  The BEST team!!! More than a coordinator

  Review Veronica, sharae, and warren were not only professional, organized, and attentive on the day of my wedding— they were also so friendly, fun, and truly caring. Veronica went above and beyond leading up to the wedding— always checking in, following up with vendors, ensuring our timeline was organized and tight, and making sure we felt comfortable with any changes. The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone more seamlessly. Not only did Veronica and her team help decorate, they also stayed until 1am packing up everything (gifts, signs, etc.). Warren was thoughtful and made sure to take care of my diabetic supplies throughout the day. Sharae helped fix my train before walking out. I felt like they were family by the end of the day and didn’t want to say goodbye. I highly recommend exquisitely designed for ANY of your event planning needs!!! You will be happy you have Veronica’s team on your side — I can’t imagine what it would have been like having to set up, tear down, and keep everything on schedule without Veronica. My only complaint is that exquisitely designed events needs to charge more because they’re incredible 😂

  Excellent Wedding Planner!!!!

  I was so pleased and happy with the wonderful job Veronica and her team did to make my daughters wedding day perfect! From start to finish they were there to support the bridal party and vendors to made sure all the important details were complete. From the minute I spoke to her I knew we were in good hands and she was the right person to make the wedding spectacular!!!! Love the team and Can’t say enough good things about them and their great work 💕

  Amazing Experience

  Veronica and her team were absolutely incredible! Our wedding went flawlessly, and it was largely attributable to Veronica’s efforts leading up to the day and the team’s effort the day of. She was extremely organized throughout the process and incredibly responsive. We had a last minute cancellation from our venue and Veronica was extremely helpful as we adapted to a new venue, timeline, and plan. The team was very well prepared accommodating all necessary day-of needs from Tylenol to safety pins and serving us drinks before we got to cocktail hour. My family, my wife’s family, and the bridal party all commented on how impressed they were with her service. We were amazed to have the 3-person team at such a reasonable price, Warren and Allen also went the extra mile to make sure every detail was accurate. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this service, they are a MUST HAVE for any wedding.

  When vendors become like family

  Veronica is truly the best wedding coordinator out there. She and her team went above and beyond and my wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Veronica was involved with the wedding planning months beforehand (unlike most wedding coordinators I spoke to!) and she was so detailed and organized that she truly put my type-A personality at ease!!! I knew I was in the best of hands after our first conversation and on the wedding day I was completely relaxed because I knew I could trust her to handle any hiccups. She also did my floral arrangements and was present at all the meetings with the venue and caterer to make sure that everyone was aligned on my vision. When she showed me the reception hall before my guests arrived it took my breath away-- it was even better than I envisioned!!! Her eye for detail is incredible and my reception decorations were breathtaking. I also have to acknowledge Veronica's assistant Sharae because she too was the best ever-- I definitely walked away from my wedding weekend with a new best friend. Sharae kept me calm and laughing on my wedding day and made the entire pre-ceremony experience SO MUCH FUN!!! Honestly, my wedding day would have felt much different if Sharae wasn't there. I actually got emotional saying goodbye because she was such an important part of my day too. I never thought I would grow so close to a wedding vendor, but I now consider Veronica, Sharae, and the entire Exquisitely Designed Events team like family. They truly made my wedding the best day ever!!!

  Veronica and her team are absolutely stellar across all dynamics as it relates to wedding planning, florals, decorations and décor, logistics, vendor coordination, venue coordination, etc. such a seamless experience with her team and incredible result. She did a terrific job with the planning. Was so timely and on point with everything and never missed a beat or forgot a detail. It was impressive. Not to mention, I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and building a friendship with her. She is a great partner and made the wedding planning process enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommend and have continued to recommend to my friends. Very thankful to have had Veronica at the helm of my wedding planning and her support throughout the process and the day of.   Veronica is Amazing!

  We hired Veronica as our day-of coordinator, and we can't say enough good things about her. She made our day go so smoothly and was more than worth the investment. Her communication was top-notch, and it was very clear that her priority was helping however she could from the moment we hired her. She was a true partner in the process of putting our wedding together: never overbearing or pushing any vision she had for our day on us, but always there to answer any questions and provide direction and guidance for things we felt clueless about (and there were a lot of things we felt clueless about!). We highly recommend her - she will make your wedding day amazing!

  We hired Veronica as our day-of coordinator, and we can't say enough good things about her. She made our day go so smoothly and was more than worth the investment.   The best Decision I could have made

  I'd like to just Brag about you real quick if that is ok!!! I have to honestly say Thank you Thank you Thank you for everything you did for Ryan and Myself for our wedding 10/27/18 you and the crew were honestly exactly what I needed to keep my head on straight. I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to have had such an awesome planner to help with our Big Weekend... You guys CRUSHED IT!!   Veronica was a truly unbelievable coordinator. I cannot recommend her enough. Her organizational skills, responsiveness and dedication are off the charts. Most importantly, I could really tell that she cared - she wanted the wedding to run perfectly (which she accomplished), just like I did. She was truly invested in our wedding throughout the full process. On the day of our wedding, I was able to relax and just enjoy the day, because I knew Veronica was all over the logistics and ensuring that all of our guests were having a fantastic time.   Perfect Day-of Wedding Coordinator!

  Veronica and her team truly made my wedding day extremely seamless and I absolutely cannot say enough about them! They were AMAZING!! From the many conversations and emails Veronica and I exchanged leading up to the day, she just made the process so simple. Our wedding venue required a self-setup for all decor and really anything extra. While I was worried how that would all work out, Veronica reassured it would be perfect. She made sure it was just that AND MORE! From arriving early just to see how I was doing, to every little centerpiece detail, our photo booth table, the guest favors, making sure all the guests knew their seating placement, the clean up and packing all our decor away, to always checking on us and our families.....they literally covered every little detail! I truly cannot thank them enough for keeping me stress free and truly making sure our wedding day dreams were more than we could possibly imagine!!

  Veronica and her team were excellent to work with. I was able to see the venue prior to walking down the aisle and I loved everything I saw. The wedding day was timely, seamless, and most of all FUN!! We could not have asked for anything better. Veronica was organized, easy to work with and she easily understood our vision.   I do not even know where to begin. Veronica is absolutely amazing. I had originally hired another planner and designer, however after meeting with them they decided that they could not fit me into their schedule. At first I was pissed, but I am so glad that they did. Veronica was even better than any planner/designer I could have expected (even better than the other I had met with).
  
  I was hesitant to even hire a planner since I was planning on a tight budget, but since I was so busy I decided that it would be worth the investment. IT WAS WORTH IT!! We set up a time to meet, and I showed her pictures of some of the ideas that I had. She would quickly let me know if it was something that she thought would work for the space, or if my imagination was getting ahead of me. She met me at all my venue locations, and went to almost every vendor appointment I had. She handled all the little details, and findings vendors if I still needed something. She coordinated everything with them (meetings, going over pricing, etc), and my wedding party. Unlike the first designer I had met with, Veronica quickly picked up on my vision!! She took care of any problems that came up that day, and made sure we stayed on our wedding timeline. She was patient with me and my families craziness the day of, and leading up to the wedding. She also followed up after the wedding.

  Veronica was my Day-Of coordinator for my wedding in October 2015, though her services were not limited to just those busy 24 hours. We met months before and discussed my vision for the day. A few weeks before the big day we began building the day, and working out the kinks in the timeline. Veronica was always available via text or email, phone calls too. She even went to the walk through at the venue in Streator, IL about a month before the wedding. Veronica also ran my rehearsal, running through the ceremony and directed everyone where to go. On the day of, she transported my cake and all of my decor to the venue, setting up everything for me. I planned all the ideas and decor, and she executed them. She was invaluable to me enjoying my day.
  
  She gave her contact info to everyone in my wedding party, made herself available, stressing to everyone NOT to call me. LOL. All the while, she carried herself with a professional air, though down to earth when reacting to my crazy family and friends. And as I got buzzed throughout the night from all the champagne, she made sure I stuck to the timeline in a gentle way.
  
  She's great. I have to say also her prices are very competitive against the several other planners and coordinators I interviewed.

On the day of, she transported my cake and all of my decor to the venue, setting up everything for me. I planned all the ideas and decor, and she executed them. She was invaluable to me enjoying my day.
  
  She gave her contact info to everyone in my wedding party, made herself available, stressing to everyone NOT to call me. LOL. All the while, she carried herself with a professional air, though down to earth when reacting to my crazy family and friends. And as I got buzzed throughout the night from all the champagne, she made sure I stuck to the timeline in a gentle way.
  
  She's great. I have to say also her prices are very competitive against the several other planners and coordinators I interviewed.

  It is a lot of work planning a wedding so I thank god that I found this venue. They listened to all of my ideas and even suggested things I have never thought of. I had a wonderful time planning my wedding with them and I recommend that you give them a look!

Her flexibility was also commendable;even with all the last minute changes she still manged to respond quickly. Our wedding was made possible all thanks to her, beginning with reviewing our contracts, contacting our vendors, creating a timeline, leading the rehearsal, setting up the tables the day of and all the other wonderful behind-the-scenes work she took on.   Veronica did a fabulous job! I work a lot and therefore needed a lot of help in order to be able to have the type of wedding that my husband and I wanted. She was very organized, professional and accommodating. She would put together tables and timelines, send me reminders, run errands, set up vendor meetings, and countless other things to make our lives easier while planning our moderate sized wedding (which started off small, but so much for that).. She would basically be my "wedding brain" which allowed my husband and I to still be functional in our regular life. I am very forgetful and Veronica would make sure I was up-to-date on things that needed to be done so I wouldn't fall behind. And although I'm sure I had to be very frustrating at times she never let on and was always nice, flexible and even tempered. We would not have been able to put together such a beautiful and amazing day without Veronica's efficient services. She comes highly recommended!!!

  Exquisitely Designed Events planned my daughter's 10th birthday party and we were EXTREMELY pleased. They handled EVERY detail. The only thing that I had to do was to tell them what I wanted and they delivered!!!! I will most definitely be using them for future parties and events!!!!
