a very anxious person, but she truly made all of my worries disappear on the wedding day. Not a single thing went wrong (which I know is rare!), and I can only imagine it was due to Denise handling everything like a pro. We even had family members and friends telling us how wonderful and professional Denise was!! She even took a bunch of photos and videos of our day - she managed to record my dad's entire speech which I am eternally grateful for.

We also ended up adding a second set of hands - Holland - to help with decor set up (we had a ton of decor that we made ourselves). I was BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful everything looked after Denise & Holland finished setting everything up. I truly cannot stop looking at photos of the entire space - they made all of my visions come to life. They also handled all of the cleanup so seamlessly - it was amazing!

As someone who naturally gravitates toward being involved in every detail, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from a 90-day coordinator. Looking back, hiring Kasia was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process.

From day one, she met us exactly where we were. Communication never felt rigid or transactional. Whether it was a text message, phone call, spreadsheet, timeline update, or a buried email thread between multiple vendors, Kasia was paying attention. Her level of attentiveness and follow-through was remarkable.

As the wedding approached, she became the central point of communication for our vendor team, and I cannot overstate how valuable that was. We directed vendors to work through Kasia and her timeline, and she handled it seamlessly. No matter how many moving pieces, updates, changes, or questions came her way, she kept everything organized and current. She was fully invested in our wedding and genuinely cared about every detail.

Another thing I came to appreciate about Kasia was how she approached decision-making. Throughout the planning process, there were countless moments where we looked to her for answers. We’d ask what we should do, what was typical, or what other couples usually chose. She was always willing to share her experience and perspective, but she never made us feel like there was a “right” answer. More often than not, she created space for us to decide what felt right for us.

Looking back, I realize how valuable that was. Instead of steering us toward tradition or what she had seen before, she encouraged us to think about what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like. She gave us information without pressure, guidance without judgment, and confidence without influence. As a result, so many of the decisions we made felt genuinely our own.

What stands out most, however, is her calmness.

Throughout wedding day, Kasia was the steady presence that allowed us to actually enjoy ourselves. There were several moments where I looked to her expecting to hear that we were running behind or needed to move faster, and every single time she calmly reassured me that everything was exactly where it needed to be. Whether she was solving problems behind the scenes or not, we never felt it.

One of my favorite examples of how thoughtful she is was her suggestion that we do a private room reveal before guests entered the reception. It wasn’t something we had planned, but it ended up being one of the most special moments of the entire day. We even ended up sharing an impromptu dance in the room before anyone else entered. It remains one of my favorite memories from our wedding, and it’s something I never would have thought to plan myself.

The greatest compliment I can give Kasia is that at some point on our wedding day, I completely stopped thinking about the timeline. For someone who spent months planning, organizing, and coordinating details, that is saying a lot. I trusted her completely, and because of that, I was able to be fully present with my husband, our family, and our friends.

Beyond her organizational skills, Kasia was simply wonderful energy to have around. Professional, kind, proactive, and endlessly reassuring, she brought a sense of calm confidence to every interaction. We never felt like just another event on her calendar. We felt supported, cared for, and genuinely championed throughout the process.

If you’re considering hiring Kasia, do it. She doesn’t just coordinate a wedding. She creates the conditions that allow you to actually experience it. For us, that was invaluable and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding.

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with the Marryment team. Our planner, Claire, was incredibly thorough and mindful of the type of wedding we wanted to plan while keeping in mind who we were as a couple and the needs of guests. She was great at suggesting reputable vendors and was on top of all communication with them. She was always available to answer my questions- no matter how small- and her knowledge in the wedding planning space was invaluable. There were so many things I did not think of that Claire brought up for us to consider, and it was many of those details that made the event seem so special. I truly had the best wedding planning experience as much of the stress and minor details were taken off my plate. Day-of, she ran the show like a well-oiled machine. There were no issues on our wedding day and we can largely attribute that to her abilities. Any minor deviations from the plan were swiftly dealt with, all while being very kind and calm. Frankly, the idea of planning a wedding always brought me dread, but because of Marryment, I felt none of that throughout the process and we enjoyed the wedding to the fullest-- as a couple should!

Our daughter who lives in Chicago was married this weekend! I live out of town and knew we needed a wedding planner. After interviewing several people, we chose Marryment and were assigned Claire. Hiring a wedding planner will add to your your budget, but I believe Claire helped us save money by narrowing down trusted vendors (priceless), keeping stress levels down with scheduled meetings and timelines (priceless) and handling all the details during the weekend so we could enjoy the events (priceless). People will tell you that the day will go by so quickly; it's true, it will. But with Claire's help, our family was able to enjoy each and every joy filled moment and not worry about what needed to be done next - and that is the most priceless of all!

My husband and I used Marryment for our day of coordinator. It was a little over our original budget, but it was worth every penny. We were lucky enough to have Kasia as our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She was there for me throughout the entire planning process and provided us with the best resources and answered whatever random questions I had. When it came to wedding weekend, she was even more amazing. She guided us through the day and made sure everything was on schedule, allowing me to just embrace the day. She was a constant source of calmness in a crazy day. She also went out of her way to take photos and videos on her phone and shared with us after the wedding. I cannot recommend this company, and especially Kasia, enough. Any bride would be lucky to have Kasia for their day of coordinator.

Denise and her team were such a pleasure to work with! As a photographer I’m able to almost go on autopilot when working with Marryment because I know they are on top of every small detail! From the flatlay, to the dress, the fine details of the timeline, etc. This might be an overstatement, but it also seems that Marryment has a huge following from word of mouth and not from a bunch of mindless advertising. That tells me one thing that is most important for any planner to have with couples…Trust! Every couple knows undoubtedly that their day is in great hands with Marryment! If I had money on the line I would put my money on them any day of the weekend!

Claire Redner was an amazing month-of-coordinator. She has a calm, friendly demeanor and was a pleasure to work with. Before the wedding, she helped us build our wedding day timeline and communicated with all our vendors to ensure a seamless experience. She attended our venue walk through and rehearsal and made sure that everyone felt comfortable and knew what to do. On the wedding day, she coordinated the arrival of all vendors, set up and cleaned up decorations, bustled my dress, handed out vendor tips, and even rearranged a bridesmaid bouquet to be more to my liking. Claire kept the day running on time and if there were any issues, we did not know about them as Claire handled everything with such grace and professionalism. We did not have to worry about a single logistical thing on the wedding day thanks to Claire. She went above and beyond and even provided us with behind the scenes photos and videos of our day which was a fun surprise. I highly recommend hiring Claire. She provided incredible value for the price of the month of coordination services.

Marryment was a recommendation from a friend who had recently gotten married. We were paired with Denise as our month of coordinator, and she was nothing short of amazing. While our wedding was in Chicago, my husband and I live in the Bay Area, and planning a wedding out of state was pretty stressful. But Denise is a pro and truly went above and beyond to help us.
