Hiring Regina and Amelia Cole Events was one of the first decisions my husband and I made, and it ended up being one of the best. I know myself: I’m an anxious girly who struggles to weigh different options, and Regina was a true lifesaver throughout the planning process. She patiently listened, walked us through choices, and helped us feel confident in every decision.

Regina is a true expert in all things weddings, from the vision and aesthetics to the behind-the-scenes logistics that make the day run seamlessly. She thought of things we never would have considered and handled every detail with such thoroughness and ease. Her vendor recommendations were spot on. She is so well connected in the Chicago wedding scene, and we loved every single vendor she recommended.

She was also such a great collaborator! Regina really understood the vision I had in my mind and somehow brought it to life even better than I imagined. Her Style Guide was especially helpful and it was so fun to visualize what the day would look ahead of time.

On the wedding day, Regina went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We did not have to worry about a single thing and could just enjoy the day. Weeks later, we are still getting compliments from guests saying it was “the most organized wedding they had ever been to,” and that is entirely thanks to Regina, Victoria, and Emily’s thought, care, and expertise.

Lastly, we also truly enjoyed meeting with Regina on a monthly basis throughout the planning process. She made those meetings something to look forward to, and now that the wedding is over, we miss her!!

Where do I even start?! Regina and the ACE Team are exactly who you need to plan your wedding. I got married 8.30.25 at the Chicago History Museum as a current resident of Arizona. So having a “out of state” wedding was something I was nervous about, not knowing what vendors to go to etc but Regina and the Team made it so so easy for me, which allowed for me to ENJOY wedding planning!! From the first call to the day of ACE was on top of it all for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better planner and team!! I even received so many compliments from my guests on how organized the entire weekend was, again all thanks for Regina and the Team!! Because of them, we were able to truly relax — something every couple hopes for but rarely gets on their wedding day. We didn’t have to worry about logistics, timing, or vendor coordination for even a single second. They gave us the gift of being able to enjoy our wedding, knowing everything was taken care of.

Where to begin! Regina was an essential part of our wedding planning journey. From the beginning, she was organized and set us up on a well paced, predictable schedule that allowed us to enjoy the process. When we had some unexpected last minute rain, Regina coordinated getting our ceremony and cocktail hour moved indoors to a last minute location change. She is a problem solver - all while you are enjoying the day of your wedding! It was a pleasure getting to know Regina in the process - her outgoing personality is a perk! Where Regina was truly remarkable was with her style guide and helping with the wedding design. I had an idea of what I wanted for our wedding aesthetic, but couldn't picture it or figure out how to put all of the pieces together. Regina and I spent time chatting through my ideas, and she put together an entire style guide for us that turned into the wedding of our dreams. She brought my vision to life in a way I couldn't even imagine, and I can't thank her enough.
On the day of the wedding, she handled everything from the big to small details, making sure we never had to sweat anything. Anything either of us needed, she was there to take care of. We got to enjoy the best day with our people because she had everything under control. Not having to worry about any of the details was the best feeling in the world, and that was all thanks to Regina.
We cannot recommend Regina enough, she is SO worth it and was instrumental in making our wedding the best day of our lives!
