  Fantastic to work with!

  In short: We cannot recommend Courtney and The Final Touch, enough.
  
  As two out-of-state people getting married in Chicago, my fiancé and I were looking for a day of coordinator to help us. We found Courtney and immediately clicked. She’s incredibly professional, prompt and punctual, communicative, thoughtful, resourceful, immensely well connected, and a fantastic trustworthy person. She handled a full-on weekend of multicultural wedding traditions, with 200+ guests, with such grace and ease (Eastern European and West African).
  
  She accomplished so much behind the scenes that we were fully able to enjoy both days of the wedding. Our wedding party and families raved about how smoothly she was able to have things run.
  
  In addition to that, Courtney wrangled unresponsive vendors AND lined up backup vendors on a single day’s notice. Courtney also navigated culturally tense and sensitive moments. Meanwhile, Courtney partnered with Linda (from Abundance Decor) to create an elegant floral arrangement for the venue specific to each day. These deliberate actions culminated into two beautiful and perfectly executed days in a single weekend. We are so grateful that we got to work with Courtney to make the weekend so special, because she was The Final Touch - EXACTLY what we needed to have lifelong memories.

  As two out-of-state people getting married in Chicago, my fiancé and I were looking for a day of coordinator to help us. We found Courtney and immediately clicked. She’s incredibly professional, prompt and punctual, communicative, thoughtful, resourceful, immensely well connected, and a fantastic trustworthy person.   Courtney was the absolute best wedding planner. She was super responsive, helped put out many last minute fires, and thought of many details we didn't even think of. I cannot recommend her enough.

  Excellent Experience!

  I am beyond happy that I decided to hire Courtney as our "day-of" coordinator. The wedding truly could not have happened without her! We were beyond impressed with her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. She brought our entire vision to life and was helpful every step of the way. She had a lovely personality and was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend hiring The Final Touch for your wedding day. If you are a planner like me and want to find someone awesome and trustworthy to bring it all together on your big day, Courtney is the one! My fiance and I give her a 10/10! :)

  Courtney is an angel in human form. My wedding planning was seamless and not chaotic as most people say theirs was, she brought life to our vision and coordinated everything to perfection, she was very professional and yet took our event personal like it was hers. When people tell me my wedding was beautiful and so organized I always tell them Courtney should get the credit, if event planner was to be a person it would be her. I strong recommend her.

  Perfect Day-Of Coordinator Vendor

  Courtney (The Final Touch Chicago) was an AMAZING resource for our wedding. She fit exactly what our needs were. We were already pretty self-sufficient on the general wedding planning and were frustrated with other vendors charging more for more planning (months of planning) and we just didn't need that.
  
  Not only was Courtney very capable of doing day-of coordination, she was a delight to work with, had great ideas, and helped connect us to resources that we were in need of.
  
  I cannot recommend Courtney enough!

  Courtney saved my wedding!

  Hiring Courtney was the BEST wedding decision I made (after saying "yes" to my husband!). She literally saved the day on multiple occasions - from making multiple trips to the bakery to ensure out wedding cake was ordered/delivered properly, to helping me find a new hair stylist last minute when the one I'd hired didn't work out. Courtney helped immensely with wrangling vendors, figuring out decorations, and overall making sure things ran smoothly. I was super stressed about the wedding planning, but as soon as we hired Courtney, the stress went away because I knew we were in great hands. Linda was our day-of coordinator; she did a fabulous job setting up the decorations and keeping everything on track. We literally could not have done it without either of them, THANK YOU so much!

  Admittedly, I didn’t know where to start when we getting our journey and creating a perfect day. However, we felt nothing less than what was promised, and in fact, or offered infinitely more. Myself, and my partner have relatively busy schedules, but we’re both very committed to taking the step in making the decision to commit to each other with that said, neither of us knew where to start. Our experience was nothing less than five stars more importantly, found inclusive, conscious of our personal needs and request, and most importantly attentive at the times that we had available. The level of commitment to excellence in guidance ultimately lead to what we both prepare as better than anything we could’ve dreamt. The words, thank you do not come close to how we truly feel yet do only start to express how we generally feel we both would highly recommend taking to leap, and can wholeheartedly say you will not regret it!

  Best Day Of Person Ever!

  I didn’t hire a wedding planner. The day came and I really needed someone reliable, caring, and thoughtful to help put the pieces together. Whether I had a planner or not, Final Touch came through - brought the wedding party, the wedding pieces, and the entire day and now best memory together. I would recommend no other person.

  She can do anything!

  I hired Courtney for my daughter's wedding. Courtney was extremely professional, had great management skills. and extremely organized. Even when the bartenders were slammed, Courtney did not hestitate to jump behind the bar to make sure things were going to go smoothly! Couldn't recommend her more.

On the day of the wedding, she was attentive, communicative, friendly, and so incredibly helpful! She set up our tables, made sure our timeline moved smoothly, checked in with us throughout the day, communicated with our vendors, and was overall such a calming and grounding force. Her services are efficient and affordable. Could not recommend her enough!
