I was on the fence about getting a wedding planner but I am SO HAPPY I did! My wedding was so easy and stress free because Malia and her team were so amazing. When telling others about my wedding, I highlight how amazing having a wedding planner is and how much I recommend Wildflower Weddings. One of my bridesmaids was so impressed at how great they were she will also be using Wildflower Weddings!

This was our best wedding decision! Having Malia there on the wedding day made it so we could truly enjoy every second! She really went above and beyond and noticed the little things. I will not lie we had so many questions and she made us feel so relieved every time we spoke to her. We even had a guest bring a friend without telling us and she had a whole place setting and meal for them before we could even let her know. Thank you Malia and Wildflower Weddings for our the best day yet!

We loved working with Malia and her team!! We knew we wanted a planner right from the start but did not expect that this process would be so easy! She has all of these resources and checklists and guides leading up to the wedding for us to use! She also was kind about checking in when we took a little break from planning. On top of that she gave us some creative ideas that we hadn;t thought of for things like our seating chart. Our wedding day was the best day ever and we didn't have to go to the bar once she was ready with our next drink every time. SO FUN!!!

Malia, owner of Wildflower Weddings and Events, was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, she provided clear guidance, thoughtful check points, and realistic expectations throughout the nine months leading up to our wedding. She handled so many of the logistical details we were either overwhelmed by or did not even know we needed to think about, and she answered every question we had along the way with patience and clarity.

Her organization and management skills were on full display during the wedding weekend. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and made sure everyone had what they needed, which allowed us to actually be present and enjoy the experience. One of her suggestions, a private dinner on the balcony overlooking our family and friends, will forever be one of my favorite memories of the entire day.

But what truly set Malia apart was how she showed up for us when things went sideways. The weekend of the wedding, my brother’s flights were cancelled coming back from Europe and his luggage was lost in transit. Without missing a beat, Malia found a Men’s Wearhouse, secured a great black suit for him, and coordinated everything so all he had to do was pick it up on the way to the venue. All of this while still managing arrivals, timelines, and the rest of the day flawlessly.

She somehow thought of everything, including having a Michelob Ultra and a Sauvignon Blanc waiting for us when we needed it most.

Malia was more than a wedding planner. She was calm, prepared, supportive, and truly felt like family that weekend. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Malia was AMAZING to work with and made our day seamless and easy. We couldn’t have had such a perfect wedding without her. She had great ideas through out the process, was able to help coordinate the aesthetic we wanted, and she even had the cutest sticker machine we were able to rent which was a huge hit with all of our guests. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, take the leap and know you’ll be in great hands with Malia!

Hiring Wildflower Weddings aka Malia as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She is an absolute rockstar and we knew we could rely on her 100%! From start to finish working with Malia made wedding planning and day of coordination so seamless! She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding and kept all details on track. Malia understood my vision and executed it to perfection. Our timeline for the day of was so detailed and organized - it was a dream for a type A bride like myself. For the wedding day, Malia and Molly made sure everyone was where they should be, vendors were getting everything set up correctly, and made sure I had everything I needed for the day. We were wildflower's first remote planning couple and Malia could not have been more helpful. She gave us advice on everything wedding-related (even bridal shower questions) AND she helped us write a timeline for our vendors to use. She made our day so special without being there and we can't thank her enough!

Malia was such an amazing planner. She made a stressful process less difficult. She was there through every decision and helped to make sure that we were fully prepared for our big day! The one piece of advice we got from everyone was to hire a coordinator and Malia was the perfect choice! She worked with our busy schedule and was so accommodating with all of our emails. She even gave my mother-in-law a task to help all of our stress throughout the wedding day. We gave her free reign to set up all of our decor and it turned out great! We've already recommended her to all of our engaged friends and HIGHLY recommend her to everyone else.
