I was on the fence about getting a wedding planner but I am SO HAPPY I did! My wedding was so easy and stress free because Malia and her team were so amazing. When telling others about my wedding, I highlight how amazing having a wedding planner is and how much I recommend Wildflower Weddings. One of my bridesmaids was so impressed at how great they were she will also be using Wildflower Weddings! -

Malia, owner of Wildflower Weddings and Events, was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, she provided clear guidance, thoughtful check points, and realistic expectations throughout the nine months leading up to our wedding. She handled so many of the logistical details we were either overwhelmed by or did not even know we needed to think about, and she answered every question we had along the way with patience and clarity.
Her organization and management skills were on full display during the wedding weekend. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and made sure everyone had what they needed, which allowed us to actually be present and enjoy the experience. One of her suggestions, a private dinner on the balcony overlooking our family and friends, will forever be one of my favorite memories of the entire day.
But what truly set Malia apart was how she showed up for us when things went sideways. The weekend of the wedding, my brother’s flights were cancelled coming back from Europe and his luggage was lost in transit. Without missing a beat, Malia found a Men’s Wearhouse, secured a great black suit for him, and coordinated everything so all he had to do was pick it up on the way to the venue. All of this while still managing arrivals, timelines, and the rest of the day flawlessly.
She somehow thought of everything, including having a Michelob Ultra and a Sauvignon Blanc waiting for us when we needed it most.
Malia was more than a wedding planner. She was calm, prepared, supportive, and truly felt like family that weekend. We cannot recommend her highly enough. -

Malia was AMAZING to work with and made our day seamless and easy. We couldn’t have had such a perfect wedding without her. She had great ideas through out the process, was able to help coordinate the aesthetic we wanted, and she even had the cutest sticker machine we were able to rent which was a huge hit with all of our guests. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, take the leap and know you’ll be in great hands with Malia! -

We were so excited to become a wildflower couple! We knew we wanted to hire a wedding planner because I had so many ideas on my pinterest board. Malia was able to consolidate my ideas into vision boards that allowed us to pick what we really wanted for our big day. From recommending vendors to organizing our timeline Malia really lived up to our standards. She made our 'rustic meets glamorous' vision come to life. -

We were connected with Malia through mutual friends two months before our wedding. We had a previous coordinator leave us high and dry. I knew from the first call with Malia that she was going to be the blessing I needed. Her wisdom about weddings, details, and things that can/will go wrong was the biggest sign to hire her immediately. She was always honest, responded to the enormous texts/emails I had, and most of all detail oriented. This was shown in her timeline that was 15 pages long. Clearly no stone left unturned. All of this is everything wonderful leading up to the actual day. The actual day of the wedding I had absolutely zero worries. I was able to be present with my family, enjoy getting ready, relaxing, and just breathing. None of that would have been possible without Malia. I didn’t worry about the chairs that needed changing. I didn’t worry about people being able to find the shuttles. I didn’t worry about the boys getting ready. Malia took care of everything. I’m sure she ran miles that day making sure every detail was in place and it really makes the biggest difference. If there’s one thing I would tell any bride it’s to 100% get a wedding coordinator. And with that, let it be Malia. I would hire her again and again. She truly makes your day stress free. Which says a lot about what’s usually the most stressful day.
