She took care of everything so my friends, family, and I could relax and enjoy the day. She set up everything, packed everything up at the end of the night, and even found the wedding cake delivery driver when he had arrived 2-hours later than expected and the number I had for the bakery wasn't going through. I highly recommend her.

We had booked our vendors and done a lot of the setup but we wanted to make sure we had someone to coordinate and take care of the party so we could relax and enjoy the day. We are so happy that we worked with Courtney, she was in charge and ensured everything went according to plan! She dealt with any last-minute issues swiftly and her advice and expertise helped us make decisions and kept the party going! She thought of everything and was even able to help get us some extra hands for cleaning and taking care of our space. She was clear, straightforward, and professional. It was a blast and we highly recommend the Final Touch Chicago!

I came in from out of town to have my wedding in Chicago, and so all our communications were remote until the wedding day. As two out-of-state people getting married in Chicago, my fiancé and I were looking for a day of coordinator to help us. We found Courtney and immediately clicked. She’s incredibly professional, prompt and punctual, communicative, thoughtful, resourceful, immensely well connected, and a fantastic trustworthy person. She handled a full-on weekend of multicultural wedding traditions, with 200+ guests, with such grace and ease (Eastern European and West African).

She accomplished so much behind the scenes that we were fully able to enjoy both days of the wedding. Our wedding party and families raved about how smoothly she was able to have things run.

In addition to that, Courtney wrangled unresponsive vendors AND lined up backup vendors on a single day’s notice. Courtney also navigated culturally tense and sensitive moments. Meanwhile, Courtney partnered with Linda (from Abundance Decor) to create an elegant floral arrangement for the venue specific to each day. These deliberate actions culminated into two beautiful and perfectly executed days in a single weekend. We are so grateful that we got to work with Courtney to make the weekend so special, because she was The Final Touch - EXACTLY what we needed to have lifelong memories.

Courtney was the absolute best wedding planner. She was super responsive, helped put out many last minute fires, and thought of many details we didn't even think of. I cannot recommend her enough.

Courtney is an angel in human form. My wedding planning was seamless and not chaotic as most people say theirs was, she brought life to our vision and coordinated everything to perfection, she was very professional and yet took our event personal like it was hers. When people tell me my wedding was beautiful and so organized I always tell them Courtney should get the credit, if event planner was to be a person it would be her. I strong recommend her.
