I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful we are for Suzanne and her exceptional team at Couture Events. During wedding planning, I was writing my dissertation and my husband was finishing up law school and studying for the bar. Suzanne was nothing short of a miracle worker in planning our 500-person Syrian American wedding, ensuring that every detail was perfect (while reminding us of our budget). She really was instrumental in executing the wedding of our dreams. Suzanne's dedication and expertise were particularly invaluable during an exceptionally busy period for us, so her ability to manage and orchestrate everything flawlessly was truly impressive. She was extremely flexible with us, and understood our constraints so well. She also was remarkably able to balance everyone's expectations, and she managed family members' input with incredible grace and professionalism. One of Suzanne's standout qualities is her promptness and organizational skills. She was always on top of every detail and ensured that nothing was overlooked. Her ability to source various options for us, but still listen to our desires, and guide us towards choices that aligned with our vision and capabilities was astounding. She really made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. Moreover, Suzanne was an absolute joy to work with. Her positive energy and fun personality made the entire experience delightful. Her calm demeanor and creative problem-solving made us feel reassured, even in the most challenging moments. We cannot recommend Suzanne and her team at Couture Events highly enough. She is truly a gem, and any couple would be lucky to have her by their side during such an important time in their lives. Thank you, Suzanne, for giving us a wedding beyond our wildest dreams!

We cannot say enough good things about LOLA!! We booked the “Last Minute LOLA” package and we worked with Sanja Dimitrijevic through the last few months of our wedding planning. She exceeded all of our expectations and really helped to make our wedding day the most perfect day. The whole planning process with her was so fun and we felt really prepared in the week leading up our wedding. No ask was too much and she met with us countless times to make sure all of the details were accounted for. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything and did so much behind the scenes work. She took all of the stress out of the day which was exactly what we were hoping for! Booking with LOLA was one our best investments during our wedding planning process and we can’t recommend Sanja enough!!

We worked with Katy to plan our wedding--would definitely recommend 10/10! My husband and my wedding was on a tight timeline with only eight months to plan it. Katy did a phenomenal job getting everything together, keeping us on track, and securing amazing vendors! We're also both lawyers and are used to things being well organized, but Katy consistently went above and beyond. We also do not live in Chicago, and Katy made it so easy to get everything done remotely and be our eyes and ears on the ground. The biggest benefit of working with Katy and the Christine Janda team, however, was that they make truly beautiful events! Katy and Giora created such a beautiful space for our wedding reception with their floral and design expertise, incorporating Chicago wildflowers and our backgrounds into the venue at the University Club of Chicago. The captain on staff at the University Club even told us at the end of the night how it was the most beautiful reception he had seen at the Club, and he had worked over 200 weddings there. We're so grateful for Katy for bringing our special day together and making it so perfect!

Where do I even start?! Regina and the ACE Team are exactly who you need to plan your wedding. I got married 8.30.25 at the Chicago History Museum as a current resident of Arizona. So having a “out of state” wedding was something I was nervous about, not knowing what vendors to go to etc but Regina and the Team made it so so easy for me, which allowed for me to ENJOY wedding planning!! From the first call to the day of ACE was on top of it all for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better planner and team!! I even received so many compliments from my guests on how organized the entire weekend was, again all thanks for Regina and the Team!! So if you are planning a wedding, look no further the ACE Team is AMAZING!!!

We selected Lion Hearted Events as our Day of Coordinator and they were great! We specifically got aligned to Grace, the owner, and she executed everything to perfection! She was very responsive to all our questions, concerns, and clarifications before the big day! She helped completely transform our venue to exactly how I envisioned it on our wedding day by helping with the setup and placement of all the DIY decor and personal items. She assisted with ensuring we were staying on track with our timeline and made sure we were able to take in every moment in real time. I didn’t worry about a thing! 11/10 experience with Grace and her company!

Michelle with Bustle and Lace was incredible on every single front of the wedding planning process up to the wedding itself. We had five to six meetings with her, which were well planned, covered a lot of areas, and were extremely helpful. We loved how collaborative and honest she was if we came to her for an idea. Outside of our meetings, Michelle was always very responsive via email and provided endless feedback and guidance. There were many parts of our wedding that we previously envisioned, while other parts she helped us develop - she was truly the person that brought our dream wedding to life. There were unique requests we had for our wedding day, which some involved Michelle doing extra tasks, and she ensured they all happened. When looking back at our wedding and everything leading up to it, we strongly believe that our wedding day would not have been what it was without her. Michelle has a calm presences that is contagious. She always reassured us that we were doing great in the planning process and that everything would come together as we hoped - which it did. On our wedding day, Michelle was an absolute gem and we had no worries. We had such confidence in her to make sure everything was taken care of. If we had any questions or concerns, she was right there making sure everything was addressed. Many of our family and friends also acknowledged Michelle’s friendliness, professionalism, and care during one of the most important days of our lives. My first wedding vendor review has to be about Johnna Metcalf. Where do I even begin? Johnna is one of the most brilliant, kind, organized, warm, friendly and calm people I have ever met. She’s one of those people where you immediately feel at ease when you’re around her. Hiring her was by far our greatest wedding investment and I would hire her over and over again if I could. She made our day absolutely flawless - if ANYTHING was sliiightly off or wrong, she caught it immediately, calmly, and handled it with poise - always reassuring us she’s got it covered. I felt 100% at ease, all day, because of her. The DETAILS of what she does for you is unmatched. She cared about our family and we all felt it. We are obviously still on cloud 9 from the wedding, and haven’t stopped talking about it - but our most frequent compliment by far (from our bridal party and family) is how wonderful Johnna was. Thank you Johnna for the greatest weekend of our lives ❤️

I had an incredible experience with Eventive Occasions! The owner, Yhana, helped bring my vision to life…from the planning, to the rentals, to the florals- I used her for everything and am so glad I did! Her prices were extremely reasonable compared to other vendors I looked into, and the quality did not disappoint. I was blown away by how beautiful my bouquet was! Yhana was very friendly and easy to talk to. It felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend, instead of a stranger. As an out of town bride, she went out of her way to meet with me early into the planning process when I happened to be in town, and was eager to schedule as many phone calls as I needed over the year. She was committed the entire day of the wedding to making sure it was going to perfection! I highly recommend Eventive Occasions for wedding planning, rentals, and florals.

If you are looking for the right wedding planner, your search should end with this review. We cannot say enough good things about Camille and her team, but we will do our best here. We were in a unique situation of putting together our wedding in roughly three months due to family health reasons, and Camille played an enormous role in making our wedding a success. Camille was on top of every detail and was involved every step of the way. She was always there to give us advice when we had questions or weren't sure what to do. She provided a thorough timeline and kept all the trains moving on time. She also connected with our vendors to coordinate deliveries and timing. Everything you could want in a planner, Camille and her team provided. She made a stressful few months feel much more manageable and it all went off without a hitch. Thank you Camille!

My husband and I knew we needed someone to keep us on track and organized for our big day. We were so grateful for Charlene and her team for being there for us! We had their help for Wedding Day Coordination and Production, and she started helping us two months in advance, which was absolutely needed. Two months before the event, she started communicating and coordinating with all of our vendors, which took a lot of work off of our plates. Charlene thought of all those details I would've probably forgotten until that day, and she helped us to brainstorm ideas for aspects of our wedding we hadn't yet decided on. She was flexible with meeting times, which was absolutely essential for our job schedules. On the day of our wedding, Charlene and her team were organized, calm and relaxing: exactly what we needed. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
