We hired Baroj Events / Rojin as our month-of coordinator for our August wedding and I honestly have no idea what we would've done without her, particularly on the day of our wedding. She took the time to listen to what we did (and didn't) need help with and customized our package according to those needs. She's amazing at identifying pain points and helping smooth things over, and is an all-around incredibly smart, well-organized and detail-oriented professional.

Not only was Rojin helpful, communicative and accessible in the month leading up to our wedding, but she truly went above and beyond on the day of. She had the seemingly impossible task of setting up our entire wedding reception in one hour (including florals, candles, menus, place cards, gift table, etc.) while simultaneously managing our wedding ceremony in another location in the park. Not only did Rojin and her assistant Vanessa pull it off, but they did an absolutely amazing job. Our wedding was entirely DIY, and we left them with boxes of decor, a million bud vases and very little direction and they brought everything to life PERFECTLY. We were so appreciative of their attention to detail and the care they gave to setting everything up, particularly given the extremely tight timeframe.

Rojin is the best, we were so lucky to have her help with planning our wedding in July 2022. She went above and beyond to help us have our dream wedding. Anything we asked for, she did a great search to find the best options. Anytime we were stressed out about anything, we just called her right away and she always made us calm by finding a solution! She was kinda our therapist. So I had absolutely nothing to stress about just because of her. Every little detail and every step of the way, she will take care of it better than I can imagine it. Rojin threw a “couple shower” for us in March 2022 right around the time that the Pandemic was starting to wind down. Throughout this entire process, we were amazed by her attention to detail and professionalism. Her package included everything else that others were offering, but her understanding of our relatively unusual needs made her superior to any other choice that we had in the market. Before our night, she spent a lot of time through in-person and remote meetings with us just to get to know us and make sure she understands what we wanted. By the end of this almost two months process, we felt like she knows us like a close friend and she knows exactly what we wanted. On the night of the event, she managed all her resources seamlessly, to the point that after the party, we were wondering how she was able to coordinate all the logistics around that night without us even noticing. She also surprised us with a customized gift by the end of the night which was so thoughtful. We also noticed that she was enjoying every little step of the process which made everything a lot easier for us. We definitely recommend Baroj Events!

Rojin was our “Wedding Day Coordinator” on April 2022. We absolutely can’t imagine our wedding day without her! She managed a major issue which had the potential to turn into a crisis. For some reason, our sound system was acting up, and our DJ couldn’t figure out the problem. She reacted to the incident very calmly and managed to find the standby technician quickly while we were just looking at each other trying to understand what had happened. And our guests responded to this very positively and it was like they were really enjoying themselves by singing and dancing while the issue was getting fixed. Without her, this two-minute incident could’ve ruin our night, but instead, now we have a beautiful memory of an issue that was outside of our control. Throughout that night, she was always there for us, by her attention to details. She was noticing small imperfections in Bride’s wedding dress while the Bride was dancing. She was fixing all those imperfections that she noticed on the fly. We didn’t even notice everything that she did, not till six months later when we were watching our wedding movie. Rojin was our day-of coordinator in August 2022 in Chicago. She far exceeded our expectations of a coordinator. She would take responsibility like it was her own wedding. She was not there just to do her job, but to make sure everything is done as expected and everyone (bride, groom, and guests) will be happy with the experience.
