Courtney and her team were amazing during the whole experience from beginning to end. She’s very professional, attentive, and did everything to make as stress free as possible. Linda is amazing with decor! Everyone loved the decor and the attention to detail. Courtney is truly a gem. I’m going to miss working with her 😊

Courtney was fantastic to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She's detail-oriented, experienced, and organized. I came in from out of town to have my wedding in Chicago, and so all our communications were remote until the wedding day. Courtney was responsive, polite, efficient, and knowledgable every step of the way. She stood in for me at the wedding walk-through, helped problem-solve a unique ceremony related challenge, and was fully present and supportive on the wedding day itself, beginning to end. I cannot recommend her enough.

As two out-of-state people getting married in Chicago, my fiancé and I were looking for a day of coordinator to help us. We found Courtney and immediately clicked. She’s incredibly professional, prompt and punctual, communicative, thoughtful, resourceful, immensely well connected, and a fantastic trustworthy person. She handled a full-on weekend of multicultural wedding traditions, with 200+ guests, with such grace and ease (Eastern European and West African).

She accomplished so much behind the scenes that we were fully able to enjoy both days of the wedding. Our wedding party and families raved about how smoothly she was able to have things run.

In addition to that, Courtney wrangled unresponsive vendors AND lined up backup vendors on a single day’s notice. Courtney also navigated culturally tense and sensitive moments. Meanwhile, Courtney partnered with Linda (from Abundance Decor) to create an elegant floral arrangement for the venue specific to each day. These deliberate actions culminated into two beautiful and perfectly executed days in a single weekend. We are so grateful that we got to work with Courtney to make the weekend so special, because she was The Final Touch - EXACTLY what we needed to have lifelong memories.
