My sister used Veronica for her September 2023 wedding, and after meeting her I knew I wanted to use her for my October 2025 wedding. For starters, at my sister’s wedding, we noticed the table cloths being set up were a pastel yellow and not quite the color my sister wanted. Veronica had new table cloths brought in immediately and took care of it. Rain for the outdoor ceremony? No problem. Veronica was out there with a leaf blower drying off the ceremony chairs right before we started. My wedding was much smaller and I only needed Veronica as a day-of coordinator. She was so wonderful and flexible when coming up with a custom package for me. On the day of, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Veronica took care of everything and made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be. She set up our decorations for our backyard wedding while I was getting ready, gave me updates along the way, and I never had to worry about how great of a job she was doing. She was truly phenomenal to have, and made the day go so much smoother. Absolutely can’t recommend her enough!

We initially hired a day-of-coordinator that was used by a previous family member. A few months before our wedding date she advised us that she would no longer be able to work our wedding, and she kindly referred us to Veronica and Exquisitely Designed Events. Naturally, this change in the middle of the process was nerve-wracking, however, we could not have been more fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with this team. Veronica seamlessly picked up the coordinating of our wedding and I immediately had peace of mind. I have a difficult time when I am not involved in every step or in complete control, but I was immediately confident and comfortable with Veronica taking the reins. Veronica and her team were incredibly organized, punctual, professional, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. Review Veronica, sharae, and warren were not only professional, organized, and attentive on the day of my wedding— they were also so friendly, fun, and truly caring. Veronica went above and beyond leading up to the wedding— always checking in, following up with vendors, ensuring our timeline was organized and tight, and making sure we felt comfortable with any changes. The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone more seamlessly. Not only did Veronica and her team help decorate, they also stayed until 1am packing up everything (gifts, signs, etc.). Warren was thoughtful and made sure to take care of my diabetic supplies throughout the day. Sharae helped fix my train before walking out. I felt like they were family by the end of the day and didn’t want to say goodbye. I highly recommend exquisitely designed for ANY of your event planning needs!!! You will be happy you have Veronica’s team on your side — I can’t imagine what it would have been like having to set up, tear down, and keep everything on schedule without Veronica. My only complaint is that exquisitely designed events needs to charge more because they’re incredible 😂

I was so pleased and happy with the wonderful job Veronica and her team did to make my daughters wedding day perfect! From start to finish they were there to support the bridal party and vendors to made sure all the important details were complete. From the minute I spoke to her I knew we were in good hands and she was the right person to make the wedding spectacular!!!! Love the team and Can’t say enough good things about them and their great work 💕

Veronica is truly the best wedding coordinator out there. She and her team went above and beyond and my wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Veronica was involved with the wedding planning months beforehand (unlike most wedding coordinators I spoke to!) and she was so detailed and organized that she truly put my type-A personality at ease!!! I knew I was in the best of hands after our first conversation and on the wedding day I was completely relaxed because I knew I could trust her to handle any hiccups. She also did my floral arrangements and was present at all the meetings with the venue and caterer to make sure that everyone was aligned on my vision. When she showed me the reception hall before my guests arrived it took my breath away-- it was even better than I envisioned!!! Her eye for detail is incredible and my reception decorations were breathtaking. I also have to acknowledge Veronica's assistant Sharae because she too was the best ever-- I definitely walked away from my wedding weekend with a new best friend. Sharae kept me calm and laughing on my wedding day and made the entire pre-ceremony experience SO MUCH FUN!!! Honestly, my wedding day would have felt much different if Sharae wasn't there. I actually got emotional saying goodbye because she was such an important part of my day too. I never thought I would grow so close to a wedding vendor, but I now consider Veronica, Sharae, and the entire Exquisitely Designed Events team like family. They truly made my wedding the best day ever!!!

Veronica and her team were absolutely incredible! Our wedding went flawlessly, and it was largely attributable to Veronica’s efforts leading up to the day and the team’s effort the day of. She was extremely organized throughout the process and incredibly responsive. We had a last minute cancellation from our venue and Veronica was extremely helpful as we adapted to a new venue, timeline, and plan. The team was very well prepared accommodating all necessary day-of needs from Tylenol to safety pins and serving us drinks before we got to cocktail hour. My family, my wife’s family, and the bridal party all commented on how impressed they were with her service. We were amazed to have the 3-person team at such a reasonable price, Warren and Allen also went the extra mile to make sure every detail was accurate. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this service, they are a MUST HAVE for any wedding.

Veronica and her team are absolutely stellar across all dynamics as it relates to wedding planning, florals, decorations and décor, logistics, vendor coordination, venue coordination, etc. such a seamless experience with her team and incredible result. She did a terrific job with the planning. Was so timely and on point with everything and never missed a beat or forgot a detail. It was impressive. Not to mention, I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and building a friendship with her. She is a great partner and made the wedding planning process enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommend and have continued to recommend to my friends. Very thankful to have had Veronica at the helm of my wedding planning and her support throughout the process and the day of. Couldn’t have had as great of a wedding without her.

Veronica and her team truly made my wedding day extremely seamless and I absolutely cannot say enough about them! They were AMAZING!! From the many conversations and emails Veronica and I exchanged leading up to the day, she just made the process so simple. Our wedding venue required a self-setup for all decor and really anything extra. While I was worried how that would all work out, Veronica reassured it would be perfect. She made sure it was just that AND MORE! From arriving early just to see how I was doing, to every little centerpiece detail, our photo booth table, the guest favors, making sure all the guests knew their seating placement, the clean up and packing all our decor away, to always checking on us and our families.....they literally covered every little detail! I truly cannot thank them enough for keeping me stress free and truly making sure our wedding day dreams were more than we could possibly imagine!!

Her communication was top-notch, and it was very clear that her priority was helping however she could from the moment we hired her. She was a true partner in the process of putting our wedding together: never overbearing or pushing any vision she had for our day on us, but always there to answer any questions and provide direction and guidance for things we felt clueless about (and there were a lot of things we felt clueless about!).
