As a fellow event industry professional, when it came to planning my own wedding, there was only one group I would hire and Anticipation Events is it!
With mind blowing combined years of event planning, design and execution, there is no better choice!

From the initial inquiry email, Elizabeth and Emma were nothing but kind, patient, reassuring and efficient. Consummate professionalism through and through! They helped us flush out ideas and guided us through each step. I was able to switch mindsets from event director to bride with confidence and ease.

The team was available for random texts, multiple emails and calls whenever needed. Their organizational tools leading up to the day were so helpful to keep us on track and they handled all necessary communications with our vendors and venue with grace and aplomb.

We had a great deal of decor that we collected ourselves and AE came to our house to gather it all ahead of the big day and handled all set up where needed. This aspect was an incredible relief and a huge added value that made our day even more special!

One the day, Emma and team were so responsive and able to pivot on a dime when necessary. They even handled wayward family members with tact and professionalism, leading with hospitality at every turn. AE was ready with a kit of items we never thought we would need, which all came in handy! Even when my beloved Groom left his reception tux jacket at the hotel, AE was able to retrieve it , and returned right on time for outfit changes! Not a beat was missed.

Anticipation Events were there for and did everything that I would have done but better and before we knew we even needed it, more than living up to their name.

If I could elect Anticipation Events for President, I would. Full stop.

We absolutely loved working with Emma from Anticipation Events! From the moment we started planning through the big day itself, she was amazing - calm, organized, and so thoughtful about every little detail. She made sure everything ran perfectly and that we always felt comfortable and taken care of.

When we realized right before the reception that all our table numbers were accidentally the same (oops!), Emma didn’t even blink - she quickly created a whole new set that looked identical to the originals. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Thanks to Emma, the entire day flowed so smoothly. Even when we were nervous, she brought such a calming presence that made everything feel effortless. We can’t recommend Emma and Anticipation Events highly enough - if you want your wedding to be as stress-free and joyful as possible, she’s the one to call. We love Emma!!!

Elizabeth and her team at Anticipation Events were absolute lifesavers. From the planning stages to the wedding day to all of the little details after the weekend, she had everything handled before we could think to worry about it. She’s the kind of person who spots problems before they exist and fixes them without making a big deal about it.

On the day itself, she made sure my wife and I actually got to eat (which I’ve heard is rare), kept drinks coming so we could dance the night away, and managed to keep the whole evening running perfectly without ever feeling rushed or forced. By the time we got back to our hotel, there were snacks and slices of cake waiting for us — easily one of my favorite surprises of the night.

We still talk about Elizabeth and her team at least once a week and how much we miss having them around. They’ve got great style, great energy, and somehow made the most logistic heavy day of our lives feel effortless.

Anticipation Events was amazing! We did the month of coordinator package and had the privilege of working with Heather. She guided us through scheduling, finalizing logistics with vendors, and more. She was smart and kind and composed, and she made the wedding day itself seamless! Everything was on time. As someone who used to be a theatre production manager, Heather's stellar work allowed me to be completely in the moment and let go of any logistics/worries. Many of our guests also told us how seamless the day went, and it was all thanks to Heather and the Anticipation Events Team. Working with Anticipation Events made the month of my wedding go from stressful to a complete dream! The entire team was so helpful and responsive. I cannot imagine my wedding day without them.
